The current owner is rude, foul mouthed and unprofessional. I feel terrible that his employees have to see this type of behavior. He will not let you speak and constantly interrupts and is threatening. He caused me a lot of issues with my insurance and at my place of employment because of his behavior. I had to handle a mistake my insurance made (after they contacted him and he chose to call them foul names) to explain what I owed him. I than expressed to him this was unprofessional when I picked up my car and that I had to deal with all of this myself. He chose to use foul and insulting language with me. I know he is busy and frustrated but so are the rest of us. They did an EXCELLENT JOB on my car. However, this owner will loose my business because of his behavior, foul mouth and name calling.

If I could give them a negative star I would give them a negative 5 star. I came to get an appraisal on the damages done to an auto wreck. The gentleman here was a complete jerk and rude disrespectful and inconsiderate and expressed his own personal opinions. When it comes to business you are here to do work for auto body damage and repair.. I didnt come here to be treated this way. And be disrespected, and when I walked in the door he was fighting and arguing with his family as well I. I would not recommend this place or their services to anyone in the city of ashboro

The owner is the Rudest nastiest human being I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Just the polar opposite of customer service skills. I wish I could have given negative stars. Will let everyone know how he treats customers.

These people are extremely rude my lawyer sent me just to get a simple estimate done and the guy was mean talked over me wouldnt even hear what I had to say well most of them there are like that⁸. I was rushed out the door I didnt even want to be there to begin with I had no intentions of leaving my car there I just needed an estimate done and they were quick to just push me out the door thats what they do best. I will never go back no matter what the circumstances are and Ill never recommend anyone either

Was at location to pick up a vehicle for insurance the owner roger hill a childish individual started yelling sayin I was in his parking spot and for me to get off his property which it took 5 min to load vehicle to be leaving as the parking lot was empty so I pulled to the side to be out of was of potential customers I would never recommend this shop to anyone for his is a rude individual

Great body shop! Shopped around and these guys had the best price and turned out to be the best service! Needed a bumper, headlight, and fender replaced and they got it done in 2 days and also cleaned and detailed my car!

Great customer service and positive attitude with quick results. And the job was done right the first time.

Came in with a drivers side door that wouldnt close all the way or open. They fixed it up so I could use it and gave me a quote on a new door for when it happened again. Didnt charge me a cent! Professional, friendly, and helpful. Will absolutely use next time I have vehicle body issues.
