If I could give a 0 star I would. Purchased a ring from them and they sent it to get resized, it took about 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks I didn’t receive a call or an email updating me on the process, pictures or anything (this has been done on past purchases}. I called the store for a couple days never did they pick up my call. I had to contact the 1-800 customer service line to get an update on my ring. But the reason why I am writing this review is because i had to call the 1-800# to be informed that my ring had arrived to the store. But the store never contacted me to inform me my ring had arrived. Not happy with this store and deffinatly will not be shopping here again. I paid to much money to not be updated or even informed my ring was ready for me to pick up. I should not have had to contact the 1-800# multiple times to get an update or ask if my ring had arrived. Not a happy customer!

Kay always has beautiful jewelry. The outlet locations will have better prices but not necessarily your first choice ring.

It was nice. They have a good selection.
