Gibson was great, we had carpenter bees and evidence of past termites in a damp crawl space. We reached out to Gibson, they have great customer service with Jennifer in the office who is always quick to respond to questions and their team of techs are great and friendly and do a great job. We did have a return of some carpenter bees this year as they were especially bad at our house and they sent techs out right away. That is what I call service. I highly recommend this company.

Ian was great today as is Gibsons staff almost always. We have service contract so even though they come every month, we can always call anytime if any issues with bugs arise

4 weeks after Gibson treated around our small two car garage converted apartment ( which took 20 minutes) and charged us $275.00, the ants were back. When I called to ask if they would be able to return and treat again, they said they would have to charge us again. Unfortunately we are very disappointed in their service and the integrity of the company.

One of their drivers hit us in a rear-end collision. Our insurance agent said we should call the owner before we make the claim. We did, and were told the owner would call us back. The owner never called us back.

I had a great experience with Daniel Ballard , he showed up on time to give me a quote and the qoute was extremely reasonable for the amount of service that was going to be provided . He did a thorough job inside and out . I would highly recommend Gibson pest control and Daniel .

Great customer service. Individually, the person on the phone who helped schedule my appointment, the guy who came out to see the house, and the guy who sprayed my house were all very nice, professional, and friendly. Its also a plus that everybody is very dog friendly!

If I could give a minus score I would. I thought I had a ground wasp nest so called. They said a service person would come out and look at my situation then give an estimate and if I agreed to the price then the service person would do the job. He came out, kicked the nest with his foot, got on his cell phone then quoted a price of $200. I said No. So glad I did. I treated the nest myself at night with a spray. The next day Bullman Heating and Air service guy came by to service my air conditioning unit. I told him to be careful as I thought there was a wasp nest on the ground. He got his can of bug spray and we both went to look at the nest. It was just a large paper wasp nest, no wasps around and it even looked like an old nest that probably rolled down from the bank at the side of my house. Bottom line is the Gibson Pest Control technician quoted an astronomically high price for a job that was in effect not anything serious. This shows me that the company has no integrity at all and I would be highly suspicious of any work they did.

Bob services our home and he is wonderful to work with. He listens, he arrives when scheduled, and he knows how to solve all insect and rodent problems quickly and efficiently.

We have been using Gibson Pest Control for a year now and they have been just wonderful! They got rid of 4 nests of yellow jackets, and then quarterly came to the house to keep other insects at bay. We just signed a new contract for the coming year to also include flea control. They are punctual, honest, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They will work within your budget. We recommend them highly!

I have been with Gibson pest control for over 10 years. They have had nothing but excellent service and always will return if needed. Great company to work with. The servicemen have always been very accommodating and friendly.

I called to get a rough estimate for service with this company. I wanted to compile a few estimates and see yes on the phone they would be good to work with. The woman to whom I spoke informed me in a curt fashion that they basically needed to assess your neighborhood prior to giving any ballpark of an estimate. I will continue to search elsewhere or better service because Gibson just control does not need my business.

We have a large homestead and have occasionally had problems with yellow jackets, but this summer we realized we actually had an infestation. After doing some research we called Gibson and signed up for the premium package. Our service technician Justin arrived promptly and took time to field numerous questions from me about strategies for getting rid of the yellow jacket nests without harming the bears and other wildlife here on the mountain. In short order Justin put on his bee suit and took care of the yellow jacket nests. We also had him remove wasp nests in two locations closer to the house.We were so pleased with Justins technical know-how and professionalism, as well as his kindness, we requested that he be our technician from now on.It reflects well on Gibson Pest Control to have such great staff.

I have found the staff incredibly knowledgeable, and willing. They are friendly, helpful, and definitely good at consoling my total freak out about the fleas we had. I am an information nut, so I found they didnt tell me as much as they could.......but honestly, that could be because of my type A-ness. They did a great job.....fleas just about gone....thanks for being so kind. Great customer service.

Weve been using Gibson since for two and a half years. They are environmentally conscientious, which is important to us. They also care, an follow through. (No long-lasting chemicals or poisons on our property.)

Both the person who did our assessment and the person who did our treatment were excellent. They put the care in customer care.

This is the second company that we have used for pest services. We decided to try someone new after our original technician, of eight years, left the company we were contracted with. The technicians that came out, one for an assessment and the second for treatment, were very nice, but due to a wording technicality in our contract that stated they were dealing with wasps and not hornets (perhaps my fault for not realizing ALL types of bees would not be covered- insert sarcasm 🙄) they were unwilling to come out again and deal with a hornet problem that was overlooked by the second technician that came to spray our property. The $250 we paid, in advance, for an interior and exterior spray and then not being willing to deal with something that shouldve been dealt with when they came out to treat all issues in our opinion was not worth it. I gave them 2 stars because their technicians were polite however, I cannot justify any more given that they refused to stand behind their services. Lesson learned, we should have stuck with our original company!

Great service and prompt attention.

Gibson provided great service at first then they quality declined and our peat problems persisted. Their customer service is disappointing as we found it consistently difficult to have phone calls retuned or to process phone payments. One service person in particular was shockingly very rude to my children. All said, I will not be using them again.

$575 for an annual pest control treatment for a townhouse and then $475 another treatment. I have requested my management company not to use this outfit.
