Jane at Elite is incredible! She is so sweet, conversational and professional, and she’s always ready to try something new. These were her first ever snake nails and she did amazing! I highly recommend Elite, everyone is wonderful.

I’ve went to many salons in asheville, and this one is the best one yet!!! they always do how i ask, always very gentle, very good cuticle care, and aren’t rough on the nails! they always take their time preparing the nail and even applying the polish! i love this place and i would definitely recommend coming here! great prices too!

Nice place and people are friendly, and I really hoped to rate them high but the quality was poor. I’ve been getting powder dip in a different town and my nails always look great and last at least 3 weeks, but this time my nails starting chipping within a week. Also the surface wasn’t buffed down so it was smooth. The spa treatment part was just so-so. Maybe another attendant would be better but I wasn’t too impressed.

Elite Nail Spa was very average. The techs were nice, but didn’t do the best job on my gel pedicure. My nails were filed unevenly and paint wasn’t put all the way to the edges of my nails. I was thankful that they were able to get me in on a day that many other salons in the area seemed to be fully booked.

This is the best place around!!! All the girls in there are amazing!!! They are so friendly I feel like family when I go and they do an amazing job.

They will try to upsell you to get dip nails, saying how it will last longer. In reality this will chip within a week and look horrible. They must use old dip powder or something because I’ve never seen a dip manicure chip off so soon

I’ve been going to Elite Nail Spa for over a year now and have always been happy with my mani/pedi’s! I have been going to Kim for the entire time and she is wonderful! Always so nice and attentive! Everyone in there is professional and sweet. Also a very clean place which is very important to me!

The people in the shop were very nice and friendly but unfortunately, the lady that did my nails did NOT listen to me. My nails (and I mean ALLLLL of them) are different lengths AND shapes. When I mentioned it to the lady, she fixed 2 nails and continued with an excuse about the difference between her p.o.v and my p.o.v. I scheduled with them because of the good reviews, but I don’t think I’ll go back to them!

Jane is a very talented nail professional. She did an ombré on my nails and they came out so beautiful! I highly recommend this Salon and will keep coming back for my services. I drive 45 minutes to come here, so that says a lot.

Im not from Asheville but desperately needed a manicure. Its hard to know where to go, but Im SO GLAD I visited Elite! My nail tech was friendly, quick and did a fantastic job! Some salons leave your nails looking too thick and unnatural- Elite made my nails look natural and beautiful, I was so pleased and would recommend & visit again!

Love these sweet ladies from Cambodia and Bali. The ladies are pretty packed in the mornings but by 11:00 they were good. Very friendly to every one and do good work. Had my daughters nails done for her birthday, results wonderful.

I just had the best most relaxing pedicure from Eric. They take their time and give you a nice foot massage here. I like shellac for my mani and they do a wonderful job. I never feel rushed. I actually started visiting them back when they first opened because I lived in Gerber village. After moving away for several years and coming back to Asheville I have found that their quality has remained the same. Great people and their prices are reasonable.

Took my two young girls in to get pedicures and they did a fabulous job with them! They did not have childrens chairs but they accommodated them nicely.

I made an appointment, as per others suggestions. That’s good advice, it was busy when I showed up. I am THRILLED with my mani!! I had a terrible experience somewhere else last month and this was a breath of fresh air! My nails are exactly what I wanted. I recommend highly!

Very nice people poor service. I went there to get a gel manicure. Manicures/Pedicures usually are very relaxing however Jane rushed to get me done in order to get to the next person. The service I received was of VERY poor quality. Noire Nail Bar will be my new place to go I have seen there work and heard that they take there time with EVERY paying customer no just a select few.

I went in and asked for an arm wax. They definitely do NOT do them but lied and said they did. They also charged $40. I’ve has it done for much less in 10-20 mins. They took an hour and my arms are all red and blustery. They eventually used 3 people because they had no idea what they were doing. They did it haphazardly so then there were patches undone everywhere which led to going over parts again. They did get the wax off with oil after and fixed some small parts with a tweezer. But it took about an hour.

Always amazing! The nails always come out amazing, and they’re always so courteous. They are busy but if you make an appointment like a responsible person, then you won’t have to worry about a wait. The nails are of great quality, and it’s at a very good price. This place is never 50/50, you always get good nails.

This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to!! The hot stone pedicure is AMAZING!! They really take time on massages and use the best products. My toes stay painted for WEEKS!!! Small shop, friendly staff and I highly recommend!!!

I recently moved to Asheville and having gone to several salons looking for a “home salon.” I really enjoyed when Kim did my nails. She took her time, listened to what I wanted, and made my nails look perfect. I would recommend her to anyone!Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about my last two visits. Jen ( I believe that’s her name, it’s been a few weeks so I’ve forgotten) did my nails. I asked for some specific things as to shape and length of my nails and that wasn’t what I received. I felt that she cut corners with the amount of acrylic used, even I after I told her that the last time she did that my nails were chipping and breaking within days of having them done. She was so focused on everything else going on in the shop that she didn’t pay enough attention to what I was asking. I just wasn’t satisfied with my the outcome of my nails or having to pay extra for a service that is typically included.They seem to be a little understaffed, and that makes for usually at 20-30 minute wait even when you make an appointment.

By far the best pedicure Ive had in my life and only $40 for it (deluxe). They take their time with you and truly give you a 5 star experience. We stopped here as a part of our honeymoon and thankful we picked this place! The staff were all very friendly with lots of laughter for an extremely positive experience. Thank you!!!

I absolutely love Elite Nails! Ive been to several nail salons in the Arden area and a few in Asheville. The warm welcoming environment, the friendly technicians, the clean and cozy salon. Very glad i walked in and now i have a favorite salon. Service was outstanding and prices coulnt be better. This is where u want to go for a real salon experience.

Ive only been three times and I only get a pedicure but each time Ive left very satisfied! I am a bit of a difficult case because I cant walk but they have never made me feel unwelcome. They have always gone out of their way to be accomodating for me and my BIG powerchair!

Great experience! They turned away customers to honor our appointment which never happens in other salons... Did an amazing job on our nails and with a friendly demeanour! My sister didnt feel well and had to leave in the middle of her appt and they offered for her to come back and finish them whenever and ended up going above and beyond to accomodate her while she wasnt feeling well. They were able to get all 5 of our pedicures done in a timely manner while doing 5 other nail/pedicure appointments. They spent ample time rubbing our feet and used a scrub, hot towels, an amazing rubber sponge, and etc. Loved it and will definitely be going back!

If I could zero stars I would. Showed up at 9am when the store opens, no one there. Store doesnt open till 9:10. I am second person to walk in, two epoepl have appointments, so they telle to wait. 30 min later a women shows up and tells me Ill have to come back later. Oh thanks for telling me after I waited for thirty minutes. Dont go here, they just waist your time

Have been to many nail salons all over the country. I love this place- they did my powder nails PERFECT. Shiny, beatiful and natural looking. They were closed on a Sunday and I went to another nail salon bc I was desperate to get them done. BIG mistake. I should have waited for Elite bc now my powder nails are the consistency of sand paper from another well reviewed nail salon in the area. Also, they are thick and look like fake nails. So disappointed with this other place and wil ONLY go to Elite nails from now on.

I wouldnt recommend this nail salon. Not the best in the area. It was very rushed. The message wasnt relaxing it was rough and uncomfortable. By the time i left my legs where burning from the stuff they used on me! It wasnt a good experience. My tech caused my toe to bleed from digging at it so much. And the staff wasnt very friendly.
