Dr Freeman was simply the most pleasant dentist. She took the time to actually sit down and explain what she believed to be the best methods. None have ever done that for me. She has the most beautiful personality. I was treated with such respect. Her staff are absolutely the professional in every way, with such caring compassionate hearts as well.Highly Recommend this place.

I chipped a tooth last Friday. I called the office, knowing they would be closed on Friday, but Sharon, one of the receptionists, was there doing some work. She heard my message and called me back and said Dr Cheryl could see me at 3:30 Monday. When, I arrived, I was seen promptly, as always. Dr Cheryl and her staff are courteous and caring, and I never have to wait long after checking in.

We moved here recently and had to look for a new dentist. So glad a family member recommended Dr. Freeman. He just did the prep work for a crown and I was so pleased at how comfortable I was during the procedure.His assistant was the best.

I just had the prep work to implant a new tooth. It also involved a root canal procedure. I was comfortable and informed during the whole process and NEVER in pain. Although I have moved out of the area, I still make the trip to Asheboro so I can keep them for my dental needs.

I have only been coming here for a couple months, but I was welcomed in like I have been coming here forever. Everyone is always extremely nice, friendly, professional, and overall amazing. I feel like my concerns are always addressed, and I finally look forward to going to the dentist! :)

Everyone was so welcoming and pleasant to be around. Dr. Bryan was awesome. He did only the work necessary to get more wear out of my tooth. I was an emergency patient and this was my first time there. I was surprised they would see me. They are stuck with me now. My husband and I are now new patients. After many scary experiences I decided dentists were not my thing and stopped going. When my teeth started to not look so great and my son started needing to go to the dentist as well, I decided it was time to take care of me and a friend referred me to this amazing place! I have horrible dental anxiety and they were amazing from the start. They eased all my fears and helped me through every appointment (I had to have deep cleaning). Although the anxiety is still there, it’s getting less and less each time! Sharon is my hygienist and she is simple the best! Gentle yet thorough and checks on me often throughout my procedures. She answers all questions completely and transparently. It’s also great when your dentist can show you dental work on herself (bonding). It makes me feel comfortable knowing even dentists need a little help here and there. I recommend this office time and time again for anyone who has dental anxiety or just needs a new dentist. Amazing location!

This place is top notch. The front office staff, hygienists, assistants, and Dr. Cheryl are all so friendly and accommodating yet professional and skilled. I am blown away by Dr. Cheryl’s cosmetic dentistry artistry. I had a wonderful time Xperia with with Invisalign here. Highly recommend!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Even with piles of dental offices close by, I happily drive 35 minutes out of the way to see Dr. Freeman. She and her staff, particularly Stacy, are some of the nicest, friendliest, most accommodating people youd ever hope to meet. Hard as it may seem to believe, they make going to the dentist a pleasure. I highly recommend if youre looking for a new or replacement dental office to give Randolph Center for Dental Excellence a shot...you wont regret the decision!

I moved to NC in 2001, and soon after found the brand new dental offices of Brian and Cheryl Freeman. In my 89 years of life, Bryan Freeman is far and away the best dentist Ive ever had! Ive lived all over the United States, and he has no equal. He is well aware that anesthesia of any kind kills me (literally), but because of his supreme skill, it is still basically a painless procedure. Cant praise him highly enough

The staff members have taken extensive steps to make sure you and they are safe during these challenging times. The staff is courteous and friendly. The dental care is top notch from two experienced and well trained dentists who stay updated on the latest dental techniques and services. I live an hour away from this office but the care is so great I don’t mind driving this far. I highly recommend Randolph Center for Dental Excellence and Drs Cheryl and Bryan Freeman!

I switched to the Freemans about a year ago, and have been super impressed! Its a relaxed, friendly environment. The hygienists are super sweet and knowledgeable, and Dr. Bryan is straight up honest with you from the first visit on. They truly do care more about your teeth and gum health than anything else. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cheryls for 8+ years. I came to her after having some cosmetic work done by another dentist and I was having lots of issues. She has helped me maintain the work over the years and has developed a good plan for when things will eventually need to be replaced. The entire staff is so helpful and kind! I appreciate the text reminders that I get for my cleaning appointments too!

I have seen both Dr. Cheryl and Bryan. The office is warm and welcoming and at reception the staff always remembers my name. Unlike my experience at many other doctors offices where I have had to wait sometimes up to 45 minutes before I am seen the wait time here has never been more than 10 minutes (at the most.) All the staff are so friendly. You can tell it’s a great work environment.They are child friendly. So much so that they have a little room inside the main waiting area where children can play. The door is glass so you can keep an eye on your little ones. They have excellent prizes for kids at the end of their visit. I wish I would have had such excellent choices when I was a child. I would have really looked forward to my dentist appointments were that the case.The exam rooms are light and airy. Very modern. I like that they have televisions mounted above the exam chairs so you can zone out while getting work done. They also have blankets you can use if you get chilly. They are up to date on all the latest dental techniques and advancements including treatment for migraines. Both Dr. Cheryl and Bryan are very attentive and never make you feel rushed. They are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. I can’t say enough good things about the Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants.They are not part of a network but they file all your insurance paperwork which is so nice. They also offer discounts on things like electric toothbrushes.The Center for Dental Excellence is the perfect name for this practice. I have always experienced the highest quality of personalized care. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend them. I recommended them to my parents and they have been so satisfied with Dr. Freeman and Freeman that they chose to stay on as patients even after they moved to the mountains.

The staff at Dr. Freemans office are all very friendly, and prompt. We havent ever had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be called back for our appointments. They are also very good about working with billing issues and insurance. The front desk staff knows you by first name. The hygienists are all very thorough, and accommodating when it comes to things like comfort and room temperature. They also have great free goodies like chap sticks and pens. I would recommend them for everything from general cleaning to headache therapy.

I am being seen for TMJ that I though was earaches and thanks to this office I don’t be have to be seen for earaches I can now be seen for TMJ. my first impression when I walked in. That it is really fancy and fortable then any other TMJ witch I love. They have complementary waters (deer park) and they great you when you first come in and is very nice. But what I loved the most is they are very flexible. They were very nice on the phone I spoke with Linda and she was very nice when I was making arrangements. And when they took me back to the room the chairs had massage chairs. They are very fancy and nice. I have dr. Cheryl freeman and she is a sweetheart, she makes sure you are comfortable and goes home with answers. Thank you!

Ive never been but I like the name of the place and from what Ive learned from movies and videogames its that names matter. I got a feeling Id be taken care of and given better and stronger teeth that can cut through solid oak if I went to this dentist.
