Called to have my a/c checked and the contractor came out to my house found the problem but refused to fix it. Worst company Ive ever called.

Christmas Eve Day the furnace stopped working. My Landlord contacted HAVE, Paige brought me 2 electric space heaters to keep me, dog, cat warm till someone could check what was wrong with the furnace, a man came said it was the blower & had to order the parts, By December 26th, 2017 a nice man named Matt came with the parts & fixed the furnace.

Had routine heating and cooling tune up/ checkup done and technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. Since this was a recent home we had purchased he explained everything in detail on what we needed to know. Answered any and all questions very thoroughly. Highly recommend HAVE, Inc. as we will certainly use them in the future.

Ive just had to replace my HVAC system in my home wanted the best system considering my family has some medical issues. We were very worried about having the system replaced during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the install team was very professional and had PPE (mask, gloves, etc) and were focused on being clean, especially with removal of the old equipment. We were extremely satisfied with the service and felt safe being in the home during and after the replacement. They were that clean! Now my family feels so much more at ease with our upgraded system that sanitizes the air we breathe.

I called for an estimate for a total replacement of furnace and central air. 1st appt, 20 minutes after they were to be here, they call and say there was an emergency and rescheduled. 2nd appt, they FORGOT about me! I called when they were 30 minutes late! Finally someone comes, it has now been 3 WEEKS and still no estimate and I have called twice. I will not beg for someone to take my money. Call Ryan Heating and Cooling!!! Fantastic customer service!!!

My furnace quit a little after New Years. Have, Inc.were very professional and efficient in diagnosing and repairing the unit and brought me space heaters to use until a needed blower assembly arrived. Because several space heaters were already loaned out, they even bought additional ones for me to use and made an extra trip to deliver them. Paige and Matt, the technician, could not have been more helpful.

From start to finish, Have Inc. has been the most thorough hvac company that I have ever dealt with. Rob, Nancy, and everyone on their team is #1! Thanks Have!

Called on a Sunday .was met with a muffled voice . Told the young lady I need someone to come out oh if we come out today its a $200 diagnose charge.are you serious its overtime for are tech she stated well Ms I saw on your web site that you are a 24 hour business .so you are advertising 24 hour service but charging customer who need your service 75% up charge .oh sir if you wait till tomorrow we charge $89 .
