Our Terminix Tech, Ernesto Werbiski, is always extremely attentive and helpful. He always has a great attitude and friendly approach when he comes on site. And hes very thorough. I can attest, with confidence, we dont have pest issues, thanks to Terminix and Ernesto. If were experiencing any abnormal pest issues, hes ready and willing to get a solution figured out for us. We really appreciate his presence and input.

No show!I waited for 6 hours and the technician never showed up. At that point it was after hours so I couldnt call anyone. I tried the online chat and after 2 hours, I was still in line. The next day I called the national company number where I set up the appointment. They tried to get ahold of the local manager but couldnt. They left the manager a message and I was assured they would get back to me. No one did. Ive received 2 emails asking why I didnt use Terminix after their technician, David Young, visited. No one ever showed up!I hired Budget Pest Control instead. They were easy to schedule with, less expensive, arrived right on time, and have a better warranty. Save yourself hours of trouble and call Budget Pest Control.

He’s always willing to listen and try to work to solve the problem, Which hes been very helpful on several occasions I’m trying to identify some issues. he’s always prompt in on time.

I had a terrible service call, then have reached out for about 2 1/2 months for a call back and after getting said call its been over a month and still have not received and email, call, text, refund.....nothing. I have attempted to call every week since and still nothing! Absolutely unexpectable.

The service started off great. The inspection was easy to setup and went very easy. A few days later they came to install the bait stations. However thats were the good ends. They didnt install all the bait stations in the contract. Its been three months of trying to get into contact with them and no luck in having them return to do the job.

Dont use this company!!!! They were quick to take my money to start service but didnt arrive when they said they would. Didnt even call to say why they werent coming out. Its been a week. I have yet to hear from someone from the Denver branch! I want my money back and my service cancelled immediately!!! No one answers the phone when you call the number then when they call you back they arent even in the state and cant reach anyone here in Colorado at the Denver branch. Theres other BETTER companies to use I suggest everyone do that instead of throwing your money away at Terminix****update I did get my money back. Thank you for that!

We discovered ants in our home and called Terminix as ant treatment was included in our service package. They could not come out for a week. I waited at home on a Saturday for several hours and the technician never showed up. No communication was given to us. I called them 6 times in total to get someone to come out and repeatedly requested a manager call for an explanation as to why I waited all day and never received a callback. We rescheduled and that technician also never showed up. I will be cancelling my service.EDIT: The technician on the second go-around showed up just not within the given time window.

I took time off of work for the 2 hour window and no one showed up. I gave the company a call, I sat on hold for 25 min and they told me “I can’t seem to get ahold of any managers or any techs, sorry”I expressed to the person on the other line I have a very intense wasp issue and I am severely allergic, if they were unable to get someone out here ASAP I completely understand but I would need to call around to other companies to reschedule something immediately. She stated this never happens and really pushed for me to reschedule with them.Rescheduled for the second time, took time off work AGAIN, no one showed up. This time I couldn’t even get a call back from the company. What a joke.Highly recommend not wasting your time.

Very happy with the services I receive. No ants, spiders are under control and mice are under control. Considering my yard backs up to a green space/open field the rodent and spider population are being kept at bay. They dont make it into the house.

I have called multiple times for terminix to call back and schedule me. Its been 2 weeks and have not heard or been able to get through. How unprofessional this place is. You pay for service and get nothing. The automated system tells me there is no one to help at the time and someone will call you back and no one does. What the point in this service if no one calls you back. I WILL BE CAN CANCELING MY SERVICE!!!

Weve used Terminix for many years. We tried to do it ourselves for a few years, but no matter what we tried it never worked. We have not had a problem since they took over. They are extremely knowledgeable, reliable, reasonably priced and do an thorough job. They always share helpful tips that as a home owner we appreciate.

Have been using for 13 years and are very pleased with the service. They do not charge for extra visits if you have a problem that suddenly comes up such as spiders or hornets. Courteous and committed worker that come to our house. I would highly recommend.

