They never return my calls and are telling me I owe when my 3 months arent up plus only half of my garbage is takend

Up until 3 weeks ago I was happy with my service. However, 3 weeks ago my trash must have been too heavy for the man to pick up by hand. Instead of using the arm on truck, they tipped my trash barrel on its side and took only the smaller bags. Then left the heavy bags in can and on my lawn. I split it up into lighter loads and have put it out for 2 more weeks. They aren’t taking it. I haven’t called yet and will update this review after talking to the office.

I love C&C Disposal! They have been the best in service Ive come across in garbage pick up. Plus a shout out to a locally owned business! Keep it up guys.

Poor service. Waited 5 months for a 2 yard dumpster and just kept getting told that I was on the waiting list. Never heard of a waiting list being 5 months before. I decided to go with another company that gave me a dumpster within 10days.I would not recommend them.

My experience with c & c disposal is a good one. they have been reliable, honest, and definitely affordable. this is how they advertise, and this is how they operate. I have used other disposal business companies before c & c, and found them below par. I am very satisfied and pleased with this new, family-owned operation. I recommend them to anyone in their service area.

Its nice to have a local/affordable company who also has great rates.  They have been picking up my trash for years and only raised my rate once, thats amazing.  Those guys are very reliable and hard workers.  I could never do the job they do, its not easy picking up heavy cans/bags all day long.  They are out on Holidays and no matter what the weather is!  They are like all companies if you have extra you will have to pay for extra.  They are friendly and easy to work with.  Let hope they don’t sell out too!  Thank you for the GREAT SERVICE some people do appreciate it…..

The worst customer service ever!!! For the past 4 weeks our garbage has only been picked up once. So you can only imagine what 3 weeks worth of trash looks like. Called the office after the 1st non pick up and was told they would get it next week, which it was picked up. The next pick up day, again no pick up, called again and was told they would pick up the next week. Next week Monday ... again no trash pick up, called spoke to someone at the office and was told they would call back because the drive had marked that they picked up, next day no call back, so again I called and left a message. Wednesday called the office and was told that we were sent a letter before Christmas that they would no longer provide service to our road. But yet still had the nerve to send us out a bill for the next quarter of service. Why would you send a bill to a customer you are no longer providing service for. So, at this point we are left to deal with 3 weeks worth of trash. Unreliable staff and business practices!

I am rating this company with one star! We have had issues with the company. They left a notice about not collecting our trash, based on loose trash being in the trash can and not bagged. Who doesnt have loose trash from now and then? Then I send a check and it took 7 to 10 business days to receive and cash and they suspended our service. Then to top off everything... In the contract we paid a 65 dollars for a one time rental for our trash can ? What is a one time rental fee? Normally when I rent something, I am paying rent on that item consistently. A one time fee to me is ownership. So I was unable to pay my last bill ... Naturally, in a time of higher food prices and medical bills. I had to pick and choose. In which they came to my home, onto my property to retrieve their trash can! Leaving all the trash that was in the trash can all over my driveway and yard ... Bags ripped open and trash everywhere. If they would of sent me a notice in retrieving the can, I would of emptied it (respectfully) and left it at the end of the driveway!!! I have never dealt with such inconsiderate people .....

I have been a customer for 3 years. Their prices are by far the lowest and any time I have called or emailed, I have received a prompt and professional reply. I am thankful my neighbor recommended them!

Worst trash company. when we went out of state and my husband called them and let them know they never wrote it down so now for us to get trash pick up again we have to pay months that we never had trash picked up plus a reinstatement fee.... Kid sick and coughing near the window where you need to stand to talk to them they were both discussing loudly what they needed to get as far as my file... very unorganized... Its sad that there are places like this that need to try to take someones money for a job they didnt do....

TERRIBLE service. We bought three dumpsters from them, always said they were coming on a certain day and would come the day before so we would never have everything in there that we wanted. THEN they would just NOT pick up our garbage some weeks and let it sit out on the curb for animals or better, a police officer to come and ask us to get our trash off the side of the road. talk about a GARBAGE company!

They are a great small company to work with. Sure better then the big guy.

I have had wonderful service. I would like to see them take holidays off but that is their business decision. As for loose trash? They have to deal with the rules at Waste Managements monopoly of dump sites. Lets cut this small business a break and be more supportive. I would hate to be stuck with Waste Management .

The worst by far trash service I have ever used. They have so many excuses for not coming to pick up your trash its unbelievable.

