I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Sandless. Extremely professional, clear, honest, and prompt communication, speedy service and the results were exactly what was promise beforehand.

With two children under 10 and two dogs, our floors had a lot of wear and tear on them. Patrick came to our home which is over an hour away from him for a free estimate. He was open and honest about his services, and which would work best for our family at this time. He could have suggested the most expensive service just for the money but he didn’t, as it wasn’t beneficial with small children and dogs. He was very professional and did an amazing job. He was also done with the service prior to the time he stated he would be! From a family who supports local, we will most certainly be using Patrick for all future flooring needs!

Working with Patrick is simply an amazing experience! He explained the Mr Sandless process a few weeks ago and this morning did the work. We could not be happier with the outcome! Patrick transformed our wood floors just as he said he would. It may be useful to others that we originally thought we needed to sand the hardwood to its natural state and then refinish. We were ready to hire Patrick to do that work knowing it would cost 3X as much. Patrick evaluated our floors and said the total refinishing wasnt necessary. In his opinion we were the perfect candidate for the Sandless process. He was so right! It says a lot about a business man who turns down a much higher value order to do whats best for the customer...

Turns out Patrick didnt refinish my floors. To save money we lifted the carpet in the house and found lots of stains in the oak flooring. Deep dark staining. Patrick could have minimized things and gone ahead and done the job and gotten a payday. He didnt do that. He was upfront about the limitations of what his system could and could not do. That is good old fashioned honesty.On top of that he went ahead and hauled off the old carpet and padding, gratis! That is no charge folks. I am not going to name names but some companies charge you for an estimate. Patrick didnt. Do you think those companies would have hauled of the old floor coverings for nothing? I am betting not. That is good old fashioned customer service.I dont know if I will ever find floors under the carpeting than would benefit from this kind of refinishing but if I do my first call will be to Patrick. That you can be sure of. Thank you Patrick. My dad and I appreciate your help and your candor. You have a good old fashioned sense of how to run a business. I mean every word I have written.

Patricks work is amazing as is his personality and work ethic. He is incredibly accessible and easy to work with, not to mention QUICK. He does high quality work at an affordable price. As we bought our very first home, we trusted him with our first large scale home project and we were so happy with the results.

Words can not describe how pleased I am with my floors. We decided to go with the Mr. Sandless product because we were finishing natural wormy maple and didnt want to get that yellowish tint you get with polyurethane. Patrick worked diligently and was very organized with his processes and his equipment. The entire process was clean and very non-invasive. Patrick was very knowledgeable and very accommodating which made the whole process painless and super easy to get through. The Mr. Sandless sealer and top coat dried up and cured the same day and I was able to walk on it with my socks that night! This was an easy 5 starts and I recommend it to anyone that may be on the fence on weather or not to pull the trigger

Floors are cupping in under a years time, stain job only fair, odd spots. Top dollar but will have to do over in a couple of years. Disappointed.

Patrick did a fantastic job on our floors. Hey had the project finished and faster than expected. He also made it very convenient for myself and our family due to our recent newborn. We were only out of the house till 2 o’clock in the afternoon. I would recommend Mr. Sandless To anyone with hardwood floors thanks again Patrick

Were so impressed with Patrick and his work. We live out of town and needed to have the pine floors refinished in our rental home (in Asheville) before new tenants moved in. They were in terrible condition--water damage from leaky windows, large dog scratches, and an unfortunate mishap with a can of stain a decade ago--but they, shockingly, look like new. Patrick was able to turn the job around in record time and was significantly less than the other 3 bids we got on the job. Thanks for such great work!!

I recently bought a new house in Candler, it was in pretty good shape but the floors had a lot of issues, and I feared a lot of it would need to be redone. Im a carpenter, so I knew when I bought the house I was probably going to do the work myself and was complaining about it to my wifes friend who suggested Mr Sandless. At first I scoffed at the sandless refinishing but she showed me some photos of her home and I was intrigued. Pat came over and gave me a quote and assured me that he could make the floors look good as new and sure enough after one days work in and out the place looked like an entirely different house. Frankly, I was beyond impressed. Super professional, friendly, efficient and cost effective. Quality like this is hard to come by at such a reasonable price, trust me I know. I cant recommend them enough.

We loved patrick and we love our new floors; its like a new house! Patrick owns a franchise called mr sandless and owns the asheville terriotry, but I found from my research they are the largest floor refinishing company in the US. He knows his stuff and spent his time explaining his process to me and my wife; dont do many reviews but I highly recommend Patrick. We are actually going to have Patrick do our second home in boone this fall. They dont do new floors; they just refinish old ones.