BEWARE: This company is straight trash! They are not professional in any way! You schedule appointments weeks out just for the technician to show up whenever they please. You get a couple hour window and they will show up hours before or after, with no call or notice. They run on THEIR time and that’s all they care about. They have come to our house a total of seven times just to not resolve the issue in anyway. You will call the helpline to see where your technician is they will say they’re on their way and then they never show up. Everyone in the company tries to avoid you being able to talk to anyone higher up. They definitely only care about the money and not helping the customer. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and regret even dealing with them to begin with. Go with anyone else for exterminator needs, these people are not the ones for the job. Extremely disappointed in how unprofessional they were and how long they had me waiting for somebody to show up for a scheduled appointment.

Great service. Technician Dan is awesome. He worked with us especially during COVID 19, letting us know his arrival time so we could manage the dogs. I like that I can call anytime between service times if I have an issue. I also appreciate our service technician, Dan, answering our questions and keeping us informed on the chemicals used so we can make sure our dogs are safe.

I had a flea jump on my leg the day after noticing that my dog had torn a bunch of fur out. I called Terminix right away and they were able to come out just a couple days later. Brandon and his supervisor Gary came out and wanted to verify the presence of fleas before spraying the pesticide. I’m really glad they did. Having several animals and a toddler, I appreciate their concern for our wellbeing. After massively preparing our house and having these professionals gear up and come out, it turns out there was no flea infestation. Like Brandon said, “All it took was a phone call!” It was bitter sweet as I’m glad these were isolated incidents in our home but I feel bad for wasting these guys’ time. I’ll be sure to call Terminix in the future due to their punctuality, honesty and concern for the safety of our family. Thanks guys!

I had a terrible first time customer experience. First of all, the technician rescheduled my initial appointment without my consent. We were not told that we had to vacate our house, with all of our pets, for 3 hours on our first visit. Then the technician sprayed only part of the inside and outside parameters. Then when he was done spraying the bathroom, I noticed that the toilet seat was wet! Probably because he sprayed from knee level. I paid $199 for my first visit and he was only there for approximately 20-30 minutes. Ive attempted to call the office, left messages and even texted the number they give you to text, no response. Horrible service.***Update***I was informed by the owner, in the response to my complaints, to call the 800 number. So I did, I asked to speak to a supervisor and no one else, I was placed on hold, transferred to another customer service agent; after 41 minutes of being on hold, I was wonderfully disconnected. I will be reporting to the BBB. I would appreciate a manager, or the owner; who supposedly responded to my post with the same in general response as others, to please call me.***Another update***I received a call back from customer service, as soon as I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was disconnected. Im trying a 3rd time now. This shows me how much the owner, whom responded to my initial complaint, cares about customers.***final update***So after another endless hold, I was transferred to a supervisor in the Philippines. Thats where she told me she was from, she also stated that she couldnt transfer me to a state side Terminix company. How is that? The agency is out of Arvada, Colorado. What a horrible, horrible customer service.To the owner who responds to customers, how is this explained now? How do local customers contact a LOCAL Arvada customer service agent?

Terminix does a great job, all employees that have been to our home are respectful, kind and professional. The same applies to anyone I have dealt with over the phone for scheduling appointments. Anyone with any pest control company can come to my home and spray poison and check mice traps. I choose terminix because of the people. Patrick Stephens (employee # 43745) was here recently. He kept in contact with me before the appointment to make sure he understood all we wanted and let me know when he was on his way as I had asked. He was so kind and friendly, willing to do any and all areas of the home and I havent seen an ant since! He went out of his way to be friendly, patient, (this is huge as they follow him around and bark at him constantly unless I am holding them) and safe around my dogs, careful to lock the gate behind him and taking time to answer any questions I had about the service/safety to the dogs. He even took the time to chat with me a little but while he worked, even though it was later in the day and Im sure he was ready to move on the next job so he could get home to his family. I enjoyed having him here very much and will request him for all services from now on. While maintaining his professionalism, he was able to make me feel like a family friend was doing the job not someone I barely know! As I have mentioned, all the employees we have dealt with have been great. Patrick Stephens is an asset to your company and if he treats everyone how he treated me, I am sure his personality and professionalism will bring you even more repeat customers!

