The vast assortment of terrible reviews tell the story. Do not under any circumstances bring your vehicle here. I cannot tell you one positive thing about how I have been treated. The owners son, Aaron, will lie to you week after week. They quote inappropriately to get you in the door, promise stuff they cannot remotely fulfill and demand money up front to get working on your vehicle. The owner has zero involvement and left her son Aaron, who has zero business experience to run it. He is constantly sick, never there, and often they lock the door and put up the Closed sign. Zero communication, zero trust, zero accountability. The worst business experience i have had in my 40 years. For the sake of your sanity, your wallet, your family - do not work with this business.

My car has been here since the end of JUNE. At first they were helpful and things ran smoothly but then I stopped hearing from them. When I called they said the insurance company was “not giving them enough money to fix the things that need to be fixed”. They stopped returning all of my phone calls, so I went down there this morning and saw this sign on the door. And my car is still sitting there, locked behind their fence, not fixed. Insanity.

For anyone that needs help with the predicament they are in, you absolutely need to contact the gentleman in the card below. Pass on your situation with him. ASAP!

Horrible. They have had my car for almost 9 months. Took it here bc they had done work for us b4 and we had our car back in 2 weeks. Now the new owners have completely screwed us over and over. They cashed our insurance check and never fixed the car. They took it somewhere else and stored it for months. We found out thru DOT that it was setting at an oil lube place. After finding that out and threatening to sue they picked up our car without telling us and took it to another automotive shop that had it for 3 weeks. They picked it up from there and took it back to their shop saying they were going to detail it. Ever since then they keep coming up with excuses for us not to pick it up. We are now filing a lawsuit against them

Please do not ever use this shop. They will give tell you lie after lie. They will lie and say they’re being completely transparent to make you think they’re telling you the truth, but they’re not. There’s always a lie. They had my car for almost four weeks to replace and paint my rear bumper. I got the car back with trash all in the paint and with a different hue than the rest of the car. I took it back to them to blend the bumper with the back quarter panels and for them to reshoot the bumper. The car was returned to me with clear coat rippled all down the side of one of my doors and a really bad over hang of clear coat on the top of my car. The door should have never been touched. Well, they fixed this, and returned my car with three spots on it where the paint has been sanded down to the metal. All of this, and minimal contact back. I had to go down to the shop numerous times to even get someone to communicate with me. This was an insurance claim. They kept adding work that need to be done and messing up other things. My car is trashed in multiple places - including part of the bumper is loose from the body. No one is contacting me back. They kept messing my car up, but shop manager, Aaron, kept acting like I was just complaining and was a difficult person.

This body shop has changed owners. We took our car there thinking me Roberts still owned it. Mild collision, they kept our car for too mounts, after several conversation we had to theration the owners to get the car back. This company owed us 1458.00 they refused to pay it. After a long battle, they agreed to pay it back in weekly instalments is 300.00 per week. We received only to and that stopped paying, still baddling with these crops. Please dont get taken by this company.

I cannot ever remember a prior experience that was better than this one! Being involved in any kind of situation where your car gets messed up is awful, and every bit of kindness helps. We were fairly inexperienced dealing with this kind of situation, and this business is the ONLY independent contractor left in Asheville. Every other body shop is either corporate or deals primarily with one insurance company. The new owner walked us through what is next and explained everything in a way that we could understand it. He is very friendly, compassionate and cares about what is best for the customer. Also, there was a lady named KERA that took it upon herself to make sure my 8-year-old have things to play with and gave him juice and treated him like he was family. I could not stress enough how thankful to her I am! I will definitely be staying with this business!

I was given an estimate for a complete paint job and gave a deposit on the spot. After 7 months nothing had been done and I couldn’t get anyone from the business to return calls or emails. I’m in the process of recovering my deposit through the courtsThis is the most unprofessional shop I have ever dealt with and would advise anyone who asked to go somewhere else for paint and body work

This place is a joke. If u are thinking about having classic paint and body do any work to your vehicle, run. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Aaron the so-called manager doesnt even have his voicemail setup. Quoted a month for the repairs and here we are over 3 months later and nothing but lies and procrastination from Aaron.Update, they still have the car and Aaron is refusing to return the numerous messages I have left for him. Do not give this place any of your time.

The tip of the iceberg - on these reviews, the owner has commented on all 5 star reviews with a big pat on their back. They have not addressed a single complaint. Issues like this seem self-evident to most of us - persons with common decency, respect and honesty. My experience with this company (and individuals mentioned in other comments) was worse than the accident which took me there. I was lied to, accused of theft and insurance fraud, harassed and strung along for months - all over a simple book keeping error on their part. Never got an apology.

