Asheboro Key and Lock provided us with fast and friendly service at a very reasonable price!

They do adequate work but the last time I tried to contact them they were closed. The man on call kindly let me know that rates were doubled due to the holiday season, so I called another locksmith who was available immediately at regular (and very reasonable!) rates.

Called early in the morning came out the same day he was very personable!

Go here and get ripped off one day I had a key made for 75 cents and the next time I go its over 5$ for a regular house key. It just depends on whos behind the counter that day and for that reason I will never return to this business

They broke my key and the man who replaced my battery denied it and got an attitude! He tried to say the key was already broken but didn’t seem to mention that to my mother when she brought it in. They tried to super glue it back together but apparently didn’t work! Then try to justify it by saying it’s a used key .. well duh! They told me it was $110 to replace the key which he had broken but the owner could only knock off $5.00. WHAT A JOKE!!! Don’t take your keys here if you need the battery replaced!!!

Its where I get all my keys made now. Had keys made there and they didnt fit. They knew exactly what to do to make them work. Cheapest place around also to get a key with a chip in it made for your car.

I always have my spare keys made here. Their service is excellent and they guys are very knowledgeable regarding what I need. I have had various keys made here over the years and have yet to have bad service. They are my go-to for key and lock issues.

I needed some keys cut and stopped by and ordered them, they said it would be sometime the next day but they had them ready by the end of the day. They stay pretty busy but are friendly and helpful.