I will be going to the better business bureau based on the unprofessional business practices of this company. I have made two scheduled appointments and they have been rescheduled without my knowledge. I only find out they’ve been rescheduled when we are at home sitting and waiting upon their arrival. When you call they’re supposed to have a recorded line to make sure business is handled appropriately. But they can never seem to find the conversation that you have had with the operator. They tell you what you want to hear and schedule the way they want to schedule. Taking off work twice early so I could be at home to meet the exterminator. So if this is how they are going to practice their business then I have no choice but to go to the Better Business Bureau because this is unacceptable and unprofessional especially when you are paying your money. Requested to speak to a supervisor with no success. No Supervisor has answered the phone the Lines continue to be busy and it makes me feel that they are avoiding the situation!!!!!!

Jarod, my technician, was very professional, respectful, eager to please and to a good job, and a very kind and conscientious service person. Also, the first person I spoke to there, a man named Bobby, was excellent with his follow up. My only piece of advise to the management of the company is to stop training your folks to say that spiders hold there breath for 36 hours. These young men didnt tell me that, but it was an original part of the initial sell when I called, and after googling it, its a common myth that exterminators often teach their employees but its not true.

On 9/11 I scheduled an appointment for 1pm. Apparently the scheduling coordinator scheduled me for 3pm. At 1:30 I called in was told of the scheduled appointment. I explained that it was an error as I scheduled for 1pm took off from work and could they get a technician out at the time i requested. Of course that didnt happen. Tech finally shows up at 3:40 when Im leaving to go pick my daughter up (reason #1 I know I didnt scheduled at 3) He waits for me gets the job done. Not his fault. Called customer service asking for a discount as the scheduling error was not on my part. I was told they would roll down to local office. As of today its been a week I havent heard a thing. I paid the technician in cash (i asked over the phone could I do this, I was told yes). Today my card was charged for an additional amount that I already paid. Call Terminix and again, Im told let me contact the local office they must have not processed cash payments! A WHOLE WEEK LATER? ?? I was told thye needed to contact the local office to determine why I was double charged. Im sure I wont hear from the Thornton office. I am calling my credit card company and disputing the charge. This was my first and last time using Terminix. Customer service is horrible and they arent reliable. When you work in customer service your expectation is a little different. Terminix Thornton you get a -10.

My initial service did not take care of the pests, I saw them both inside and outside the home. I tried to schedule a follow up visit, the service agent said I was going to receive a call the next day for the date and time. no one called me that day or the next, or the next, so I called them and asked for a date and time. The time was between 5-7. The morning of the visit, the technician called and said I know you are expecting me between 5-7, but I only have between 1-3 available. I quickly called my husband to see if he can be there for the appointment instead and I was able to accept the new time. The technician never knocked or rang the doorbell. The only way we knew he was there was our ring video doorbell system alerted us someone was on the porch. My husband went to the door and the tech was finishing up spraying the front porch. My husband showed the tech the ant hills. The tech never came inside the home to spray. It was a very fast service, less than 10 minutes. I called to request the next service person be made aware of our poor customer service, as my husband and I were explaining that we are well aware that if we are not satisfied with Terminix, we can cancel and receive a full refund. The lady on the phone was the reason we canceled the service. We have had Terminix at 3 past homes, in different states, we have always been very happy with the service, both by the technicians and telephone operators, not this time.

Everyone I have dealt with was extremely accommodating, responsive, professional, and informative. They also went above and beyond. Jon Marc Myrant did a great job with services including helping me move heavy items so he could treat walls in garage. He also rescued our cat! Things were chaotic at my house and we didn’t know the cat got out. Jon chased him down in the 90 degree weather so he wouldn’t be hurt. He answered numerous questions about the product and the termite problem and potential future needs. Tim was our initial contact who did the initial inspection. He also answered inquires about price, details and nature of the problem. He always was available by phone and flexible for appointment needs. He also assisted with making services affordable which makes for happy long term customers.

