Elizabeth did a great job getting our service scheduled and keeping us updated about our appointment. Matt serviced our equipment and located the problem that we were having quickly. The part was ordered for us and came in ahead of schedule and our repair was completed. Our system is running just like it did when it was new. This company is great to work with. I have had my old heat pump system go down twice in the last year, each time I called them and there were able to fix it right away during the winter and the summer. The techs are very knowledgeable and very professional. I know I’ll be using them to replace my very old system. I would highly recommend this company.

Ive been dealing with problems with my heating system for the past 4 years. Ive had one company just want to sell me a new heat pump. Another company (one man operation) fixed it but that only lasted about a week. When I attempted to get in contact with them, they didnt return my calls or texts. It just got to the point where I was just going to go without since I couldnt keep sinking money into it.1st Choice finally fixed my problem. Along with low refrigerant, the source of my problem was a fried electrical relay which probably went bad due to its initial wiring (which I can believe due to the company who installed the heat pump). Its nice to be able to come home and actually feeling heat when I walk in.Their communication was excellent. They had an open line that I could use to communicate to them and they would always respond in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them!

Ive been using 1st Choice Service group for many years and have always received top notch service from them. They are true experts and they always take the extra time to explain what the problem is and what theyre doing to fix it. Both Mac and Chris have been a pleasure to work with-- they respond to calls quickly and actually try to help me save money! Its a big relief to know I can count on 1st Choice. I’ve never worked with a home repair company as professionally run as 1st Choice. They text when they’re on the way and are prompt and thorough. The repairman, Randall, is bright, very knowledgeable about Lennox products, and is clearly a man of integrity. Billing is prompt and their prices are fair. Office staff (Elizabeth and Julie) are warm, caring, and responsive. This is how businesses should be run!

Overpriced and unprofessional.I had a minor issue that I had already diagnosed and simply needed a replacement thermostat which was still under warranty. They wanted to charge me ~200 dollars to verify the problem and then probably another 125 to come back out and replace the thermostat. This would be ~200 to 325 dollars in labor (0 dollars in parts) to plug a new thermostat into the wall. I mentioned this was overpriced for what I need done, is there any other options? The receptionist mentions a service agreement, I figured because it will save me money. After a long unnecessary conversation, I explained to her that it would not save me any money, so we were back to 200 dollars to verify the problem. I reluctantly agreed to this and made an appointment, because you can only replace the part through an authorized dealer. They called me back the next day to say they were canceling my appointment and that I should go with someone else, because I had complained about the price earlier. Most unprofessional experience I have ever had. It all worked out though because I saved hundreds of dollars NOT going with 1st Choice Service Group, Inc (multiple much cheaper options in the area that can keep things professional).

I call First Choice for my bi-annual maintenance system check-up to be sure all was well ( I have this done in the spring & fall). Randall came out and serviced my heat pump and air system. ( All was well). Randall is amazing... he is friendly, efficient and definitely know what he is doing and can answer all the questions I have. Thank you so much for the prompt service. Chris installed our entire for our HVAC System in our newly built home. His work was precise, accurate & accurate. I would recommend 1st Choice as your first choice to find a reliable HVAC Service Co. Will be using their sister company WNC Generator to install our backup Generator.

These folks were the most professional HVAC company around! I had three quotes and picked them. They were clean, courteous & quick! I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. They walked me through my new thermostat operations and did a superior installation!

I am very happy with the service this company provides. Daniel is my service person and does a thorough and excellent job. He explains everything that needs to be done and answers any questions I have.Last winter I called on a Sunday morning because I didnt have any heat on a super cold day hoping that I could get someone to come and fix what was wrong. I left a message and within 10 minutes Daniel called back. He came to the house very quickly and didnt give up till he found what was wrong. He had to leave for a while to get the parts needed but fixed the problem once he returned and even showed me the parts he had to replace and where they were defective.
