They managed to lose literally hundreds of pieces of my mail and my wifes mail including debit cards, checks, credit card bills, insurance bills, birthday cards, magazines, etc. Then somehow they tried to make it sound like it was my fault for not having tracking numbers for everything. I requested two vacation holds utilizing their official format, and never got my mail delivered either time when I returned. They claimed that they did not have a system for holding my mail. I really wish there was a viable alternative to the usps. Horrible experience!!!

The Asian elderly lady working here was much nicer.The staff here could learn some etiquette lessons on how to be accomodating to customers!

Horrible services provided to me about a very important package that I was told would be here, women at front desk was very rude and unhelpful. I was told they could not locate my package although I had the tracking number and was told it would be at this postal services. I am 9 months pregnant was treated very poorly and never received a call back or delivery of my mail. I asked to speak with post master but was denied. I also had to travel to two other post offices to see if my mail was with them but both told me it would be at this branch. Terrible services I wish it was never sent to this place.

Large check from Ft Lee PO still not received. It was mailed 6 days ago from Ft Lee. I understand the Pandemic has affected mail. However, shoddy service has been ongoing for some time previous to present conditions.Also, in past Macy’s Bill was return to Macy’s twice. Not receiving bill caused my credit to be affected. When I called Macy’s the address was correct but unfortunately I never received notice. In person complaining does no good. It’s very frustrating.

They never answer the phone they had my package there over a week I trying to pick it up and I never get any on the phone plus they seem to be very disorganized and unstaffed which is crazy when u got people waiting for checks packages and etc

I like them. No one complained when I sang Mr. Postman out by their sidewalk last year.

I just got off the phone with a Troy and let me tell you he needs to be recognized! Not only was he patient with me while I’m frantic over my package he took his time to understand my issue and helped me with my promblem! He is def a star employee!! If the location had a survey I would of 100% stayed on the line and took it and make sure he gets the recognition he deserves!! Thank you so much!

We live. At 708 third ave which has multiple mail boxes. We gave the mail to the maillady that was delivered wrong, and she told us to put it in the garbage. Today our medication came (one bottle), and she just put it on the floor and left it there for anyone to take. I would of fit into our mail slot easily two days ago I saw a small envelope package one the floor. This mail lady is scattering and throwing out our mail.

Something told me to check the reviews on this post office and low and behold, Im not alone! I literally cannot order items online the goes through USPS. Once again for the second time in two months I had a package mysteriously disappear, they marked the item as Delivered but I dont have my package. Service in this dump is slow and terrible! Im looking to move out of this zip code just so I dont have to deal with the POST OFFICE! How sad is that! All of these people on here complaining about not getting their packages and nobody is doing nothing! and nobody is being held accountable! ......... So after being told that my package was delivered and me believing that my neighbor stole my stuff, 7 days later the package arrived out of the blue. This is the second time this has happened. Are they marking the packages delivered to cover their behinds, then deliver them when they get around to it? How is this allowed!!

They are efficient which is mostly what I want. A smile and a little personality would make the visit more pleasant, but the wait time is never long regardless of the line.

Absolute lazy trash like the rest of Asbury Park.

Save yourself alot of time and just go to the Ocean post office. Asbury park is slow, rude and a total waste of time.

Called to ask a simple question on the phone.The girl that answered the phone gave a big attitude cant hanging on me.Wouldnt answer the phone.Called multiple times told me call back at 6 a clock.The post office close at 5 so thats yeah no horrible.simply so rude Customer services.

Godawful. They attempt to deliver my packages to the wrong address and tracking says that they cannot access my mailbox. Absolute bs. My mailbox is right at the street. The WRONG address they keep trying to deliver my Amazon packages to may have a blocked mailbox, but I dont. And calling them to find your missing package, which is days late at this point because these morons keep delivering them to the wrong house, will result in an extremely rude attitude from whoever answers the phone. I hate this place deeply and I hope it gets bulldozed to make way for a competent business of any kind.

Continuously delivering my packages to the wrong house for the past couple years. Ordering from Amazon is a complete gamble. The last thing I ordered was delivered to the wrong house and the lady that lived there told the mailman and made him deliver it to the right house. She actually followed him over here. As often as I can I will request a different delivery service.

Never get my Amazon packages on Sunday! Always say they attempt delivery but they dont because they are lazy. The phone is always busy and no one picks up. This is the worst Post Office! I dont even want to give them a star but had to.

Im always calling making a complaint because they never delivered my package. Sometimes I will have good experiences but since I moved into my new apartment build I been calling making complaints

Package tracking info from Amazon says on truck out for delivery by USPS but then new comment says couldnt deliver because couldnt get access to front door even though other mail was delivered to include three other packages that were left at the front door! Seems like there is always a problem when the shipment is via Mail Innovations.
