Employees are always friendly and helpful, Ive never had a long wait.

Postal employees in Asheboro have always been cordial and helpful when Ive done business with them. And I have been going there for decades.

This location is a shining example of how the USPS should be. Without even having to ask for help, I was greeted with a huge smile and the customer service was flawless by Dwight. The facility is clean and I watched them go out of their way to mushroom sure no one waited longer than necessary. Thank you for the great service!

I have lived at my new address for less than 6 months and my driver has miss delivered at least 5 packages. I get someone elses mail regularly and can only imagine how much of mine has been put in the wrong box.

They apparently delivered my package but they didn’t, or at least not to the correct location. They have it an the tracking system as delivered to my address, I even checked my Ring doorbell security system at the day it was “delivered” and it wasn’t delivered. I also checked with my neighbors, and it was not delivered there. I want my money back and I want my package.

My mailbox was broken,called post office at 900am. I was told it may take a couple of days for someone to come out to fix it, because they were shorthanded. By 2:00pm , the same day my mailbox was fixed. I appreciate the prompt service. Thanks a lot!!!!

Why in the workd does it take 7 or a 8 days for a letter to travel from asheboro to charlotte? And over 14 days for a letter to go from asheboro to dallas Texas????This should be totally unacceptable.

Always helpful, but they get VERY busy. If you are considerate to them they are in kind.

Honestly compared to the post offices where Im from, this place is by far the cleanest and most considerate post office Ive been to.

Entire staff was EXTREMELY rude. If they can’t put on a happy face they shouldn’t be working the counter.

Pretty fast if theres more than one person working if not prepare for a wait in line

Why does the mail comes so late in the evening we get mail here on Kemp Blvd after 4 something really needs to be done about this because by the time we get our mail its to late to go do anything. Im really hoping that someone at the Post Office Sees This!!!!

I came to get my mail. but it turns out that they never told me that I would pay an extra 22 Dollars if the payment limit was exceeded. Yes, I didnt pay it because I didnt have money and now that I was going to pay it, its 22 dollars more. I am a mother with a child to support and I dont earn enough money to be paying extra money. If they had told me it would be something else. They need to do their job well. Tell the client all the rules. You dont make that much money. to earn money costs. Not just being there serving customers.
