Wouldnt recommend their practices to anybody. I was tricked into getting veneers by the dentist when I didnt need them. The dentist did not tell me that I would have to get those replaced every 7 years. Now my teeth are more sensitive to hard food and cold. Its a regret I will have to live with.

This office is amazing, Dr. Dery is so kind and personal when interacting with you. I hate the dentist/having work done because I have terrible sensitive teeth. They are upfront with costs, procedures, and overall plan. They work hard to keep your pain down to a minimum. I have been coming here for 10 years and never want to go anywhere else.

The staff is the best part. Everyone is so welcoming, and overtime they really listen and try to connect. People will remember things I said from a month or two, which shows how much they care. They are straight forward, but nice and constructive. They give you recommendations for cosmetics as well as recommendations for surgeries that are beneficial for the health and structure of the mouth. They will praise you for good work too if you brush and floss twice a day, and be constructive and kind when you need to do more. which doesnt push people away from the dentist with that positive attitude.Tom Neimy is incredibly smart, and learns new modern techniques that make dental work smoother and faster. He is great at explaining how dentistry works in very simple terms, so you know what is happening. Being in the medical field myself, I am blown away by his humanity and intelligence.Tom and his team gives a sense of comfort I havent had in another dental office ever. His office is beautiful with new modern furniture just put in. If your insurance policy works here, I would go in a heart beat.

Ive never enjoyed going to the dentist until I started going to New Era Dental. The staff is incredibly friendly and they utilize modern technology to assist with scheduling. That may sound like a simple task but based on my experience with other dental places, youd be surprised.Ibrahim is super sweet and friendly! He assisted with my routinely clean up. He offered incredible advice about teeth maintenance that I wasnt aware of in the first place. He was able to make me feel comfortable in through the entire process.

The front desk staff and hygienists are consistently kind and thoughtful. In the past I’ve avoided going into the dentist anticipated lectures about how I need to do better about flossing, etc. but the dentists here don’t make me feel small or guilty. Instead they just share helpful information and encouragement. I also really appreciate the extra evening and Saturday hours.

Ive had bad experiences with other dental offices. New Era Dental is a breath of fresh air. Even after I moved to another city I still keep coming back.

Dr. Jill Dery is a miracle worker. I have a pathological fear of dentists, and until I met Dr. Jill, mostly what I got was confirmation that one should enter their offices with a healthy bit of skepticism. But this week I broke a crown eating hard candy (just one more thing my parents were right about), and I was able to get in the next day to see what the damage was. Thankfully Dr. Jill was working and thankfully the crown was fixable, and because I trust this dentist, I was able to get that all fixed up without sedation or even my trusted dentist playlist on my phone. Two years ago Dr. Jill installed an implant where I had a baby tooth that finally gave up the ghost and it was totally fine. She knows what shes doing, and has the best chairside way of explaining things. The rest of the office staff is also always friendly and theyre always willing to explain the bill or work with my insurance. Im not sure about the other dentists - see previous pathological fear remark - but if you can schedule with Dr. Dery you wont be disappointed.

I recently moved to the area and needed to get my teeth cleaned. I chose New Era Dental and am looking forward to going back in six months for my next cleaning! All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. Abraham was my dental hygienist and Dr. Dan was my dentist. They were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I would highly recommend!

20 minutes into the procedure I realized that the doctor WASN’T WEARING A MASK correctly. It was pulled down under his nose. I was shocked. They also wrote me a prescription for amoxicillin even though I wrote on the intake form that I’m allergic to that drug class. Overall, the experience felt rushed and somewhat chaotic. Which was strange because I was waiting for my ride for about 30 minutes after and there weren’t any other patients. There was no debriefing on what to expect after the procedure (dental implant), or how to use the pain medication they prescribed me. The receptionist is extremely nice although she was flustered about looking up my insurance and I ended up paying $2k out of pocket (which I was told would be reimbursed after they confirm my coverage).

My daughter had braces put on here- they use a different technology called fast braces- sure are what they say- instead of 2 years we had 10 months and half the cost. My whole family love Dr Tom and Dr Jill and the rest of the staff- always a pleasant experience and who says that ever about their dental visits! Highly recommend!

I went in this past Tuesday morning for a routine teeth cleaning and had an enjoyable experience. I really, really dread going to the dentist but Dr. Tom and dental hygienist Ibrahim took wonderful care of me and made my appointment pleasant. This appointment was a reschedule of a prior appointment I had to cancel due to a family emergency. The cancellation/rescheduling process was very easy all the staff I worked with were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend New Era Dental for dental needs.

(10/2020) I just went in to have my crowns put on. Jackie was fantastic. Ive had several crowns put on in the past, Jackie was the most gentle with my mouth. She was constantly checking in on me. She was very precise and took her time to get things right. I appreciate people like her. On top of everything else she was very sweet, naturally so. This dental office is 5 minutes from my house and we love them! Additionally, for sufferers of CIRS aka mold illness, this is a building I’ve never had a reaction to, which is so helpful. They also have an unflavored tooth polish, just ask for pumice, to skip the artificial flavorings if you react to them like me.

The people who work here are so nice and go above and beyond for you. They helped with understanding my insurance for the things I needed to get done on my teeth. Abraham, who was the person cleaning my teeth took the time to explain everything. I dont enjoy dentist offices but it really makes a difference when the people who work there give the best customer service
