Not a horrible store, has a good selection of organic nutruents and grow supplies, but not reliable at all. They messed up a large dirt order for me. They told me it would take 2 weeks, ended up taking over 8 with them the whole time me calling 3x a week and them saying it would be coming on wed, then friday, then mon then wed, etc.. told me delivery to my place near gold hill would be free, ended up making me pick it up down in ashland costing me days and hundreds of dollars and promised some discount that never materialized. The employees and owner are nice, but I wouldnt special order any products or ever consider getting dirt from them. They gave me run around whole time and made me get a very late start for the year. if you arent looking for dirt or have to order products its an ok spot.
