They are always rude, they don’t care about being professional at all. Their work is sub par, and they don’t seem to care if you come back. We had them rebuild our transmission in 2020, and they gave us a 2 year warranty. Our transmission quit working a year later and they were so mad when we claimed it was under warranty. They kept our vehicle for over six weeks to fix it under the warranty because it wasn’t their priority. They continually had excuses why they couldn’t give us updates, and it was mostly that the only person they have to rebuild wasn’t there. Finally they called and told us the vehicle was ready, but no one was working at the front desk. My wife waiting 15 minutes for someone to show up and they said “your keys were there the whole time”. Like she was supposed to reach over the counter and grab them. We dropped off our van with a full tank and we got it back on empty to the point that we didn’t know if we could make it to the gas station. We won’t use them again because their customer service and time management were so poor.

These guys went and fixed an on going issue with my truck that other shops and even a dealership couldnt fix. Great service at an affordable rate!
