Spent $15,000 on a Zac Posen ring and had it customized with insurance. Since then, the diamond fell out and even though I had routine cleanings and inspections helzberg diamond is trying to charge me almost $5,000 to have it replaced. Customer service from the store and corporate have been rude and act as if it is my own fault. It is my wedding ring. Its important to me. They treated me and my as we are to blame. Do not purchase anything from them. They do not stand behind their products.

Staff was helpful, not too pushy, reasonable prices. Would gladly go back in the future.

I dont do jewelry stores normally. Found a nice set of emerald earrings here for my girlfriend. A very nice lady helped me. Note to self.... buy the replacement/damage insurance next time.

The ONLY jewelry store we shop at. They treat their customers with a smile and fantastic attitudes. If you want to feel like you are buying from a company that actually cares then you cant go wrong at Helzberg Diamonds. I walked into Helzberg in October of 2015 and since then, haven’t visited another jewelry store. Every time I am there they make the experience smooth and provide fantastic customer service. Billie Jean, the manager, is fantastic and the rest of her staff follows her example. The customer service and genuineness of the employees is second to none.

Spending valuable money on an engagement ring can be a harrowing experience even on the best of days but i am so glad that my sixth sense told me to walk into helzberg Diamonds recently. When i walked in i was greeted by the manager Billie Jean and at once i felt right at ease not just from a purchasing standpoint but from an educational standpoint on my purchase which to me is the most important thing! If i am gonna spend several thousand dollars on a lifetime purchase i always like to know the details of the product....and Billie Jean did just that....she went over all the styles, cuts, the clarity...etc of all the different types of diamonds and settings for them and i was able to make an informed decision based on that....in reality if i had more i would have spent more! And fyi...my fiancee absolutely loved the ring! THANK YOU BILLIE JEAN AND HELZBERG!!!

I bought a bracelet 3 months ago for my gf and this is the second time it broke. I didn’t even have to ask for an exchange, I walked in, was greeted by Kathy and I told her what was going on. She immediately asked if I would like to exchange it. That is exactly what I wanted to hear. Their computers were freezing but Billie Jean and Kathy worked on it for over an hour and did not give up. My gf and I left helzberg happier than we’ve ever left a jewelry store with some new bling bling and the secure feeling of knowing that we will always be taken care of at the asheville store. I will not shop at any other jewelry store again. Thank you Kathy and Billie Jean! I will be back for Christmas!!! 🌲 😁

Helzberg diamonds has officially lost my business. I have been a customer since 2008. They offers a diamond trade in option. But wont honor there on policy. I visited the store today to trade in a ring bought in the local store ( same store the ring was bought at ). Was told I couldnt trade it in because it was bought more than a year prior. NO where is it noted that there is a time limit on the trade in policy. Policy is policy if there are stipulations they need to be posted. If there not going to honor there on policy they shouldnt advertise it! MAD..

WARNING MIGHT BE LONG:My Now fiancé and I went to just LOOK for rings to give him ideas we’ll that’s never the case!Claudia and Howard were so gentle, kind and knowledgeable!I picked out a few rings made a wish list and Howard pulled out the master piece and it was all over from there you seriously can’t compare the master piece to any other ring, the sparkle, the awe effect.... just plain beautiful... “que the water works” and needless to say we left with that ring!Second my fiancé’s ring we got started to oxidize, and we were not satisfied with what it was doing,So Howard lovingly helped us pick our new forever ring, we are so satisfied with the quality of rings, quality of their personality and customer service!Highly recommend! ❤️
