My husband and I rented an auger from here yesterday. The service was terrible they did not give any details about anything. The guy Josh who helped us was RUDE. And the auger started but thats it. It was to weak to even dig holes in clean root and rock free ground. We spent $130 just to use post hole diggers anyways. What a disaster. will never use this place again.

Some of the nicest people youll meet! Theyre under construction in their main building, but we didnt know where else to go, so my husband opened the door to where theyre working on the floors. The guy doing the floors ended up talking us through our own little project. Told us exactly what we needed and gave us some great advice. Thank you for taking the time to help! We got what we needed and our little floor at home is going perfect!

Great People at all locations. I can be anywhere in the SE call and it will come to you. Cost just a bit more but all equipment is A+ stuff

I recently rented a piece of machinery from Sunbelt rentals to create some parking areas for my trucks. I own a landscape company and needed more space for trucks and trailers, I specifically told the counter man over the phone and in person, I dont think I will need the unit for very long, probably just the afternoon He says, Thats fine just bring it back when you are done with itWell I rush around all afternoon with the attempt to complete the task I had set forth for myself. I was able to take the machine back after around an hour of run time. (This ended up being a rental from 3:00pm to 7am, which with other rental groups is a HALF day) I get the machine unloaded and all set to go. Go in to pay and its the exact quote I received the day before. Apparently they have a one day minimum. With no speak of this the day before after I specifically said, I may only need this for a few hours. on more than one occasion.I cant help but feel swindled by this rental group. I will never go back. If possible save yourself the $345 minimum on a bobcat and go to General Equipment in Weaverville, or Rent-All on Hendersonville Rd.

Poor experience and very expensive compared to other rental places in town. Better options out there for equipment rental.

Sorry service evidently they only rent their equipment to people who plant rose gardens they were afraid that their back OMI get a scratch or a Dent acted like they dont give a d*** if I run in their equipment or not no wonder they have so much equipment setting on their yard dont waste your time overpriced a*******
