Are you looking for high quality, restorative automotive body work? Need to rent a car or moving truck? Check out Asheboro Body Shop located behind Randolph Mall. Joe is an honest, hometown businessman who provides excellent customer service. I was also able to obtain a rental car from Asheboro Body Shop while my car was being repaired. How convenient! I have found him to be extremely considerate of my time and money. Please support this local business. You will not be disappointed.

I refuse to go back!!. First time AND Last time for Hertz!! I am refused a vehicle which I had reserved for over 2 weeks the DAY OF my trip due to a credit check ( I have 8 something credit!!!! I) I was not told this was going to happen when I called head of time . Once we get there from our 58 minute commute to pick up our car ( Hertz is SUPPOSED to be able to pick you up..Not this one apparently) we scarcely get a hi, and a sit over there until shes ready for you before a 30 min wait. After which I was declined release to my vehicle!

This is by far the worst place to get a rental. The one person that can help you isnt there half of the time and the other employee doesnt know what he is doing. If you need a reliable rental DO NOT go here, they will leave you with out a rental and having to book one some where else without even apologizing.

Got my inspection here and they hadnt done one for someone coming from out of state before. Note to everyone who moves from another state who doesnt require inspection to NC, you are not required to get one the first year you switch over your registration. Would have been nice to know this before I paid for an unnecessary one but not their fault. They were nice and helpful.

This place is very bad they rented me a car with bald tires I hydroplaned the next night and they have yet to call or check on me with back injury

Dont like the bait and switch program. Reserve midsize sedan but when arrive thirty minutes before closing and cant make other arrangements, they only have a small compact which of course will be at a higher price.

I booked a car online 6 days before I was supposed to pick up the vehicle, and prepaid for the rental. I arrived this morning at 9, which was my reservation time. The one person able to do the rental was not there, and no one could tell me when she would be there. I stayed for 45 minutes before calling Hertz customer service to cancel and get a refund. This is poor business practice. There should be multiple people on site who can handle the car rental part of this business.

After confirming my rental with my insurance company and Hertz, both with the national and local locations, I show up to get my car and am told that theyve never heard of me. I was never put on the schedule to have a car, even though I confirmed my reservation twice. Not only will I not do business with them again, but I am calling my insurance company to file a complaint with Hertz and hopefully stop others from having this experience.
