Would not replace a battery for my phone because I did not have THEIR battery (purchase what they have)!!!

Both of the men I worked with, one when I came in and dropped off my phone to replace my battery and the other brought it out to me, when it was finished, were very professional, very helpful, and a pleasure to work with. They explained everything completely and thoroughly I knew what was going on. The time frame they gave me was right on the money. Couldnt be happier and will recommend them to all my friends.

I was most impressed to find such great service for such a reasonable price. I had water damage from a tiny crack in my IPhone screen and the touch screen would not respond. I left my phone Sunday afternoon and it was repaired by Monday AM.I recommend this business to everyone. They also do so much more than phones.

I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was professional, informative and very pleasant to work with. I was able to get in the next day with setting up my appointment online. The $10 discount for doing this was a nice surprise. I was told to come back in an hour which I did and the phone was ready to go. Hopefully I won’t need them in the future but will use them again, if needed.

Booked online. Saved 10 bucks. Screen looks, feels and responds like brand new. Done in a timely fashion too. Definitely recommend to anybody needing a screen fixed. Will use them in the future cause I know Ill most likely break my screen again.

I took my Samsung Galaxy s9 with a cracked screen. My phone wouldnt even turn on prior to my visit. Without even having an appointment, they took me in and told me how much it would cost and how long it would take to fix. The price was affordable. They got it done in the time they said it would take and ordered me a back glass with 50% off. Now my phone looks and works like its brand new. Great job! I highly recommend.

Made an appointment, dropped off phone for screen replacement. They tested it to be sure everything was working before taking possession. They said it would be about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. I returned 1 1/4 hrs later and it was all ready and worked great. I was impressed with how professional they were and am happy with the results! I would definitely return if I needed a screen replacement (lets hope I dont need to return for that). Thanks Batteries + Bulbs

The battery still loses juice quickly - there was no real review of the old battery to see what the issue was, which makes me hesitate to go back. No one told me you would be taking my old battery without returning it. Maybe that was in the fine print? The staff person at pick-up acted like I was rude to even ask about that because thats your policy. Would be good yo know upfront.

I arrived an hour and a half early because other errands were complete. The could take me right in. Thats great. All service was professional and completed in a timely manner. I got my $10 discount for booking online. Everything was dandy!!

My son’s phone completely died this AM. I have to say I was skeptical at this solution. He didn’t want to spend money on a new phone so he figured it out and off we went. Battery replaced $59.99! (New phone $399+) Fast 1 hour-ish service. Will definitely try this place again!

Such nice young men! I shattered my iPhone screen when I dropped it during a hike. I set up an appointment online. I got lost trying to take back roads from Hendersonville. Dear Al navigated me. I had to call him twice! The workmanship is excellent and they didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Only drawback was finding the store; it sets back from the road, but once Al told me it was in the same strip mall as Ingles, I had no problems.

Good service - replaced iPhone6 battery as requested - phone now carries charge properly again. Fair price but didn’t care for lack of warranty (screen previously replaced) - they should at least warranty their work. All in all I would recommend.

2 visits. First was a 5 star except when new battery was installed, the sound tab was turned off. Had to make a second visit. Staff very knowledgeable but could be a little more patient with us old folks who dont know technological terms and way cell phones are built.

My IPhone needed a new battery. I was waited on immediately and the technician knew what my problem was and checked to see if they had my battery in stock. It was available and took 30 minutes to replace. Check out was fast and easy. Phone seems to be working just fine.

Needed batteries for two phones: a Samsung and an iPhone in the last days of the year. They had both in stock, did the Samsung immediately and asked us to give them 30 minutes to do the iPhone. We ran an errand, came back, and it was ready. Two phones good as new for a fraction of the cost of a single new phone. And no need to migrate our files. Great service, great guarantees, and very nice and capable employees.

I was given a quote on the repair (broken camera lens and presumed inoperative camera too). When I brought the phone in, I was quoted a higher price, being told now that this was actually two repairs. Another employee told me they would work something out.I was then contacted and told that they couldnt get the camera to work at all and couldnt suggest anything, but that there would be no charge.When I went to pick it up, I was told that when they reassembled the phone (Samsung S7) , they reinstalled the old camera with the new lens and presto! Everything worked.They ended up charging a very low price as a concession, which was nice, but the hoops were more than I cared to deal with.Everyone was polite.

This is the second time I’ve stopped by this business. Both times my repairs were timely and affordable. Assuming things will go wrong with future electronics,....I will be back

Had a battery replaced on a Samsung S6, store was on the other side of town. Price was reasonable, store employee courteous and knowledgeable. Took about an hour. I left my wifes phone number in the event they needed to contact me. I picked up the phone, pocketed it, and went home. Good thing I gave them my wifes number. After I got home, my wife received a call from the technician who said he forgot to put the sim card back in. I had to go back across town to pick it up. The phone should have been tested before I picked it up, apparently not. Also, nothing offered for their mistake and my inconvenience.

I was not to happy with this place. I came here to get my phones screen replaced and they told me the part would be shipped and available in 5 days. After 8 days past I finally called them back and the gave me a poor excuse that whoever they were getting from also didnt have it in stock... I could have just ordered the screen off of eBay and brought it to them. Not to mention their repair services void your warranty. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

My iphone battery went bad so I went girst to my carrier but was told that I would have to get a new phone, since those phones u cannot change batteries. But then he suggested to go to Batteries and bulbs and ask them there. I got there and they said sure no problem. It will b 30 mins. I could not believe it. I just saved like 700 bucks and a lot of programming time on a new phone!

It was great..........ready when he said it would be.

They ordered the wrong part which meant almost a week delay. Repair took 20 minutes longer than stated and then broke my screen in the process. Another several day wait now. They did give a small discount doe the inconvenience and of, course, the screen replacement is free; but the aggravation is frustrating!
