Terminix is always professional and will come out if I see any problems. Their people are safety conscious and extremely courteous. I would highly recommend this company!

Got a one time spray since we only saw a couple bugs. The exterminator told me my coupon was valid. Proceeded to charge my card without telling me it wasn’t valid. Then lied to me about it saying the original price was more than he previously told me. Called the office to let them know.. the lady told me I probably caught him off guard and acted like it was no big deal. WILL NEVER USE TERMINIX AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND AGAINST THEM. Bugs got worse and have stayed. NEVER AGAIN.Update: within 24 hours I heard back from the manager. He was never told after I called them back to let them know they should talk to him so he doesn’t do it again. Patrick called me to make it right and I am very pleased with how he has handled it since becoming aware. Thank you so much. More than I asked for in the beginning!

Courteous and professional staff. On time and through. Will come out quickly if there is any issue. Been on service for two years plus our rental, and now my mother in law’s home.

Decent service at a good price, but trying to get in touch with someone at the office is impossible. Called over the period of a hour and never get anyone. Left a message for someone to call me, lets see how long that will take.

They did come out to our house. However they only planted stakes with poison. They never did a foundation treatment. Then they want to charge you 300.00 per year to re-retreat the stakes. What a scam.I do not recommend.

Horrible, called to make an inspection before to buy an house. Paid and after less than 6 months we had termites coming out from and inside wall. After many discussion they “offered “ to make the treatment at lower price . Now after a forgotten payment ( my fault i had a lot going on and I’m sorry about it )they took back the baits without advice. Called today and they wanted all the amount of the new year plus the $ 90 due with no payments this time. What to say .. i hope who read this will know at least not to forget a payment. Still, I don’t forget that I bought an house after they made an inspection and declared it free of termites. I still have the receipt and the inspection results and in less than 6 months termites were there in numbers. Bad inspection ? Bad job ? I let Google readers decide. I assume then that you remember the big mistake you made as you or one of your coworkers admitted by phone. It’s also funny how “several missed payments “ is $90 from last year due a loss we suffered in the family. Since 2013, several missed payments.... and by the way me as my family apologized and asked just to go ahead and continue to pay and your answer was no, that now you need to have all together $ 490 because you don’t allow us anymore to make payments. And this is your way to humiliate your customers that possibly had some financial or healthy problems ? It’s ok , i just wanna make it public, for my modest and for sure not worthy opinion this is really unprofessional, but who will read this will judge the situation. I have a business too and never in my entire career I dreamed to interrupt my service or my job to someone that also if missed payments was willing to pay and arrange the situation. That’s all, and for what concern me , no one in my family, friends, customers or simply people i know, will never be served by you.Thank You and the money i gave you for 5 years can be useful for some reason.What goes around comes aroundGod bless
