Popped in to buy chlorine tabs. Was told no because I have never bought chlorine from them before. They are holding it for the regular customers. Businesses can do what they want but in my opinion that was a form of discrimination. I was a customer for other things. I won’t even be that anymore.

Great place to buy pool and hot tub supplies. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my pool needs.

They have quality merchandise. And they charge a premium price for it. Was quoted one price for a cover. When I go to pick up. They tryed charging me 44 more dollars for it. They finally gave me quoted price. But I shouldnt have had to argue to get it

3rd times a charm. Nice people but it took me three times for them to help me get the parts I needed. This time it required me to tear out and take in a 100 pound pump system for them to give me a 4 oz part. This lady knew exactly what I needed and had it in stock, unfortunately the previous two people only knew how to get parts for new tubs. Product knowledge today is lost no matter what product were discussing.

Went to cone with a cop, if I had my own house youd know where Id go to buy a pool here. Check them out they even have a sample pool outside so you can see a finished product (yes it does have water) Very friendly family owned business.

I stopped by the other day for help with my propane pool heater. It was cycling on and off rapidly and wouldnt heat the water. Two very nice ladies asked several questions. Their recommendation was to back wash the filter to see if that solved the problem. BINGO! It worked! I was having a circulation problem. They could easily have arranged to send out a service tech and generated revenue and I wouldnt have been any wiser.They have been very helpful this summer with keeping the chemicals in the pool balanced. I spent less money by buying good products versus the previous summer when I purchased cheaper products from our favorite big box store on the other side of town.

Bought too much chemical and they took it back and credited our account....no problem.

Worst place for pool setup the job has never been completed .and pool leaks at skimmer so you cant use pump and filter and they never checked to see if l was happy.they just took money and left.
