Mike solved my laptop problem and kept in communication with me during the day. He even gave me a cord to use while I get a new one. If I could give this place 10/10 I would. Thank you. My laptop has been broke for over 6 months and now its running like its brand new.

As usual, they “went the extra mile” to not only install a new solid state hard drive, but also painstakingly retrieve ALL the data from the “deceased” one. They’ve also instituted a great “contactless Covid19 protocolYou couldn’t convince me that there’s anyone better out there!

After our last power outage which lasted 36 hours, my computer was completely dead-no power whatsoever. Being 9 years old, I feared the worst. Checking out the reviews, I contacted Mikes Computer 9:00am Monday and was told to drop it off. In less than two hours, I was informed the problem was the power supply, $62.98 T&M total. After authorizing the repair, I had it back at home by 2:00 pm same day. I find this unheard of in todays market. I find this company, their information, extreme efficiency, and quick repair extraordinary. Will continue to use this service and will recommend to others!
