Absolutely Excellent! The gold standard of professionalism! You can tell that they have worked hard over the years to put together great quality teams that allow them to tackle any job. They were able to work with our schedule to survey and subdivide our 111 acres in enough time for us to close! Their attention to detail actually resulted in us ending up with 113 acres! Not only that, but their rates were very reasonable! Every other surveyor that we talked to either gave us the “I don’t want to do this” quote, and/or couldn’t even help us until a couple months after we were scheduled to close. If we ever need more surveying work done, we know who we are using and I suggest, if you’re reading this, that you use them too!

Does not work in a very time sensitive manner especially when mortgage companies are breathing down neck, at the mercy of surveyors. I would suggest elsewhere.

When dealing with a time-sensitive issue, Mr. Tanner was able to promptly complete a survey for me. His office has great communication and provided exemplary client services. I also believe his fees are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Survey Carolina and will continue to use Mr. Tanner in future endeavors.
