So as far as Randys work he is wonderful and does such a great job I have gone to him twice now. But as for the reason for the 1 star is because he is MIA most of the time I have been calling him for a couple of months now trying to get my shears and clippers sharpened again and he doesnt answer his phone nor does he return any phone calls. As a salon owner my shears and clippers being sharp and well cleaned and maintained is the biggest part of great quality work and he did great with that the 2 times he did my scissors and blades. Though him not answering for is clients or returning his clients phone calls is what makes him not a good person to go to. I would not recommend trying to hard to get a hold of him as to you will most likely be ignored.

If I could give more stars I would in a heartbeat. Randy came out to my house, tuned up my mower, sharpened the blade and cleaned the whole thing. My mower looks and runs like new. This was an outstanding experience and I look forward to working with Randy again.

He got back to me very quickly! He is very kind and he did a great job with my knives he got me in the next day just because of his schedule and I couldnt recommend him more

Im not sure why Randy is in business because he it appears he doesnt want business. I met Randy at a farmers market a while ago and he told me to contact him so we could schedule getting our kitchen knives sharpened. I have tried for a month to call Randy and he never picks up. Ive left several voicemails and he hasnt returned any of them.Its a waste of my own time trying to schedule this stuff when I should have just gone elsewhere to begin with. Based on my lackluster experience, I would recommend others do the same unless they just want to be ignored, as well.

I used Randys on-site lawnmower blade sharpening service. It was really easy to schedule and pay online, he was at my house on-time, sharpened the mulching blade, and cleaned up the deck of my mower. Hell be an annual call from me for my lawnmower, and I plan to bring my knives to him at the Arvada farmers market.

Been getting my shears sharpened by Randy for years. He always does a great job. I cant trust my fabric scissors with anyone else.

My shears were duller than when he started. Maybe thats why they were $3 each.
