Waiting room full to capacity- Standing room only. Not an employee in sight. Hoping the person standing at the building entrance smoking is not someone who works here. No one has gone in, no one has come out. The people waiting are debating out loud if employees have left.

Don’t know so much about everyone else’s experience, but both ladies were very nice and respectful to me.Would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know, they’re not really busy either so it’s a quick and easy in and out task.Thanks,Michael.

It says they open at 8 and I been waiting an hour and they still haven’t open. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I just got my drug screening done today but I already know ima going to pass it lol. But thanks to Jessica and Lisa they were excellent and polite and they made sure they get they job done with ease.

I was sent here because my Drs. office couldnt get my blood (tiny veins). I came in here at like 4:45pm, nervous Id tick people off coming in so close to closing time. Surprisingly, I was greeted in a very friendly manner and they seemed happy to help me thru the sign in process.When it came time to take my blood the first lady, Lisa got it in one stick and I was shocked to see the tube filling up because I didnt even feel that shed stuck me!! My vein didnt feel like cooperating however & stopped after one tube. The other lady Brooke, then took a turn and just as before, it only took 1 stick and she got all the rest of the tubes filled! I honestly didnt realize getting blood taken could be so painless!! These ladies really are amazing at what they do. They were also down to earth and made me feel very comfortable.One lady mentioned their Google rating being very low & said the people who used to work there are no longer there, yet most patients come in expecting the worst.Since I had such a great experience there, I figured the least I could do is leave my honest opinion here and try raising the rating. Anyone else who comes here and has a good experience... Im sure these ladies would appreciate (& deserve) your review!Thanks Brooke and Lisa! This place is one of the worst, its never busy cause no one likes this place. And when i ask a simple question the nurses act like theyre too busy to answer a question. And when im the only person here and hear the phone ring 4 times no answer and she says oh sorry i was busy. Busy with what im rhe only one here what else do you have to do all you do is draw blood labs all day

The ladies here are very rude they act like everytime you come in you are bothering them because they have to actually do their job. When I went in the receptionist had to look my clinic up by the phone number because she couldnt get the account to pull up and very rudely said I dont have time for this. So why are you here then.

The receptionist is really mean. I never been here before I ask her how to check in she act like I was the worst person bc I had no idea how to do it. She just very hatefully. I know next time to find other one to go to. I really hope y’all retrain her to be more happy and helpful bc that her job and she suck at it!

I have to have lab work done quarterly/twice a year. Every time I go in this place, there are new employees, and the new ones are more rude than the last. The receptionist is usually the only one working the front, so I understand she’s probably overwhelmed- but there is no care or respect in anyone’s tone and treatment of people.

Had a terrific first experience with Labcorp in Asheboro, NC today. They were very quick and very efficient and I also might add that they are super friendly and kind. I would recommend this Labcorp to anyone who is looking for a lab outside of a hospital or doctors office. I do not have insurance so was able to receive a significant discount for being cash paying which was wonderful as well.. Super pleased!!

Receptionist was incredibly rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. She was too worried about going on her lunch break to act personable and treat patients in a respectful manner. Will be contacting corporate office because my entire class of 20, who also had to complete drug tests, complained of her rudeness and disrespect toward them. NOT classy.

Receptionist was nice to me she was the only one there answering the phones and checking in customers and doing drug tests overwhelming job i would be moody as well
