Wow, I wish I could give 10 stars. I stopped in, with no appointment. They gladly came out and gave me an estimate. More had to be done than initially estimated, but the bill was exactly what they quoted.The office staff is beyond kind and helpful.Highly recommend!

After hitting a deer I had my car taken to Caliber Collision for repairs Check in ladies were friendly and processed my car quickly but taking time to get all information correct. They have Enterprise Car rental in their shop, so getting a rental was no problem. Was kept up to date as to the car processing through the repair and work was completed before the promised completion date, 100% satisfied with how the car looked after repairs. All line were good and fit were great. Car was cleaned inside and out. Picked up the car on Friday and a couple mechanical issues arose over the weekend. I contacted Caliber Monday, they got the car right back in and corrected all issues to my satisfaction that afternoon. Would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in need of their services.

Had my car in to get the rear bumper and quarter repaired. They missed a fair sized dimple in the quarter panel, so they told me to return it and theyll fix it, did an excellent job on it the second time!

This was by far the best and easiest trip to any collision center. My truck is back up and running and it was a very little inconvenience whatsoever. Looks better than new and I am extremely impressed with the customer service keeping me updated every step of the way. I will not ever choose another collision center.Thank You Again

Was hit by a deer on the right side of my car, they replaced both my doors, front right fender & my bumper. They brought my car back to it’s former glory in only a weeks time! All my after market parts were replaced as well! They have impeccable attention to detail and you’d never know my car was in such a state before Caliber got to it! Wonderful people, who do wonderful work!

First time ever dealing with a body shop including this one and what started out as a great experience quickly turned bad. Took in my fiance brand new 2019 jet black journey after hitting a deer. Only body shop in the area that said they could have the vehicle done before our wedding. Part where ordered and replaced and this is where it gets bad. Went to pick up vehicle after one week when they said it was done. Paint match was perfect but On closer inspection I noticed about 30-40 pinholes in the paint went back in and showed the manager and said he would have it fixed. Two days later go to pick it back up and 98% of the pinhole are gone but now there is holograms in the paint (spots of thousands of little scratches in an area caused by the improper polishing process) decided to take possession of the vehicle as the last two times they where not able to fix the vehicle top all that off I get into the vehicle for the first time and whoever detailed it wiped down all the plastics with what felt like the grease paper from under the worlds most greasy pizza definitely will not be recommending or taking any vehicles back there

Very happy with what they did, very good experience. It took a few trips back to work out all the details, but that was ok I knew that ahead of time, very good work and good experience with them. Carl the mngr is awesome guy. Carl will bendover backwards to make sure everything is done right. All the people where nice and friendly. Carl mngr is also understanding of your life situation with in reason, and will do his best to accommodate you, reasonably. Carl is awesome mngr. Very nice job and experience U guys. 👍😎 Roy K.