Do not take your car here they have had my car since March 30th it is now July 11th & my car is not fixed. Aaron the manager is the biggest liar he has told me my car is going to be ready for 2 months now & he keeps saying my parts are being order after showing up & telling other customers not to come he finally started to realize I was not playing now he is saying 2 weeks my car will be fixed!!! I learned from the insurance company they cashed the over 8,000 dollar check in April it’s a complete scam!!!! Stay away

I went and had an estimate done from where a car wash had damaged my Tahoe. I was given a rough estimate of $1000 to fix it. The guy there told me that he would have an actual estimate for me first thing the next morning. Never heard anything back from them for 2 days. I called twice today but was told by both ladies that answered the phone that there was nothing they could do. I asked if I could speak to someone who writes estimates but was told that they could not put anyone on the phone. Very unprofessional.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSTheyve had my truck for more than 130 days. (dropped off Dec 21, 2020) Its been promised to me four different times, the first being March 19th. Then March 24th, then April 6th. Most recently I was told it would be this week. Tomorrow is May 1st. They do not answer the phone, seldom ever return messages.When I had heard from them, I was told most of the work had been done. After not seeing any results I visited the shop and demanded to see my truck. No work was done apart from disassembly. It was clear I had been lied to and staff admitted to having lied and offered no excuse.The shop manager Aaron gave me his personal cell phone number and he uses that to ignore me as well. They have begun using an answering service that will not connect you with the shop. Whether messages are delivered or not makes no difference. They dont call back. The shop has collected more than $6K from State Farm and hasnt been able to finish my truck in over four months. This shop was recommended by friends and neighbors who are embarrassed to have directed me into this quagmire.Do not trust this shop. They are far too comfortable with lying, and cannot manage to produce results even after theyve been paid.

The body work itself was great--very well done. However, the work took twice as long as quoted and my vehicle was returned in poor condition. I have a 09 Honda Civic and it had scratches and scuffs on the back passenger quarter panel from a fender bender (pictured). Classic P&B quoted the project at 10 business days for completion and gave me a price quote. After waiting three weeks for an appointment, I dropped my vehicle off. Shortly after dropping it off, my insurance company was hit with some additional charges from Classic P&B, which doubled the cost of the claim and still quoted the work at 10 business days. My insurance company (USAA) and I were confused by the additional charges, as additional work had not been authorized. My insurance company had to rescind the charges as they were not part of the claim. This caused my vehicle delivery to be delayed by 14 DAYS--which had me without a vehicle for 29 total days. This cost my insurance company $430 in additional rental fees. It doesnt end there. When I finally picked up my vehicle, as I started it in their garage to drive out, I noticed two new dashboard warning lights that were not on when I dropped the vehicle off, and I noticed the steering was noticeably stiffer. One was a tire pressure light and was easily resolved. I wasnt sure what the other light was and I was late for work, so I took a picture of it in their garage and left. I quickly found out the other light indicated a VSA or traction control malfunction. I called Classic P&B shortly after I learned what the malfunction was to seek guidance. Jessica told me she would look into it. I drove around with stiff steering and no traction control for a full week without hearing back from Jessica. I finally took my vehicle into my mechanic and they were able to resolve the malfunction for $40.00. Classic P&B also left a thick grease coating on my passenger side windows. I had to spend about 40 minutes cleaning this off with some commercial grade glass cleaner. I will never trust my vehicle with these people again

I brought my vehicle to Classic Paint and Body after being referred there by a friend. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I was greeted and helped by Darlene who was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She provided me an on the spot estimate and immediately setup my appointment for repair. The staff was professional, the work was done quickly, and they did an excellent job with the repairs. I will definitely use them again and will be referring friends and family to them as well. You never really are excited to go to a body shop to fix your car because you know it won’t be inexpensive and it a huge inconvenience being with out your vehicle. Frank at Classic P&B did a great job estimating the final cost and helping me coordinate the logistics of getting everything done. Julie was helpful over the phone and kept me in the loop on what was going on and when my vehicle would be ready. When I picked it up everything looked as good as new and they did a great job blending the painting in so no one could tell where the damage was located. Overall great quality and great customer service. Classic Paint & Body is worth the call.