They try to keep you for going with another company. By keeping your money when you pay three months ahead. I wanted my money back they will not give it back....

A CAT got in garbage barrel when we put 3 barrels by road, opened bags up got some food ,like cats do. I watch garbage person pull bags out of barrel dropping garbage all over road, He DID NOT pick trash up, just left it on road, what the f__k, take A little time to do the job right, please. Leaving trash on street Really.

If you want to house a tote that cant be used and love broken glass from your trash in your driveway. This is for you. Have asked to have the broken tote picked up but its still here. Almost a year later. And just for fun they have raised our rates. Going to be forced to use Waste Management

Absolutely crappy service. The receptionist is beyond rude; she’s extremely unprofessional and will tell you that the guys who sling the bags into the truck and I quote: “it is NOT in their JOB DESCRIPTION to pick up garbage off of the ground even if they drop it”. What?!?! This company is ridiculous! Not in their job description! Are you kidding me?! Not to mention the fact that the employees don’t even use the garbage company they work for! Really! Then the garbage can. $45 additional to the $69 for a quarter to “rent” and if you have more than the “96 gallon bag limit” they charge $15 or MORE additional to that! I was told not to use his company; went against my better judgement and did. Now, I am out the $69, plus the $28 that hey charged me for just a couple extra bags. Beyond irritated and quite honestly, the receptionist REALLY needs to learn some professional etiquette for handling business over the phone and at the window. Customer service is based on a first impression. A smile and professional and pleasant tone to the voice. Not a rude sarcastic blank stare. And on the phone; you should be as pleasant and NON- MONOTONE as possible. You sound scripted. This company is absolutely ridiculous.I wasn’t even offered the trash can to begin with. Then here’s a question; are there any specials? Wasn’t even offered any of those as a new customer!! Read the price list on the website the Facebook profile gives access to a link to. Wasn’t mentioned AT ALL! I have never had such crappy service in anything untilTHis company! But; the reason behind the upset, the reason behind such a detailed review is the fact that she used the statement “NOT IN THE JOB DESCRIPTION “. That is a very offensive statement in my opinion. Just because it isn’t directly stated in the paperwork this receptions probably typed up ( which I am surprised yet not so much that the paperwork is very haphazardly written) doesn’t mean you leave trash in the ground. The word “litter” mean anything to you? Because I have an extra dictionary. GAH! Rude sarcastic antics, and words are far beyond used in this situation and I am utterly appalled by this company and I have only met he RECEPTIONIST. The owner is supposed to call me; let’s see how well this goes. If he is at all as rude as his receptionist I will be making a phone call to the BBB. I DO NOT recommend this company at all.

I disagree with the last review, small minded people. C & C Disposal for the last three years has been my trash service they are wonderful, when they say friendly and affordable they mean it and thats what you get. :)

Very poor business. Garbage cans got broke second week of using these guys. THey said they would fix it when we called. They have since broke our other can. They again said they would make it right by finding us a can. Still nothing. Have not came and picked up our garbage twice. Our bill is paid. Said they would pick up next week. Told them no they need to come get it today. Its wednesday and pick up was Monday. Told them then we want a refund and will use someone else. The guy tells me nope you arent getting a refund. Dont use these guys. Big Mistake.

Bad people skills, change prices without a notice! and IF YOU LET THEM KNOW U CHANGE SERVICE AND CANCEL THEY LEAVE HALF OF YOUR TRASH! I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR YEARS AND THEY TREATED ME LIKE CRAP WHEN I SAID I WAS GOING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. Snooty and rotten... you pic up trash NOT GOLD. hire real people and not ur snooty wife and you will do better. i will post this all over. after 3 years you treat a customer the way you have. they have their kids call back instead of them as well..WHO DOES THAT!!! your not working in hollywood boo boo ur in BULA!

No one ever answers the phone, have been trying to sign up for 3 days now and still cant get an answer, try to go to the business to sign up and the address is a house address in a local neighborhood. Guess they dont need my money

When I went there to pay my bill they were very friendly.

DO YOU NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. THEY NEVER PICK UP ON TIME AND IVE SEEN THEM JUST THROW CANS ANYWHERE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS.

They got a truck stuck in the snow not at my house but somewhere else and so they would get my trash because there is to much snow for them so they would not pick it up all because the workers could not drive there trucks so there not going to get the trash because of that and they were rude and swore at me on the phone because I was asking why they didnt pick it up I would not recommend them at all
