Karol has been cutting and styling my hair for 6 months now. I love how friendly she is! I honestly get bang trims just so I can hang out with her. Great quality of service as well. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently visited Arvada and wanted to have something fun done for my daughters and niece. Not only did Centre Salon get them in on short notice, but they were absolutely fantastic! We had Cassi. She was super sweet and extremely personable. She was able to achieve the fashion color requests (blue and purple) as well as the cuts the girls wanted! The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff is very pleasant. I highly recommend this salon and more so , our stylist (especially if you have children) She is not only great at her job, but also patient and accommodating. Five Stars! This salon is awesome! I always love the result, and the way they talk to/treat me is different than a lot of other salons and that is so valuable to me.Im not sure if this is a common experience for other women or not, but the employees at MANY salons make me feel like I dont belong there. Im not the most feminine gal around, I dont do many beauty treatments, I dont know all the lingo and terminology at hair salons, and sometimes i need help putting into words what I would like with my hair. I cant tell you how many times Ive said I would like help with suggestions and been responded to with a sigh/eye roll and a how would I know what you like? And then I suggest something and Im told that would look bad... whatever. Sometimes it even starts with a receptionist when I am trying to book the right kind of appointment. It was actually to the point that trying a new salon was anxiety producing for me.ANYWAY the point is that this place has been the exact opposite of that experience. The receptionists are always super patient with me trying to book an appointment with a busy schedule and explaining what kind of appointment I need based on my description of what Id like. Jordan has answered my calls many times and he is super sweet and helpful. Adrienne who is working today is also very nice. The stylists are very helpful in picking a hairstyle and patient with suggestions/looking through pictures with me. And the results are always fabulous!Last time I had my hair done it was by Aly and currently Cassi is doing my color. Theyre both great! 10/10 recommended!

I have followed Hanna from the Aveda school to this Aveda salon and I wouldnt have anybody else do my hair. She is magnificent and pulls off anything I bring her. I went from really long hair to a short lob bob and I wouldnt have trusted anybody else with a big chop like that.

I had my hair cut today by Chelsey, and it is honestly the best haircut I’ve ever had! I’ve gone to other Aveda salons in the past, and always loved the experience, and so I was thrilled to discover there was a salon right by my new house. Everyone there was so friendly as well! I can be very picky about how my hair looks, but I can honestly say, I’ve never left a hair appointment feeling as wonderful as I did today! I look and feel amazing, and can’t wait to go back!

A few months back I was in Arvada visiting family, when I decided to grab some hairspray from the Centre Salon.I walked in the door, was greeted by an Aveda employee, asking if I needed assistance. Great customer service. Everything was fine, until I went to the counter to purchase my item. The kind lady who greeted me couldnt get into her computer and asked a nearby coworker to help her log in a computer so I could be processed. Said coworker was extremely cheeky and had an undeniable dislike towards lady trying to help me, not even attempting to hide it. She had a smirk on her face and was explaining she could not log into the system to help me. The lady attempting to assist me asked difficult coworker, Oh really? Difficult gal smiled the entire time ear to ear, Really! Meanwhile Im standing there in shock watching a rather obnoxious display with zero problem solving skills from difficult coworker.It didnt take long for another employee to notice the embarrassing situation and she took me to get checked out.To the women who were professional, I will continue visiting your business and thank you for maintaining grace. To the gal who was being facetious..You tried embarrassing a coworker and ended up looking foolish. Next time just help and move on.

This is the absolute BEST Aveda salon and spa in Denver Metro! The staff is very friendly and cares about customer satisfaction. They are knowledgeable and efficient (making appts, cashing out on registers, etc). And - they have excellent high quality services. I have been to other Aveda salons and there always seems to be some sort of problem. That is never the case with Centre Salon & Spa Arvada, everything from start to finish is easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. Thank you!!! Highly recommend this salon & spa.

I always liked coming in to Centre at first because I like Aveda products, but the staff is super friendly and conveniently located as well. This is my first review though, since I had to say what an amazing job Devony did. I had 6” or so cut and a full highlight. She had just started at Centre after moving back to the area, and what a fantastic addition! She knocked it out of the park, and gave me the best highlights I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back to see her. :)

I am also welcomed in when a walk in. Lindsey, my hairdresser, is always willing to listen to what I want with my hair. And I enjoy talking with her as well. As I purchased product and usually give the rewards to my daughter, it was nice to here that the cashiers have linked her rewards to my account so it can easily be found.

