Sam brown (who made it very clear that that was his name) was probably the rudest human I’ve ever spoken to. Big yikes- maybe try being decent and your strip mall would be doing better instead of having so many vacant store fronts 🙃🙃🙃.

They showed me an amazing property right on W. Colfax with an amazing view and lots of interesting people. I was looking to lease a space for my business. The guy I was talking to was horribly rude because I did not know exactly how many square feet I need. I have been in my business/industry for 22 years and I’m looking to expand and for a fresh location. This is someone I would never do business with just by talking to him over the phone. Little did I know I was talking to the owner himself. All this time I was thinking wow what a horrible representation of this company. This is probably why most of his properties have vacancies.

It was a dark and stormy day, the weather was moist, and my limp bizkit cover band limp bisquik was cold and needed a place to pump up our jams. Lighting cracked the sky, the noise reverberated through my eardrums and as i looked up i saw a quaint little cottage. Me and the rest of limp bisquik shambled up to the door and knocked, there was no response, but after i knocked the door creaked open as if it was beckoning us to come inside. Maybe we should go in and check it out said our bassist Sandy Ravage. Inside the cottage was quiet and empty except for a small light in the center of the floor that illuminated the rest of the room, no one was there but it felt as if someone was watching us. Our drummer Miller Lite had only one idea come to mind and the rest of us followed suit. He busted out the liquor and started unloading our gear. Once we got set up and drunk enough we realized how amazing the acoustics of this cottage truly were. We began to jam and everything was sounding crisp as hell and going oh so smoothly. We started out with the classic song break stuff. Once we hit that final note and let it ring out, after the sound of the amps faded out we could hear a slight roar coming from outside of the cottage. Our guitarist Jeromey Eldarodo peeked out the door, and outside the cottage was a huge crowd of people all waving their lighters in the air. He looked back towards us and calmly walked back over to his mic, he then screamed into the mic Lets kick it! We played every song from the very depths of our soul, and the longer we played the more people showed up. After 4 hours of playing we were beat down and covered in sweat so we decided to take it to the end with out favorite song Rolling. It was the best night of all of our lives, thank you so much!
