What a novel idea I am so happy I found you coming by soon for a jigsaw.

I wish I knew about ATL 2 years ago.Such a great idea, wonderful employees and volunteers.

This is an excellent community resource, run by folks who really care. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and committed. Equipment list is thorough and growing. The advantage of being able to check out a piece of equipment for that thrice-in-a-year (or once in a lifetime) project rather than having to purchase and upkeep the same tool cant be overstated, and the wide variety of tools available extends that advantage to multiple projects.

I was surprised by the very thorough collection of tools! And very helpful people, too. If you are the kind of person that tries to get things done, you really need to know about this place.

For my money, this is best option, nice people, liberal time limits, great selection.

The equipment is in great condition. The volunteers are fun to be around. The mission is simple. And, I can get my little projects done without spending a bunch of $$$. Thanks!!

Horrible attitude went by today and the lady was very rude I would not reccomend to go here at all, I cant believe this is even in our community

Access to every tool I could possibly need for an entire year for about the same or less than a 4 hour rental of one tool at Home Depot? Uh, yeah - sign me up.I mean really, this place is in the heart of Asheville and run by some amazing volunteers. Its just like the good ol book libraries you know and love... but for tools. Stop by and check it out if youre a maker, creator, DIYer, homeowner (or renter), tinkerer, mechanic, lover of tools, or aspire to become one. Then get out and build or fix something!

A community of people lending tools! This place is so much cheaper than renting tools at Home Depot. You just pay for an annual membership then get unlimited tools for free for the rest of the year!
