Horrible service!! Was yold all fay long that thry were on the way and it would be 45 minutes. They said that all day long wad supposed to be one of the first people they picked up. I will never use this company again waste of time and money!! They deserve zero stars!

He came out and helped me flood victims in Haywood county for free, out of the kindness of his heart. James is a great man and deserves the world for what he has done to help people in this hard time.

I was told by James that it would be 200 minutes for them to respond because of an accident on the interstate. Come to find out that 2 of the drivers decided to hang out and start drinking. The driver that was finally dispatched was 6 hours after my insurance company sent them the request. I was told several times by James that the driver was on the way, 3 hours later I get a call from the driver. This place is very unprofessional and will never use them again. The driver that brought my truck home is the best asset this company has.

James was awesome in helping people out of the goodness of his heart during the floods of 2021 in haywood county. God bless this man.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are predatory towers AND use unscrupulous tactics to commit insurance fraud. This company was dispatched to pick up my car after an accident and despite me asking to have it towed to a shop, they wouldnt take it without authorization by the insurance company even though the insurance company said I could have them take it where ever I wanted. Even after the insurance company gave authorization the following day, they still wouldnt tow the car where it was supposed to be and then they thwarted all my attempts to get my vehicle from their lot because the more days they can hold onto the car the more money they get from the insurance company for storage fees. Even after sending the body shops wrecker over to get the car and the owner agreeing to meet them at a certain time, they never showed up and still wouldnt release the car. Ive now been told by multiple people in town who are in this business that these guys are the biggest crooks in town. Stay away and dont support them!

Waited over 2 hours for a service call just to hear that they couldnt take care of us. We tried to call prior to ensure everything was okay, but they never called back until 10 minutes prior to the ETA. Had to wait for another tow service to arrive....DO NOT RECOMMEND! They are NOT, in fact, here day or night. Terrible communication, terrible service, no dependability!!! Avoid at all costs, dont waste your time or money!

I had a car towed last night to my house.  The guy who towed it was extremely rude and put it in a parking spot that it didnt go in because he said he had to go that he was in a hurry and claimed he couldnt see even though we had 2 street lights,  a light from a business next door,  and a huge spot light not counting the lights on the tow truck.  I will never use this company again and Ill make sure to tell everyone I know so they dont have a terrible experience. Ive never had a rude tow truck driver, but this guy was not cut out for the job and needs to be fired!

Came within an hour. James did a great job getting me unstuck with no damage to my truck! Will definitely be calling them next time I’m in a pinch. Thanks y’all!

March 19th I had to get my car Winched out of the mud. The gentleman that assisted were really pleasant however they did damage my car in the process. Ever since that happened I havent been able to get a response from the number listed for contact, I was told to text a estimate of the damages, then never heard back,. I have tried to contact them via phone and text again with still no response. The damages came to around $2100, the whole bumper needs to be replaced. They told the insurance company it wasnt avoidable when in fact I have several witnesses that watched them hit the car the way the did with the Tow truck. Just really poor customer service and accountability.

I want to give a big shout out to James and everyone over at Recovery Tactical. My new Jeep broke down last night and stranded me in a very unsafe, hostile situation. James did everything he could to get the vehicle towed to Fields Jeep Chrysler, as soon as possible. He got me out of harms way and called me the this morning to check on me.It was a miracle that it was James that came to my rescue. He literally saved the day. This is the company that received the towing request from my road side service agency. We were initially told 1hr. Then it was moved later. Recovery Tactical never even called to confirm location with us. 2.5hrs later the service agency couldnt even get them to answer the phone. RT says they are 24 hrs, but their number rolls to voicemail that is not set up. Maybe calling them during the day would work, but if your road side service agent connects you with RT, ask for another!
