We used Monmouth Glass to order the doors for our new shower and the workers showed up on time and were professional. One week after the work was done and paid for, I realized I had a coupon that the owner Cheryl honored and she refunded me. I was very impressed with her and the company.

Ive depended on Monmouth Glass for more than 30 years. They helped me when I owned and managed 8 apartments in Asbury Park, and theyve replaced my windshields a time or two as well. This month (Dec 2020), they replaced a storm door at my home. It was tricky because our door is not a standard size, and the installation required that they very carefully pry away the molding surrounding the door frame and then re-attach it. Not only did the door look fantastic, but the installation team did a great job with the tricky door frame. And to top it off, our living room has been warmer this winter because of the change from our old, drafty storm door. None of this should have been a surprise (again, these folks are the best), but I just wanted to give them a public shout out. My whole family is very happy with the work. We just wish we had replaced the door sooner.

Just finished a big project with Monmouth Glass and we are very, very happy. We created a ballet studio at home with one wall floor to ceiling mirrors and a home gym with three very large wall-mounted mirrors. Bonnie was very helpful throughout the process. They did their own measurements. The work was excellent with close attention to detail, the price was fair and they left no messes. I highly recommend Monmouth Glass to anyone in need of a glass or mirror project, big or small. I will use them again, for sure!

First time I dropped off my glass aquarium top to be cut a half inch off, got back 4 days, took it home & they only cut one glass panel of 2, so brought it back a cuople days later, told them I wanted both cut not one panel, now its been over a week & half, still no call back yet!!!

A friend of mines recommended Monmouth Glass, I’m glad he did!! Two technicians came out and measured my shower door(my bathroom doesn’t possess a sill) I was concerned about how the final product would look since I don’t have a sill. They said it would take two weeks to replace our sliding glass door. It wound up taking three months in total. At first, it took five weeks for the door to come in. They never contacted us about any of the delays. We had to repeatedly call them. Even when they said that they would look into things and call us back by a certain date, they wouldnt call and wed have to follow up with them. When they did come to replace the door, they discovered that theyd ordered the wrong size door, leading to more delays. They also left broken glass from the old door all over our lawn. I had to clean things up myself with a shop vac to make sure that my dog didnt cut his paws. They ordered another door (the correct size this time), which took another month to come in. When they came out to install the new door, the door fit but they couldnt get it to latch. Someone else had to come back out a few days later to figure out that there were a few screws that needed tightening before the door would close.All in all, my experience with Monmouth Glass was absolutely awful. If you need any glass work done, go somewhere else.

My wife and I wanted to get an antique mirror and figured we would try Monmouth Glass. From the moment we entered, Bonnie was extremely helpful and friendly and guided us through the process. We took some samples home, chose our favorite and in a reasonable amount of time, ( 3 weeks +/-) we had an absolutely gorgeous mirror installed! My wife dealt with the installers who were very nice, neat and professional and did a truly impeccable job. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Cheryl, who helped us choose some beautiful rosettes that made a HUGE difference in the final look of the mirror. I highly recommend Monmouth Glass.

I am giving 1 star to this company but if I could I would give them zero. I had a basic glass door installation and I gave them old broken glass to work with as a guide and I was quoted a fee. After months of waiting, they were unable to provided what they promised to provide me and offered me a UPCHARGE for a less than ideal product. I should have walked away at that point. As a homeowner who wanted to get the project done, I let their numerous years of advertised experience to persuade me and received a finished product two months later. I delivered the exact door for them to work on and with the EXACT door they were still unable to make the correct sized glass panels. They told me that this was the best they could do and upcharged me anyway. This glass I purchased is useless, does not fit or look right and because they elected to make it thinner than required, it has significantly decreased the value of our property. The product they gave me is now at the landfill and they have kept my $1700 and I am with another company. They were unprofessional amateurs , a waste of my time and a waste of my money.

Ive been using Monmouth glass for allllll my glass needs they are very knowledgeable and helpful from the office staff to the technicians they try to give you the best job at a reasonable price and will always get back to you anytime of the night or day Bonnie is even willing to give you her personal cell phone number so she can answer you on the weekends are in the evenings if its an emergency and I have done that several times and always got my jobs completed in a timely manner at a fair price. I will always be using them for any glass work that I need A+++++++

We could not be happier with my new frameless doors. It was my first time inside Monmouth Glass although i have seen the place for years... Im glad i finally came in.... (i was concerned that removing my existing doors would be problematic, but this was not the case). Bonnie greeted me warmly and showed me the selection. A short time later I had a true master installer (Vinny) Install the shower doors with care as well as perfectly. I would recommend Monmouth Glass Company in a heartbeat! !

I have never been more disappointed with a company that is supposed to be reputable. Their customer service is appalling, to say the least. I have been waiting well over a month for a glass side panel for my front door. I have had to make countless calls to check on the status of my glass when, in fact, the company was supposed to be informing me, the customer. I was always told it was on its way or coming next week. Workers have showed up to my house unexpected, without a courtesy call to inform us they were planning on measuring/installing temporary glass. They have also showed up outside of the timeframe they established. There have been way too many errors, in my opinion, for a company that considers themselves professionals. Absolutely would NOT recommend.

Called to make an appointment in the beginning of November and was given one two weeks out for November 14th. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and time frame and then never showed up. No Follow up phone call, nothing. It seems reading other reviews they have a pattern of doing this. As a businessman I find this very disappointing. It seems that their time is more valuable than mine. I had to take a day off to wait for them, only for them not to show up. Inexcusable behavior in my opinion. I will be sure to tell all my friends and neighbors.

Great family owned establishment, great craftsmanship & service.

Despite the fact that we have used Monmouth Glass in the past, this company was terrible. A technician came to our home to take measurements. We never heard from them again. After three weeks and four calls to their office with absolutely no satisfaction we cancelled our order. There are other glass companies to use in our area. If you want the job done, avoid Monmouth Glass.

Monmouth Hills is far better than others once used. They are fast, fair priced, and exacting!

Horrible Service..I set up an appointment to have my solarium repaired and explained that I am coming down to Asbury from Westchester NY just to meet them. I waited at my house for 3 hours and they never showed. I called them up to see what happened and Bonnie said the guy did not show up to work. Do you think you should have called to notify his customers that he would not be showing up. Anyway, I rescheduled and called the day before and the day of my appointment to make sure the guy would show up. I drove down 3 hours and waited, he never showed again. Bonnie called on Monday wondering how the sevice was and I explained to her he never showed and I would be using some other company for any of my glass work from now on.

They are very difficult to deal with. They dont know how to measure and deliver products that fit. They are arrogant and unresponsive. Would not recommend.