We bought a house and as the weather started to change we noticed new squeaky friends in our kitchen along with ants, spiders and typical insects outside making their way in through cracks, windows etc. As we now were sharing our space with a few mice we wanted immediate relief! We called Terminix who assured us they could take care of the problem quickly and efficiently. The first man came to our house on a Tuesday after we had lived with the mice for a few days at this point, and he stood in the entryway describing some of the services they offered but didn’t try to sell the exclusion package (which seals the entire house getting rid of mice and keeping them out). He also didn’t walk around the property or even into other rooms of the house. He told us the price for the pest control which actually ended up being more than he said. We inquired with him pushing for the exclusion package which was set to happen on that Friday (5/29) and the pest control which was scheduled for Saturday (5/30). We then got a phone call saying it didn’t need to be on two separate days but would actually be a more fluid operation if both were to happen on Saturday simultaneously. We agreed as they were the professionals. Late Friday night we got another phone call saying the exclusion guys (who take care of the live mice we had now been living with for a week) actually didn’t work on Saturdays. Awesome. You encouraged us to combine the appointments and now they were saying they couldn’t come for another week until we pushed and they moved things around to come the next Tuesday, June 2 (still four days after our original appt. which they suggested we reschedule). Saturday the pest control came out and sprayed. She was great. The exclusion guy finally came on Tuesday (6/2) running around our house like there was a fire only stopping to ask us where he should put things. Idk! That’s what I’m paying you for to find all the possible points of entry. We asked about the attic and he was upset the first guy (who stood in our entryway) didn’t check it. He seemed put out to even go up there but then said he found tunnels. He was in such a hurry he didn’t go into two rooms of our house (there are six total) and left gaping holes around our front and back door. When he left in a whirlwind we felt we had to carry all the pressure to ensure everything was taken care of and we noticed he hadn’t touched the doors. We tried to call him (minutes later) and no answer. He still has never returned our call when we left a voicemail. We called the original man and left a message. He too has never returned our call. We called the Arvada office and got a hold of a woman who connected with the exclusion guy. She said he yelled at her and wasn’t going to come back out. She assured us she made notes in our file scheduling for another exclusion guy to come to seal up our two doors so more critters couldn’t enter. Days later (6/10) the second exclusion guy called on his way to our house saying he didn’t have stuff in his truck to even fix our doors! He gave us the number of his manager who we called on Monday (it’s now Friday) and he has yet to return our call. If we were to do it again we would never go with them. It feels they wanted the money to not even provide the full service, and if you ever have a problem or several for that matter good luck trying to get any of them to care to call you back.

The technician that came to the house was very understanding of my personal wish that I do not kill bugs. I have a live and let live attitude towards living things. I have a cup and a piece of cardboard by my backdoor to take spiders and other bugs outside to live another day. But, I had tried to get the ants to stop coming in from the garden with the non life taking methods but it just never worked. The technician explained about what he was using to keep them from coming back into the house and that, yes, they will die, but this is the only way to get them to not come into the house looking for food to stockpile for winter.He sprayed the perimeter of the house and checked the basement for other bug issues. Made sure to remind me to keep the pets away from the perimeter of the house until the spray was dry and then it would be safe for the pets.Thank you for your understanding and the quick response in handling my issue

This company has no integrity. If I could give 0 Stars I would. My mom has used Terminix for decades but in the last few years all they have done is take advantage of a senior citizen. She is on a fixed income and has asked that they only come 3 times a year but they continue to come every 2 months. Then yesterday they charged her for service, but NEVER showed up. She has a security system to prove they did not come. She was home all day and the dogs where out. Yet they refuse to credit the supposed service that NEVER occurred. We have cancelled their service after decades as a customer and will find a provider with more integrity.