Every time I come in, I leave very happy and confident with my hair! I typically see Katie, she always does an amazing job and she is just the nicest person to get to talk to. Katie was able to get my hair to be platinum blonde in one sitting! Truly talented, and I still love it to this day. Highly recommend! The staff is always welcoming, helpful, and kind.

Got my hair trimmed and colored here a few weeks ago and the stylist did a really great job. She listened to what I wanted and got it almost perfect. That being said, it was the most expensive hair appointment I’ve ever had. After having my hair done I spoke with a couple other salons to get quotes, and center salons price was about 120 dollars more than other high end salons.

We love coming here because everyone is so friendly especially Katie. We have been visiting her for about seven years now, before she was even at this location. There is a reason we drive 30 minutes (one way) for a haircut. It is because Katie is super friendly, personable, fun to talk with, and darn good at styling hair.

BEST HAIR SERVICE EVER!! I tried several salons when I relocated to Colorado, and then I discovered this Aveda Salon. Ill never go anywhere else! Wow - great people, and wonderful, Earth-friendly products. Lyndsey is an amazing stylist, always taking the time to talk to me about my last service and my goals/objectives for this appointment.The salon is very conveniently located with ample, easy-access parking, and hours that make it easy to schedule service during the day, in the evening, or on weekends - whatever time meets your needs.

I see that a lot of the other reviews are year or more old. This salon is great. Theyve clearly addressed any issues they had with service. Ive been twice, and both times have been able to get an appointment on short notice. They ate very welcoming, offering tea and water while you wait. And the prices are reasonable. Im paying half what I was at my old salon. Most of the stylists are young, so perhaps not as experienced, but theyve done a great job on my hair so far. The first cut I had with Alicia was one of the best cuts I ever had on my long straight hair. I trusted her enough to go back and get a pixie cut when I recently felt the need for a dramatic change. Its a great place and I will definitely go back.

I had a similar experience with a stylist who did not listen to me. I could not get into my gal Katie who is amazing, and I took a substitute girl and even though I was super specific and even showed pictures, she did not listen and even got irritated with me after I asked her to fix something. I was in for a wash and blow dry and wasnt hard. She was grumpy at the end and didnt even walk me up to the counter. I gave her a tip because I felt obligated, but shouldnt have.

I had the worse experience ever. Went for highlights and layers. Wait a long month to get it and I was really excited. I have no highlights at all. My hair is entirely black. Also no layers. I actually mentioned what I want 3 times, with the feeling that she was not listening to me. Guess what, she didn’t listen and worse, she didn’t care. I can go back with another person to try to fix it. She doesn’t care.

I have curly hair and am never happy after haircuts but Devony was amazing! She is the queen of curls! Thank you so much!

He did an excellent job and added value by suggesting a different cut that would accentuate the plusses of my hair and minimize the detractions. Hilary is the best! For both cuts and color. From my comments, she gives me a cut that looks great and something thats fits with my low maintenance request and the color is natural but with a beautiful brightness that grows out beautifully.

Ally is my stylist and I love her! She is super gentle, and she is really good if you have short hair. Promila is my threadist (if that is a word...) And she does a phenomenal job both on facials and on my eyebrows and lip! I highly recommend this salon for hair and face. Especially if you love Aveda products!

I was pleased with my hair coloring service. However, the makeup lesson was a ridiculous joke. (Im out $50 for nothing!) I also didnt get my two complimentary mini massages. I got one (hands) which was maybe two minutes long.I called on the phone later the same day to ask for a refund and was promised that the manager would call me back to follow up. He never did.

These folks know how to treat a client. One of the best haircuts I have had in years without it costing me $100 (mind you it is a pixie style cut). Hillary did an amazing job and is very professional but relaxed at the same time. First time guests get $10-20 off your first visit and they offer free clean-ups if you are in need of one without having to get a haircut that youre not ready for. I will definitely return.

Will NEVER return or suggest this salon!! I started seeing a really great stylist and she left so they set me up with a “master stylist “. I received my first three services for half off and thank god for that! I showered the stylist 3 different photos of a cut.. A-line, we had a very in-depth conversation about the cut and I was pretty confident she was able to do it. Well,.... it ended up being the WORST cut I have ever received! She just kept cutting and cutting and put these extremely short layers in there! Also went to get roots covered, got home and realized I STILL had tons of grey roots! I called and spoke to a manager and she did offer my money back but I didn’t want it, should have taken it but it wasn’t going to fix my awful hair cut. I love Aveda but will not return to a place that employs individuals who don’t listen to the client.

Went in for a sexy pixie hair cut. Got an ugly soccer mom bob that looks horrible and makes me feel super ugly. Had to tell the girl multiple times I wanted a pixie cut with lots of chunky layers, you cant even notice layers. Drove home crying, unfortunately not worth the 40 minute drive. Wont be returning..

