I was able to get a same day appointment, and was in and out of the shop within about an hour for an AC issue that other shops quoted double the price and wait time. I would have stayed there forever though simply to get more time with the dog that was hanging around the waiting area! Really friendly and helpful employees. Will absolutely bring my car back for any future issues that arise

The Service Manager in the Front Desk and Owner are Awesome People willing to help even it is not going to make them money .They stand by their Code as Tire dealers .They went overboard and followed up and provide the update. Though I have not bought any service my next will be always at Framingham Tire .Great Customer Service.

A very nice place, very flexible, have competitive rates and are always ready to work out the options. I so far went to do the basic works with them but it seems like they are reputable enough to do serious things... had my doubts cleared after I had seen what classics they are working on in the garage.

Finally a mechanic I can trust! Beautiful lobby and working area. Windows so you can see them work on your car (if you choose to). Snacks and drinks while you wait. Very clean, staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I have had such bad experiences other places so I am very grateful to have found this place. Found them on Groupon. After I used my Groupon I needed additional work. Today was my third time there (for three different issues) and they were on point again. Thanks so much!

I totally appreciated the “no pressure/no b/s” approach. Car repair shops get a bad reputation for hard sell and scare tactics. Not here. I felt totally at ease. They suggested future repairs, and that was it.I went for an oil change, and got just that. This shop has earned my repeat business.

New to the area and scheduled an appointment to have my winter tires swapped onto my WRX. Arrived bright and early in the morning and they were there and ready to start working. Although it did take a bit of time as the mechanic working on my car was dealing with another customer, the work done was excellent. The shop has a very nice customer lounge area. Service was excellent, as well as the pricing. Will be coming back for other services in the future.

Finally an honest auto repair shop. These guys are great no up selling like the other repair shops if they tell you something is wrong it gets fixed once and for all. They have coffee and treats while you wait which is very comfortable. Five Stars

We were so pleased with the brake job, alignment, oil change etc on our car a couple of months back that last week we had brake pads, rotors, oil change, alignment and a set of cooper tires on our 2014 truck. I was impressed with letting go on the steering wheel for just a second and it was perfectly straight. The tires are unbelievable. It now has the smoothest ride ever. We live in Ashland so it is super easy and quick to get to but it’s worth the drive if you’re farther out. Very friendly service and great prices.

Normally i dont write reviews since i am too lazy, but i felt i should share the great experience i recently had with Eric here at Framingham Tire n Auto. My car was leaking oil and the oil light kept flickering and engine was making wierd noise on and off while driving. I brought my car in for an inspection and a quote for service. They quickly diagnosed it was a leak from oil filter and even replaced the filter and oil for free. Yes FREEEE!! They could have easily milked me for $$$ saying it is a costly repair like blown oil pump or some failed sensor or some gasket leak etc.. needless to say, i am speechless at such Honesty.. they have earned my business for ever and from some of my friends too. Keep up the great work guys!!

Ive been here a few times now. Ive bought 2 groupons for full synthetic Oil Changes. Even though groupon allows them to charge more for a additional quart they have never charged me. This past time I also got my rear brakes done. A good price and done quickly. Their waiting room is great, comfortable chairs and plenty of drinks and food for those waiting.Also unlike many other groupons they allow you to use a groupon every couple of months. I recommend them highly.

I was on my way to a gas station and drove off the main road of I-90. All of a sudden I heard a clacking sound and I pulled over and noticed this huge nail in one of my front tires. All I could think of at that time was how much this was going to cost me and what am i going to do. I sat and thought for a second and looked around to see if there was a tire shop around. I then got on my phone and did a google search for tire patch and low and behold Framingham Tire came up. I gave them a call and spoke with Steve and come to find out, Framingham Tire was minutes away. He had me in and out in no time, the customer service was impeccable, the cost to repair the tire was more than reasonable and they took care of us (me and my Boston Terrier).Thanks so much Steve and the rest of the team!

