Billie is a vile and racist person. Extremely unprofessional and insulting. She did not want to shake my hand and was more interested in gossiping than in selling my home. Not that I wanted to ever hear from her again, but she never followed up. I suppose the commission for selling my home wouldnt have been enough for her.If you are a person of color, steer clear of this business.

Very closed minded people to deal and negotiate with. Completely out of touch with any modern ideas you may have for housing. Very rude and insulting. Actually called an area that had $100k and under homes ‘piddly’ and that we didn’t want to build near those types. Disgusting. The wife of the owner was so rude that my wife actually left in tears.

Dreadful experience as a potential buyer with cash, no property to sell and a closing ability ASAP. Did not learn of a listing until notified by another agency and then was too late. Inquired via email with no response. Find an agency AWAKE at the wheel!
