I am very Disappointed, I dont do Reviews because I understand that theres a always a solution to a problem.My Opinion here is not the poor quality of work performed but the lack of effort to make it right.I drove from about an Hour and a half to Drop it off (not that it mattered} just for perspective.I was told about 4 to 5 hours I stopped by check on my car,he told me that itll be another couple hours, I said no rush I can pick it up next day. He called me back and told he would be done sooner So I turned around and decided to wait locally.I picked my car up and the quality of work was poor.I asked for a rag and showed him all the areas missed then I asked if he was proud of the quality of work he was delivering he had some defensive remarks and he said yes, I let him know that I wasnt pleased with it. I paid him I did not want to argue so just I realize there was no interest to making it right.

Iggy was quick to respond to a text, and I wanted the whole nine yards Diamond service snd headlight restoration. He said he would try to work us in and get ahead of his work snd get back to me, in no time he was calling me back and could do it same day, including pickup and drop off. Great service, no window streaks, incredible communication, and Iggy has a customer for life.

Im not quite sure why its so difficult to get a car detailer to call you back here in Asheville, but Iggy was quick to respond, his website allows for online scheduling (super convenient!), and his work was excellent! I will definitely use him again!

Amazing Job! I have used other detailers to bring my car back from the brink of disaster, but Iggys by far exceeded my expectations. I just retired from years of pet sitting and dog hiking in SLC. So imagine dogs in and out of my car year round (2-8 dogs at a time), all 4 seasons! I was so embarrassed to have anyone see my car and not to mention the smell. Those days are over, my car looks and smells like new. I just wish Id taken pictures of it before.Thanks Iggy for giving me such a beautiful ride back!

I got my 2016 Toyota Corolla detailed at Iggys. I was about to sell it, and I needed it cleaned since I got two dogs that go with me everywhere. One of those dogs is a white German Shepherd that sheds constantly, so you can imagine the amount of hair that was stuck everywhere around the car. Iggy did such an amazing job that took him about 3 hours, for a very reasonable price. Also, his website is so convenient for scheduling, and hes quick to respond. Ive only have best things to say about this man, if your car needs detailing, give him a call.

Iggy and his team did a fabulous job “updating” the appearance of my 2002 Toyota Highlander which has only 148K miles and is now a pleasure to continue to drive for who-knows how much longer! Iggy was so very knowledgeable and hospitable too! Highly recommend!!!

Our car had spores from the mulch in our yard.....white car with tiny black specks all over it. We have taken the car to a couple of different detail shops over the last couple of years but they could not get the spores removed. Iggy detailed our car and the spores are gone!!! Iggy was very professional and did a wonderful job detailing my Subaru Forester so that I can post it for sale. The interior looks better than it did when I bought it a few years ago. He got every single mud stain out of my weathertech floor mats, and my cloth seats look brand new. Im super impressed and would absolutely use him again in the future.

We had a great experience with Iggys Detailing. Iggy was able to squeeze our car in last minute for a bday suprise. The car was in bad shape, dirty and mildewy from sitting. Iggys detailed the car inside and out, shampooed and vacuumed and she smells like a new car. The car was ready for us 2 hours early. I got my Jeep fully detailed at Iggys Detailing and I feel like Im rolling in a Phantom. They did an incredible job on every nook and cranny, inside and out. Plus, the service was amazing. I called on a weekend - and they met me at their shop 1 hour later.5 stars for sure - and if youre in or around Asheville and need detailing done, I would highly recommend this spot.

The best detailing place I have ever used, my puppy threw up in my Jeep and dog hair in the back and not to mention 2 kids riding in it daily. I called Iggy because of Google and choose him because of his location. He was supposed to leave early today for vacation but he stayed to detail my Jeep. When I got my Jeep back it sparkled. No trace of dog hair or dog vomit and NO smell. Awesome job!