On 4/24/2017, I brought my vehicle (Ford F-150) to this shop to replace timing belt. The owner, Erik informed me that a position sensor and turbocharger needed to be replaced, but not the timing belt. They kept my car for 5 months after that. On 9/13/2017 my car came back. 2 days later, my car broke down suddenly on the street while I was driving. I towed my car back to them. They informed me that the vehicle’s mortar was gone and that the engine needed to be replaced, so I left the car to them. Since this date, again, they had kept the car for about 11 months, ignoring repeated requests from me to return the Vehicle and without any explanation. On 8/2/2018, they contacted me claiming that they had replaced the engine and returned vehicle to me. 2 days later, the engine died while I was driving the vehicle. This time, I had the vehicle towed to a Ford dealer. After performing the mechanical analysis on the vehicle, Ford Master Mechanic concluded that the vehicles engine had never been replaced (I have a written report from him). Now my claim arise as; if my both Turbocharger & Engine ever needed to be replaced at the first place. I was confident that I was scammed and this is a fraud. I reported this case to the local authorities, including Massachusetts Department of Standards and Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulations.

The worst place to go with your car. they will rip you off. for your money and not even work on your car. They had my car for almost a month , at first they told me it needed a fuel pump the cost for parts and labor would be $600(excessive I know) then the car still wouldnt start. Nearly a month they called me told me they cant fix the car to come get it. They didnt give me my money back for not fixing the problem. These guys are frauds only after hardworking money. I will report them to the better business bureau and also take legal actions

TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. I made an appointment with them, and the person who was going to work on my car didnt bother to show up until an hour after my appointment began! After I expressed my frustrations to the man behind the counter and the owner, the owner started yelling at me, saying it was out of their hands. After everything was completed, they overcharged me and didnt even finish the job! They then refused to finish the job!! I continued to tell the workers that I was frustrated with how I was treated and how long it took for my car to be worked on, and none of them cared. They did not care that they were being rude!!I received poor customer service and poor car service. Do your self a service and find a different repair shop.

Not only was he the worst mechanic Ive dealt with but the absolute worst business transaction have ever been a part of. Had to bring the truck back 3 times the second time he didnt even touch the truck . He kept it the whole weekend so I couldnt even run my business because my tools were in the truck and he told me that it would be done by the end of the day. the final time I took the truck in all he did was beat my door in and now the light wont go off and the door alarm chimes because the door doesnt even touch anymore. Never finish the job paid $2,000 for. he was very rude and his excuse for his shortcomings was that it was his business . I have since done my research on spoke to former employee about his practices. I was told He charges people for work he doesnt do or complete. Ill be seeking legal action sometime this week.

Fabulous service

I had 2 cars oil changed at this place at two different spots. I used Groupon with discount. Love the price and no additional hidden fee. The oil changed was done as expected with no hassle. HOWEVER, the first time I was there ON time for my appt in Framingham - small lots, a lots of cars in and out. I was there from 10-11:30 because they FORGOT my car was there for oil change - I checked with the desk at 11am and triggered the oil changed. The second I wanted to do oil change was the time they are in the planning/process of moving. My appointment was changed 3 times and depending up who you talked to you, you get oh, yes, just come in on your schedule, you should call before you come, it is going to next week, we are still moving, wished that they will tell me, instead of me visiting the place, calling and sent back home. I finally FOUND their new place 240 Elliot St in Ashland, it was NOT labelled. I found the LEFT side of the building behind a blocked off fences and knocked to check if it is the place. I came in earlier than appointment time at 10am, they did not want to take me so I sat in my car until 10am. I handled in my key and the woman said come back in 20 minutes. No place to sit and wait, but it was a nice day, so I just sit on the ground outside. 30 minutes passed, my car was NOT moved - I went in the empty building and called out hello and waited a minute or two before someone responded that they were waiting for their electrician to show up. They said anytime now. So I waited about 15 more minutes and took a walk. I returned around 11:30am my car was outside and it was done. The people are nice, but misleading info and quite a waste of my time waiting for an oil change. Price is right, but I might hassle to return next time. I hope I am the isolated case - but happened to me TWICE.

Eric was able to get me a new tire at a great price and had it mounted and balanced in no time. Next time I get a flat Ill be sure to come back to framingham tire and truck in Ashland.

Amazing! So peaceful in there. Big spacious place and friendly customer service. I got an amazing deal on Groupon for an oil change and a tire rotation. I simply made an appointment online at their website, wrote in the description about groupon and got an appointment. They have a very nice and comfortable waiting room with complimentary wifi, nice friendly dog, magazines. The bathroom was super clean and instead of a traditional hand soap had a hand scrub! Also the beautiful lady at the friend desk was super nice as well! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an auto repair service! They had a cool V8 engine piece at the shelf.