I was referred to Classic Paint & Body by a different mechanic for an issue with my gas cap. Frank was able to detect the issue immediately and quickly made an adjustment to fix the problem. I appreciate it very much and will be taking my car back for any issues in the future. Highly recommended!

My first new car in 20 years suffered heavy damage from dead limbs that shattered the sunroof and put several deep dents in the roof. I was given a strong recommendation for Classic from staff at Organic Mechanic. From the first phone call to Classic through an extensive repair job that included replacing the roof, I was satisfied at every step with the level of care and professionalism. Tony, Darlene, and Jill were wonderful to deal with, explained things to me in detail, and coordinated everything with my USAA insurer. To my great relief, they delivered on their promise to make my brand-new CR-V look like new again. The other day I mentioned Classic to an acquaintance who said shed had an excellent experience with them too.

I was getting a bit bored with my factory white, 7-year-old, standard-issue Jeep Wrangler. Was thinking of getting a new car. But for a fraction of the price of a new car, the guys at Classic Paint & Body in Asheville tricked out my old Jeep and made it anything but boring, with a totally unique Sunrise Orange color, a matte finish, and new fenders and bumpers. They did a fantastic job. I get compliments on it almost everywhere I go. It took weeks to get it done, but the wait was well worth it. I credit the team at Classic Paint & Body with taking the time to get the job done right, making several corrections along the way, which other shops might have failed to make, or might have tried to charge extra for. Heres the after photo. My formerly run-of-the-mill car was transformed to the point that it was entered in theWNC Mountain Motor Show. Thanks guys!

My car was repaired by Classic during the COVID 19 lock down. The folks were very accomodating and efficient. The work was done thoroughly and correctly. I would recommend them to anyone who has a custom or classic car or just one you are especially fond of. They will take good care of your baby.

A few months ago my door on my 2004 Toyota Tacoma was stuck shut on the driver side. I heard some radio ads for Classic paint and body and thought it would be a good idea to bring it down however after the initial estimate of under 200 it Rose 2/4 and with this being Mike main concern at the point of picking it up I asked why and they said the part was why I was so expensive they were nice enough to take off the labor charge however I was still stuck with a bill of over $400. Fast forward today is the 2nd of March and I just got my truck back from a routine oil check and the person handling my truck snaps the handle that cost over $400 off of my truck I called to the body shop to confront them about this faulty part not wanting them to do more work they told me that they could fix it if I brought it in however with paying so much more than I thought I had to originally and the shoddy work that they had done to put my door back into place poorly I may add I will not be bringing my vehicle or recommend any other vehicle be brought to their at all.

When I took my car in to get it looked at, ( a friend had recommended them) I was told it would probably cost $2000 more than what the adjuster had written for..... this was before they had even looked at the car!!! The adjuster had warned me about this tactic, but I figured Id see for myself. I ended up going somewhere else, got a perfect job done in a timely manner for $4600 less than what Classic wanted to do it for. Apparently they do good work, but apparently also try to gouge the insurance companies for all they can. Would never go there again and wouldnt refer anyone.

Had a rather simple body work on my car. Staff was very friendly, and took care of it on site within 15 minutes with reasonable price. Though the job was pretty obvious, they didnt try to make it a big deal out it. Honest folks and great to work with.

They did fantastic work on my car! Made it look better than it did before it got dinged! 😂 I will, however, say communication could use some work. The customer service was awesome, but there were several times during the 3 week process that I had to keep reaching out first because I had no idea what the status was on my car. Love this place though and will be recommending it to others and will use them again if I ever need to! Thanks y’all!

I cannot say how pleased I am with this experience! I dented my car and was so angry with myself but I took it here, and they looked at it and got it out so quickly! They were affordable too! The inside was very nice and comfortable-- I could totally see myself staying there if it would have taken longer. Super sweet and nice staff! I am so happy!

Had a problem when backed into in a parking lot. One week after cant even tell. Great job by Classic Paint and Body and my front office connection Jessica. Never had to wonder what was going on as Jessica kept in touch. Was pleasantly surprised and the terrific job done on my car by the obviously experienced body professionals. I got in a fender bender and needed to repair my vehicle. I stumbled upon Classic Paint and Body basically because they were so close to my work. I am SO happy I did! They were so helpful and patient with all of my questions as I had never been in an accident before. I mostly worked with Jessica who was the one that evaluated my damage. She kept me updated along the way which made me feel like they really, really wanted to make sure I felt taken care of. My car came out PERFECT! I HIGHLY recommend them!

