Remember the good all days, when customer service, quality, craftsmanship and pride in one’s work not only mattered but was paramount to a company success? It is becoming harder and harder to find these qualities and what I found with bright side is a refreshing reminder of what professionalism truly looks like. I am absolutely thrilled at my decision to entrust this company to work on my home and was amazed at their efficiency, skill, and eye for making their clients budget go as far as it possibly can. These are the type of contractors that you are thrilled to share a beer with at the end of the day and marvel at what they accomplished. 1 1/2 stars 🤣🤷🏼‍♂️ (6 if I could give it)

Brian and Rachel were awesome. We had a ton of windows and a door replacement. Despite the volume they did quality work on each one. Highly recommend them.

Bryan and Rachel did a full house window install for me. They were friendly, professional, thorough, and very clean. Brian is extremely knowledgeable about the different brands of windows and what you get at each price point. I felt good about my purchase and having Bright Side as my installer. We needed a new sliding back door to our patio, hot tub, back yard urgently because some sealant or caulk or whatever goo had melted between the panes and looked like a giant seagull pooped on our glass door. Turns out theres no way to fix that sh&% other than to replace it.Brightsides Brian and Rachel came over for a quick assessment and discussion. I often have to prepare to defend what I want and turn up my BS meter afraid of being talked into spending more than I need to. I was comfortable right away with Brians straight talk and care for what I actually wanted.Communication with Brightside was easy. Brian and Rachel were responsive and flexible. When they came to install our new back door, they put in noticeable effort to protect my home and my things before they started removing the 20 year old poop door.I was surprised at how quickly the job seemed done and I never even saw a mess. Brian even took the opportunity to fix a few gaps in our wood laminate flooring before they installed the new door. Brian and Rachel were a delight to have in our home, kind, personable, fun. They left our space cleaner than they found it. I was able to relax seeing the integrity of the craftsmanship and the integrity of the people. I can’t imagine ever wanting to call on anyone else to work on my home. I would recommend this company to everyone.Im so pleased with the beautiful upgrade to our patio door. The tinted glass is a really nice improvement! And I love that our main level doesnt have bird poop on the glass, hahaha!
