My tax professional Christine G. was exceptionally knowledgeable about this years tax pandemic laws. Not only did she allocate refunds that I thought I was going to get but found many extra ones that I would have had no idea were available. The overall experience was enjoyable and easy. I feel like I got a great deal and thanks to Christine received the biggest refund I could get!

Ron and I discussed the openness of the Jackson Hewitt Tax Service. We realized your office is bordered by foot traffic as shoppers were leaving the Walmart store. I, more than Ron, found this to be a bit distracting. Judy Quelch is the lady to go to if you drive with uber and lyft. She knows her stuff. She us great with schedule C. I wanted to cry of happiness when it was all done. It was like accounting 101. Horrible experience. How do you not get approved for a refund anticipation loan here? They offer them to low income people. Filed my taxes here about 4 weeks ago. Have not heard a word, received anything, no text alerts that I signed up for. Also charged me over $500 to file 2 w2s with 2 children. When I called was told cost was about $200. So guess I paid for a next day loan I didnt get! The preparer was absurdly slow. Took 2 hours for my basic preparation! And no not bc she was finding me more money. To top it off the American Express Serve card is garbage. Tried to speak to their customer service for a pin and they couldnt resolve that. Should have stuck with turbotax for a 13th year! Would have saved time and less walmart weirdos to stare at me by the door entrance!