This is a great body shop - Ive now had two vehicles repaired here and the quality of the work is top notch. While I cannot speak for the cost (both were covered by insurance), their work is second to none. I would highly recommend this establishment for anyone needing body work on their car or truck.

Best service in my entirely life when it comes to auto work. Great people, great service. The work done through the USAA insurance was as good as I have ever experienced. I would refer anyone and everyone to this service center.

I have had my truck here four times now they have charged me 4 things I didnt ask them to do they scratched my truck on their lift they never return my calls. As a USAA recommended body shop I am shocked and would advise against using this shop at all costs.

Everyone there was nice and very detailed and thorough with explaining the repair process from the moment I brought my car in for an estimate to when I picked it up after the repair. They sent email status updates and even got my car repaired earlier than expected!! I hate that I got in a wreck, but feel fortunate that Classic Body did the seemless job they did. They mentioned they would be renting cars too - wish that would have been available for me but hope there isn’t a ‘next time’ that I would have to use that service. Would definitely use them again!!!!

I purchased a used 2017 Subaru Outback locally. The rear backup sensors werent working so I took it in to the dealership. They said it had been in an accident and I should take it back to where the repair work was done. I found out it was Classic Paint and Body. When I called, the female owner was just as rude and unhelpful as she could be. She would not work on the car because it had sold. She swore that all they did was replace the rear bumper cover. When I took it back to the dealership, they told me that the sensor brackets were bent. They charged me $700 for what Custom Paint and Body should have done in the first place as part of the insurance work. BTW: The reason I never knew about the accident is because Classic never reported that the work was done so it wasnt on Carfax. Steer away from this company at all cost.

Excellent and courteous staff. Met and exceeded all repair needs on time. Classic Paint and Body truly delivers an effortless repair process. Would highly recommend to any one looking for a locally owned and high quality collision repair shop.

To each its own, but do your homeowrk. We did not know the previous owner sold the business and retired because for years we had excellent service, honesty and lots of communication. However, the work done on the body was excellent. Jessica and Justin understand about customer service, but not sure the others should be working in a customer driven business. We were so disappointed about so many things, but everything is a lesson learned and prayerfully, others wont learn the hard way. Ask lots of questions and dont leave anything to assumption or expectation.

The attention to detail and willingness to assist our daughter (who was 4 hours from home) to get her car taken care of - was amazing! She was hit while working at a summer camp in the mtns and has no cell access. They were more than willing to talk with us each time we called in a panic. They even expedited completion so that she could pick it up on her only day off. I hope we never need them again but we’d definitely recommend Classic to anyone.

I brought in my car and they did a prompt review and told me it would take 4 days. I got an appointment for about a week and brought it in. Four days later they called to say it was ready and I came and picked it up. It looked and functioned as if it had never been damaged. Very satisfied with the people and the results.

A tree fell on our car(!) and Will and the entire team at Classic Paint and Body helped us make the best of a bad situation. The car looks amazing now; youd never know what had happened. The repairs were completed in the timeframe indicated and they worked with my insurance company to make sure all the necessary work was covered. They even made sure that the paint job was top-notch, even though the insurance company hadnt agreed that it needed to be blended and done well. Thanks for making this a great experience!

Not only did they do an excellent job replacing my door and fender within a shorter period of time than projected, and not only did they work with the person who hit me since they did not have car insurance and had to pay out of pocket, and not only were they the most personable and caring staff I’ve ever encountered at an automotive shop—-but Will came in on his DAY OFF to help me with an unrelated car issue while I was waiting to repair the collision damages! Above and beyond service, never in 30 years have had anything like it!!!

From my first phone call to Classic, the customer service continued through the whole process to be nothing less than stellar. The time they spent going over all details of my damage and answering my questions with patience and understanding was again, above and beyond. I think its important to note, I am a woman and the 2 employees I was dealing with were both women, working in what is normally considered to be a mans profession......not anymore!!! Whether youre male or female, when you need wreck repair or cosmetic vehicle work, you will not get the service or the quality unless you have it done at Classic!!!

I have used this body shop for many years for different vehicles, and I have left feeling extremely satisfied. Today makes the 42nd day my car has been in the body shop and I am feeling very frustrated over the lack of communication and urgency from Jessica at the shop, as she felt my need to have my insurance company call the body shop was incredibly confusing to her. Then, at 5 p.m. today the body shops manager says my paint job is not up to satisfaction so they are keeping my car longer. They will cover a rental if Ill go back to get one. I just arrived home from having been picked up from returning a rental. No one called me to inform me of the situation prior? Im trying Really hard not to explode right now. Steve Smith, I wish I was dealing just with you!! I never ever had any issues when it was you.

