Its now been 2 full business days, plus the day it was deposited @ 4:30, and the earnest money check still isnt ready. Guess Ill be too busy to stop here again!They have been very polite, and are handling closing efficiently since the first deposit delay. Adding 2 stars.

I was so disappointed with the service I received in general from Amerititle in Ashland.I had used them for years and had excellent service, but the staff has all changed andmaybe they are just not up to snuff yet? Hope it improves.
