Okay, So i went there to get a shirt dry cleaned and to get my jeans hemmed. The first time I visited, the staff was very helpful and I had dropped my shirt off. That night I called and asked if they do alterations (I had received a new pair of expensive jeans). They told me they do them in the mornings until early afternoon. I went there around 10am the next day. However, when I arrived the lady said the person that does alterations was on break and seemed like I was bothering them when I said that I would like them worked on them as I could not come back. I was directed to the back and when I went back there I perceived it as if I was bothering the lady that does the alterations as she was on break. She finally came out and said the pants were hard to hem as they were very long. She had the demeanor that made me weary as if they were going to be done correctly. I spent a lot of money on these jeans and this made me worried. Even though this was the case I did not say anything as I was brought to the counter to collect my ticket. Upon receiving the ticket I asked when it would be done. The person at the counter said it would be finished Tuesday (a week). I came back on Tuesday morning to pick up both garments and they said the Jeans were to be done on Wednesday. This is crazy as how long does it take to hem a pair of jeans? Long story short. I picked up my jeans that afternoon to grab them and bring someplace else and they were done. Granted they didnt charge me but when I brought it to the next place they said they were hemmed way to long. So now I have to get them done again? The service needs work and the professionalism is lacking. I would not recommend this place.Also, they were going to charge me $17 to get a hem done. That is crazy. Ive lived in New York city and its not that expensive!!

It seems you can ignore the old reviews. My daughter asked me to find a cleaners for her white down coat, which was so stained I didnt think it was salvageable, but I did some research and read recent reviews that said Asheville cleaners could work miracles, and thats what I figured this coat needed. They did a great job; the coat looked like new. The price was reasonable, too.

I am surprised by all the low reviews here, but then again people mostly leave reviews when they are upset and nobody is perfect. That being said we have used Aville Cleaners for years and have always had a great experience. The employees are friendly and rates are reasonable compared to others in town. Their steam carpet cleaning folks are fantastic, affordable and quick.

They seem good to me. Shirts and suits are cleaned and pressed. Im in and out in 60 seconds. I havent compared pricing, though.