The work was excellent, the staff was friendly and answered any question I had. My car was ready when promised and the warranty and care for the repaired area of my car was explained to me before I was given the keys. Great Job!

My parked car was hit by another vehicle a day before we were to leave town for several weeks. It suffered extensive damage and someone on scene suggested going to Classic Paint which was nearby. They provided an immediate estimate accepted by the owner of the vehicle that hit mine and repaired all damage while we were away. They kept be informed, did everything they said they would do and were incredibly easy to deal with.

Prompt, clean and professional auto body shop. They did an awesome job repairing our car after a rear-ender. Lou communicated throughout the process and made it very easy. We highly recommend.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at classic paint. I was told repairs would take 10 business days, on business day twenty they said my car was ready. I spoke to a representative and let them know that I was on vacation and would be in on business day 22 8 am to pick up. I arrive on day 22 to get my vehicle, and was very dissatisfied. They let me know my rental car was canceled the day prior because my car had been ready. Okay, you promise 10 days get in on twenty and then I am penalized for an extra day of rental? By this time my car should be perfect right? Oh no, bumper not aligned, white stuff all over interior, and I can see a seam where they attached body panel. I bring my issues to there attention, I am then shuttled to work by their employee with still no car. After a few calls that day car was delivered to my job at 5 pm. The issues I can tell are non working key fobs, non working radio/nav, and rear sun visor not working. This got me thinking, the tech at the body shop told me the airbags were reset. Were they done correctly?? Felling there was more I brought the vehicle to a post collision inspection company and they said that classic paint and body installed my quarter panel against factory specs! I personally will not use or recommend this company to anyone!

Superb job of replacing and painting a rear bumper cover on a Porsche Boxster, badly damaged in an accident. The insurer of the other driver admitted liability, but then told me the bumper was repairable, offered me a pittance and suggested I take the car to one of their repair shops. Instead, I took it to this shop. They looked at it and immediately declared it unrepairable. They dealt with the insurer directly and got them to concede that it was unrepairable and required a new replacement bumper cover. They kept me posted about their progress, and did the work promptly. The car looks great. Fabulous result. Highly recommend this shop.

Former employee that has not been paid going on 7 months. Owner Steve and COO Aaron refuse to return any of my calls, lied about mailing my paycheck on multiple occasions, and will not cooperate with the Department of Labor. They have disabled Facebook reviews in an effort to hide negative publicity from former employees (I am one of several) who have not been paid.

Excellent service & excellent work. Matches perfectly both times Ive needed their services.

I dropped my car off at 1pm and picked it up shortly after 2pm, as promised. I was told the job should take about an hour and thats what it was. And the final bill came in at half the original estimate! It doesnt get much better than that! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and I felt like Will, my estimator, went out of his way to make sure the job was satisfactory. This is not your average garage/body shop. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Classic Paint and Body.My original car repairs were supposed to take two days, but was extended to a week and a half. I understand that delays take place with body repairs, but I do not appreciate their lack of communication.Classic Paint and Body had extremely poor communication with me throughout the whole process. I had to call to get any and all updates, after requesting multiple times to be updated from the employee handling my claim, Meghan.I was also offered a service (fixing a ding in my door) during my original insurance claim walk through, which was retracted. On top of that, I came to pick up my car at the time I was told but instead waited another 45 minutes.After three days in a row of believing my car was complete and it was not (and hearing no word from them), I extremely disappointed and will not return.

They dont pay their employees or they write multiple bad checks

I have had a few excellent jobs done on my cars over the years at this body shop. Last time was several years ago. This was the first time I have been disappointed with result. Took BMW in for small accident that had bent a front fender out of alignment and scrapped the paint. They did a good job on the paint but did not make the panel flush. The person I dealt with, Seth, said I had not wanted it repaired completely which wasnt true. I guess it was a poor job on communication. I wont be back.

Recommended by the local Toyota dealership for body work on our Camry. They were right: good service, friendly people, excellent work.

The people who work here are hardworking and honest and have also been very friendly. Ive been there twice and was very happy with my experience both times.

I would like to say thank you to the guys at Classic Paint And Body. They did a great job on my mothers car repairs. The customer services was great and the repairs was done on time.

Insurance paid for a bumper repair. They were cordial and they were quick, and they did an excellent job.

