He made every effort to help us find the house that was perfect for us when we were in a time crunch. He made sure that we understood every process and gave sound advise to keep us for losing money. Dean was fantastic! When the sellers were being difficult he was able to finally negotiate a closing date that we could all agree to. He also went above and beyond helping us move. Because the date of occupancy had changed we needed help in picking up the new washing machine and dryer. He picked up the items and helped us to install them. He also left a trailer for us to dump all of the items into that the former owner left behind. We could not have made this move or bought our house without him. So pleased that Dean was our realtor!

Choosing Dean as our realtor was the BEST decision we made!!! We had a property to sell and we wanted it sold pronto as every month it was unoccupied was money directly out of our pockets. Dean met us the day after our first call and we got immediately down to business. Unfortunately our most recent tenants in the property treated it less than desirably, there were things that needed to be repaired, carpet needed to be replaced, the entire place needed to be repainted. Dean’s the Man ! We live out of State and started looking for a single story retirement condo in Arvada. Since there aren’t many single story condos, that was going to be a challenge. In addition, we haven’t been involved in a real estate transaction for 11 years so we weren’t current on the process. That was scary for us because we heard the regulations and process was much more difficult now. Last year Dean helped our daughter buy a house in Arvada. She highly recommended that we use Dean as our real estate agent. Dean found us the perfect place in the perfect location, close to our daughter. Dean put the deal together, arranged the financing, and scheduled the inspections. As always, a few snafu’s came up that almost killed the deal about three times. With each issue Dean served as my therapist and talked me through the issues. He then worked his magic and took care of them. About all we had to do was show up at closing and bring a check. In the past we’ve had bad experiences at closing so we were a little nervous going in. At closing we found everything had been taken care of and the closing was quick and easy, with no issues. We’re now very happy with our retirement condo and looking forward to retiring and moving in. Looking back on the process we’re amazed that Dean was able to use his experience to find exactly the condo we were looking for, then work his magic to save the deal several times and make our dream come true. I was so pleased with his service as our realtor I recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. He was very personable and in touch with the type of home we were looking to purchase. So much that he insisted we see a listing that I had discarded, he knew it was perfect for us and he was right, it is the house we ended up loving and purchasing! The other thing I loved about this realtor is his knowledgeable background in the construction of homes. He was able to notice and tell us about issues in homes, how difficult they would be to fix, remodel ideas, etc... Also, we had a complicated situation, we were being relocated by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), and some our financing was coming from them. Dean went above and beyond the scope of his job as our realtor to bring our parties together to get the deal done, not an easy task. He made the process of working with CDOT go as smoothly as possible, it otherwise would have been a nightmare.

In todays real estate market there are many rules, regulations, inspections, and appraisals that will leave you asking what to do next. Dean was able to inform us of these things before they became a problem. This alone helped us save alot of money. He knows what needs to be done to sell a house without any surprises that could slow your deal down, or loose it all together.