I had a facial & threading appointment with Promila (my first time for both!), and she absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. She was informative and very gentle. I literally cant remember the last time my skin was this clean and clear. Ill definitely be going back, and you should go, too!

I liked this place until.... I called to notify that I would be 5-10 min late and the front desk said that would be fine and thank you for letting us know. I ended up actually being 12 min late to apt. bc I drove all the way from Evergeen to Westminster (after a snow storm) and gave myself 1.5 hours to get there, it should only takes 45 min. They wouldnt take me, tried to give me to someone else who I had no idea about and had no references. My hair apt was a 45 min long apt but I was told it was not going to be enough time now. Last time i went there I was 10 min early and dropped over $200 dollars plus tip. Front desk was EXTREMELY rude. Sorry my hair dresser had to lose her business bc the front desk had such poor customer service (Leslie was the girl at the front desk). Leslie proceeded to laugh at me as I expressed my frustration and so I walked away. Unbelievable....

Promilla is the best thing about this salon. I will not let anyone else do my eyebrows. She is a good sales woman too. I like the products I buy but I never intend to buy them. More power to her though for convincing me. The lower stars is for the stylists and reception. I have not had a good experience getting my hairs done there. I go somewhere else for that.

Worst hair cut I have ever had. expensive for what you get. my hair looks like my mom cut it because I got gum in it. not sure what level 6 means here but this is not a level 6 hair cut. I showed a picture of me with hair cut I got previously at a different salon looks nothing like the hair cut I had. way to short. she pulled my hair back and chopped it off on one big swoop. way to short. I am going out of town and I am so frustrated. $140.00 for crapy hair do not recomend it.

I go there to get my eyebrows threaded. The lady that does it knows what looks best on my face. If you dont want someone to just thread your eyebrows w/o talking to you dont go here. Like many foreigners she feels like she knows what will be best for your face. Go with it. Im always happy when I leave. Beauty is pain.

I will never return to this location. I requested an eyebrow wax and when I got to the spa location, the woman performing my service started to use thread. I do not ask for threading and the woman kept trying to do it after I repeatedly said no. She waxed my eyebrows and then still proceeded to tell me that I had to do threading and showed me what it was on the back of my hand. When I walked up to pay for the service, I was them charged for the threading price. What poor customer service. The young man who checked me out was polite and smiled. I wish he was the person who provided my service. Shame on this aveda for not listening to your customer. I have been to aveda salons all over and I have been overly pleased with them previously. Too bad because I would have been a long time customer.

They made a mistake with my appointment and I left very disappointed , but they made it right and were very apologetic the following day. Everyone makes mistakes and I am very appreciative for ownership and making things right.

I have been going to see Heather for a couple of years now and I love her! She gets five stars in my book but the scheduling is like pulling teeth. Usually its not so bad that I am able to put up with it but the last couple of times have made me start looking for a new place to get my hair cut and colored. I always ask for a late appointment because I work a 9-5 job and the first appointment she offered was for 11:30 a.m. Its frustrating that it takes so long to make an appointment because the girls dont listen. I dont know how much more clear I can make myself when I say, When is her first opening at 4:30 or later? Then I get put on hold and someone new picks up the phone and I have to start the process all over again. Not worth it. Also, I love Heather but it is getting more and more difficult to make an appointment with her, which probably tells you how great she is but it is becoming an inconvenience for me!

I am always able to get an appointment, and they have a great reminder system. Tracy is amazing! My hair and I are lucky to have found her.

Horrible front desk-poor communication and poor customer service. The first visit I got a haircut but you wouldn’t even know it.The second visit I tried the nail salon- I sat in the “quiet area” for 20 minutes and the girl didn’t even know I was there because the front desk never told the nail tech.I tried to schedule for coloring but never did because the front desk couldn’t find me appointment lol. A bunch of monkeys running that circus!

So very disappointing. And not the first time. When I go to a spa, I want to feel relaxed and nurtured. But continually the energy in this place is overly stimulating with brash interactions, pushy salespersons and this time around, an overbearing manager (or owner) looming over the poor sales girl at the register ringing up my transaction in a macabre way. I felt extremely uncomfortable and even more, was unable to redeem any of my points for anything worthy as they were not being offered that month. Whats the point of paying 96$ for a bottle of moisturizer (to rack up points) only to be handed Foot Relief (a lower value product I dont need) when I try to redeem them?Aveda needs to choose their franchisees more carefully if they want to maintain their brand recognition. I buy things here because I love the botanical element, but then again...