They blew the speakers in my brand new car. I keep my car in very good condition, never maximized my speakers volume. When my car was returned my speakers were blown. Couldn’t be any more angry.

Our car was repaired and finished by a local Body shop on 12/26/2017.On arrival we noticed major color match issues, they refused to do anything to help us.They told us We are done! There is nothing more we can do for you. That is when we took our car to Classic Paint for a second opinion . After doing a review of previous job, they found : over spray on windshield,poor sanding, excessive bondo work not needed, lot more. These are issues we would have never new existed till now. They immediately formulated a plan to re do our cars previous repair. They started with contacting body shop,Insurance company to help get this re-do approved (seemed to take several weeks) and on 03/27/2018 Classic Paint &Body called us to come pick-up our car.Classic Paint &Body chose to be there for us the 1st day and stayed with us till they handed us the keys to our finished car 90 Days Later.They did such a wonderful job our 20 year experienced detailer couldnt even find where the repair was located. He said im simply amazed on the job they did, you dont see this very often.These guys truly are professional in automotive paint and body work.

These people are classic jerks. A friend and I went here looking for help & answers and were ignored when we walked in. They finished their long conversation before acknowledging us and looked at us like why the **** are you here on their face. Rude, unhelpful, and clearly didnt want our business. From the very beginning they had the attitude of i dont want to help you & didnt bother hiding it.Edit, Yes I am 100% sure im talking about the Classic Paint and Body in Asheville in the Builtmore area. I sat in the parking lot posting this after having the poor experience i described above. I will make sure to check out the other body shop in Builtmore next time i need auto service, maybe they know how to treat paying customers.

Excellent work and honest evaluation of what repairs were needed- They also stood up for me when my insurance company tried to minimize the damage- I highly recommend them

Classic paint and body is one of the best repair/collision shops we have ever had the pleasure of working with. I had an acciendent in my Lexus rx350 and needed someone immediately. From the moment I called, until the end of the repair it was nothing short of an excellent experience. I have dealt with many shops in my past but none as effiecient as Classic! The staff was super friendly and professial. They entire team assured me that they would take care of everything and they did and more! I would write more reviews if businesses would take a lesson from these folks! Great repair shop in (biltmore village) Asheville and convenient location!

In regards to Seth and his response.Silly liar...you are putting in black and white, that I waited a year to write a review...just because you didnt read it for a year, doesnt mean it took me a year to write it...Trix are for kids. It shows on there when I wrote it and you can see it was a month or two after you did the work. Nice one!I told you from the get go it could go thru insurance. When you found out it was, you said you found some other stuff as unintelligent as you are I had the price sheet you gave me before and the one after you learned it was going thru insurance, and found some stuff ...all you did genius, is raise the labor rates. That is called insurance fraud and if you want to keep it up, I will bring it to my lawyer.Next...your recollection is probably diluted from all the substances you take in your body...but you never fixed my rental car (which Im not sure where you think you know that I rented it for weeks...unless it took you weeks to make the simple, yet awful, repair on my bumper) you gave me a really high price, like a shark would do, and I did not get the work done with you. You never fixed anything for free...after the work you did and transaction you had on my car...I would not let you work on a car of mine. Even for free! I even had to pay to have your repair fixed. As for asking for cheap after parts..my hat is B.S...what business would even put that on...when asked I said Nissan parts...and again, not the case that was acted out.Lastly, you recently made a call to my company...saying met with me. And you are well revered in Asheville, and you or your family, the pulliams will never do business with my company. Nice efforts but I own my company and treat people with great pride and respect and the partner company you called, knows this. That did nothing to effect me, but did give us some laughs. There are ways around your blocked call. Try something like that, and you will get sued. I have all the facts in my complaint against you, Seth. Black and white...you responded with a mouthful more of lies, but your lack of education doesnt help you see you have left paper trails on it all. I hope you have 1000 happy customers...I dont believe it, bc every time you open your mouth, lies seem to spew out.Not sure if the owner is a good person but you are not. They should end your run at 11 years or go out of business.I know this has recently hurt you, because a woman contacted me about it and pulled the business from you. You were a dirt bag to her, as well. That is why you have recently responded and called my company. Learn this...your actions have consequences. When you decided to try and stick me for another 1k just because you found out insurance was paying...and you made it so obvious, even on the paperwork (theft and insurance fraud) you have lost a ton more than that because of it. Be careful on your stunts sir...this could get much bigger for you and your B.S business.