I live in a condominium complex, 2nd floor, and have been having problems with mice. Arlene M came out to correct the issue and was very knowledgeable and let my mom know everything we could do to prevent mice and bugs. Unfortunately, my concerns are now with my neighbors but I am very happy with Terminix and will continue to use them for my future needs. Their money-back guarantee is a joke. Instead of honoring it, they insisted on scheduling more visits. Those were a headache because the local branch does not respond to call center messages at all. They consistently arrived at the wrong address (after assuring us that it was corrected), which caused them to cancel on us one day and then schedule TWO calls for another day (to the severe irritation of the second guy who showed up). It seems that their internal communication is as poor as the external.When the call center finally stopped insisting on more visits, I thought we were done but then they needed the local branch manager to confirm the cancellation! (Except that the local branch doesnt like to respond...) However, I reluctantly agreed to wait 24 hours for a response.Two business days after I called to cancel, I hadnt gotten confirmation yet. (My cat reminded me to call by pouncing on a spider.) The call center employee did acknowledge that I had called a few days ago but suggested that it was still early and perhaps they were in some morning meeting and to try back. A few hours later, a different call center employee informed me that he would reach out to the local branch and I would need to wait 24 hours for a response. Obviously, I was already well past that point but he insisted there was no record of any call prior to that day.Im sure this will eventually get straightened out but I strongly do not recommend Terminix for anyone who doesnt enjoy babysitting the bureaucratic process.

Jim, our technician, always calls 2 days ahead to let us know when he’s scheduled to come, he then sends a text when he is on the way. He is always on time, very professional and courteous when he is at our house and when finished, he provides us with a report that he goes over briefly with us and let’s us know to call him with any questions or anytime we have any pest control issues. A very good experience every time Jim comes by for his visit every couple of months! I would highly recommend him for your house!

Good techs but terrible scheduling. Several times I scheduled a date online only to have it changed with only a few days notice. I choose dates online for a reason and the website should not allow me to enter these dates it if you cannot do the service on the date scheduled.

Terminix convinced me that they could eliminate bed bugs from my house, so I hired them to do so. They applied several different types of pesticides four times over two months (which is the only thing they can do), but the pesticides did not work. Terminix should know that they are incapable of exterminating bed bugs, and they should not claim that they can. I gave up on Terminix and hired a heat treatment company. The heat treatment worked. The only reason this rating is two stars instead of one is because Terminix customer service is adequate.

I liked how, after he was finished, i was told, exactly where the bed bugs were chilling. I greatly appreciate, the hard work, that Alberto did. I have lost a lot of sleep and even though I see them here and there, I hope after the second treatment, they will be gone and I can really sleep at night.

If I could give ZERO stars I would, but that is not an option! Dustin, the technician, had an appointment with me from 8-10am and not only did he not show up, but he couldnt be bothered to at least give me a call letting me know he was not coming. So I wasted 3 hours of my day for nothing and never did get a call. I even called the customer service line twice, and STILL did not get a call. This is the worst customer service EVER. DO NOT USE THEM. They do not deserve your patronage.

Ill give two stars because they came the day after I called to schedule an appointment. The person that came though was not an inspector, even though thats what his card said. He came in a passenger vehicle that said terminix and in regular clothes. The main goal of the appointment for me, was to see if we had an infestation through out the house or if it was just focused in the one room. I expected him to inspect the home and determine my options. I had shown him where the bugs were and he just shined a flashlight and said yup. Without looking at the rest of the house, I was given a quote for treatment of the entire house. I told him I wasnt ready to make a decision and he persisted on me giving him my debit or credit card info and put a hold on funds in case I changed my mind. He was nice but I wanted a professional, not a salesman. They must not inspect the home unless you pay. I would have paid for the inspection if it was separate from the treatment plan. Then I would have been told about other issues I wasnt aware of if any.

I recently had Terminix install a sump pump in my cellar. It was the best money I have spent. Every year they come to inspect and it is always a very nice, polite young person. I had the second inspector come because the first one saw termite damage, but it was previous damage the second guy said. He was very interesting and told me about how Terminix got started. I really enjoyed his story.

Our service tech is awesome. He works with us not against us like most. He is kind and considerate to people around him while on campus. Leroy makes it possible for me to give Terminix a 10!! Leroy is on time everytime! He calls and scheduled his appointment each month. He does the jobs that are agreed to do without over charging. Terminix tried to change our tech this year without letting us know. I called Terminix and complained and got Leroy back. We will continue to use Terminix as long as Leroy is our service tech!!
