I dealt with Loyal for years and in the latter years he was not easy to communicate with. He sold used audio gear for me more than anything else and he would take a cut of it when it sold. It got so he wouldnt return voice mails or emails at all, after weeks or longer. Then I sent him an email on a holiday and he replied to it immediately and was upset with the way I worded it, but what good is it to deal with someone who refuses to reply to voice mails or emails? Then when he did reply, Im not real sure he didnt take me to the cleaners on what he thought he owed me.

Great local business that repairs turntables, recievers, speakers, and the like. I placed a call and spoke with Loyal, the owner, and was thrilled to hear that he had a turntable belt for my equipment in stock. (He had cartridges available as well.) I was given an old turntable and stereo receiver from the 80s that werent working, turns out all they needed was a good cleaning and Loyal helped me out. Hes very knowledgeable and gave me a history lesson behind the products I brought him, free of charge! He also spent a good amount of time with me telling me how to set it up with the speakers I had back home, and troubleshooting over the phone when I ran into a problem. And he couldnt have been nicer about it, definitely 5 star price and service.
