Ive been here multiple times and absolutely love the service I receive. The owner is engaging and cares about her work and her customers. Its clean!! Thats a big deal to me. It can get busy so making an appointment is best. Shell do walk-ins, but there may be a wait. Ive included a picture of a gel pedicure with nail art I got three weeks ago.

Havent been here in a long time because its far from where I live, but let me tell you what, they did a fabulous job on my nails! I showed the gal a picture of what I wanted & she was able to do it & a great job at it. Ive had experience where the nail technician couldnt even come close to doing the design. I cant wait to come back 😁

Claudia is so wonderful! She is very detailed and a VERY hard worker!!! Ive tried other places, but the effort she gives just cant be beat!! She charges a fair price for working so much harder than other places Ive visited!! The hot stone pedicure, thats all I have to say. Oh, she does micro blading NOW!!!!

Staff was somewhat friendly. No one talked except to ask how can I help you and can you pay now. I went in for a Mani Pedi. Mani consisted of cutting cuticles, filing and Polish. The pedi consisted of cutting cuticles, filing, a little bit of filling my heels for roughness and Polish. The Salon was very clean and very organized. Once I got home and took my shoes off is when I noticed that my feet were just as rough as when I went in!!!! Having soft feet is my #1 when it comes to a Pedi. Probably will not return!

By far the best nail salon I have been to! The staff here is always so nice and accommodating. The staff is all trained very well and do a wonderful job. Prices are reasonable and work is beautiful.

I went to them 2 weeks ago. My gel nail polish has not chipped or lifted at all. They have a HUGE selection of polish. The gentleman who did my nails was the most attentive nail tech I have ever have and he was as nice as could be. I will be coming back to them next week and for every mani from this day forward. THANK YOU!!!Edit: 2.5 weeks later and still NO LIFTING OR CHIPPING. I am not gentle on my nails. This place is amazing.

Great attention to detail and they really listened to what I wanted. I wasn’t totally happy with the durability of my manicure after a few days, but I stopped back by and they fixed it up for free. Their attention to customer satisfaction will keep me coming back :)

They give you deals 5$-10$ or 10% to 20% of different thing when you come back the acrylic nails tend to stay on longer dont lift easily I really do like it try it out sometime

Claudia is always a delight. She is friendly with her customers. Her employees all do a good job. Its a calm, less busy atmosphere, compared to most nail shops in the area. She keeps it clean too.

I love Arbor Nails! They do great nails and you typically dont have to make an appointment. Its my go to nail salon in the area.

I love my Shellac everytime they do it here. They take their time and my nails do not start trying to chip 2 weeks or more after they are done every time. The staff is always friendly and listens to what I want. My nails are in good condition going in and coming out but not worse. The quality is always consistent which has ruined my experience at other nail places. Bee does a great job and so does one of the male workers at this place. I havent gotten his name yet. :(

I have come here before when the staff was full. Since I went back after and the nail work was horrible!!! All my fingers hurt for 3 days after being done and it ruined 5 nail beds. The owner was in a rush and being unprofessional complaing about staff not being available to help. One nail wont grow back for months the doctor said. I will never ever go to this place nor spend a penny here! Seems the regulars are the only ones treated half okay.

I come in here to get my brows waxed. Ive always had Claudia do them and she does a great job. Their prices are reasonable and Ive always walked in without an appointment and gotten in and out quickly. I really like this place.

My first visit to Arbor was before a vacation about two weeks ago. I got a shellac mani in a pretty sheer pink and it still looks great. Claudia was very detail oriented and made sure the sheer color looked even, not patchy. I waited a while for my mani but 5 stars for the results that stood up to pretty rough treatment while traveling and the great price ($25!).Update: went back for removal and a new manicure and the woman who did my nails today cut three of my cuticles so they bled through most of the mani. Shellac looks nice but sore/red/scabbed cuticles aren’t cute. Took 1 star off - clearly it depends who you get.

Decent wait time. My daughter likes the work done.

Do not go here! My daughters pedicure was sooo messy! I had the dipping powder done to my nails and the guy had no clue what he was doing. Took 2xs as long as it should of. Another gal had to try and salvage it. Ridiculous. They were apologetic, but I definitely did not leave feeling relaxed or excited like you normally would after a fresh mani-pedi.

Since I do hair and my hands are in water all day, Claudia did a full set of acrylic with gel on the top. I have never has a problem with them cracking or lifting. I am going back even though I live in Aurora.

Really enjoyed my mani and pedi today. It was only 30$ for both. Very nice and clean, I will be coming back to them for sure.Update: I reviewed this place because the mani/pedi was cheep and very nice at the time, but big surprise, a nice little WORT popped up on the ball of my foot a short while afterwards. So, while I did really enjoy the massage and the tech was very nice and the price was astounding, the outcome was not at all worth it. sorry for the mixed review but I have to be honest. I will in fact NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS ONE IN THE FUTURE.

Such amazing prices, everyone does a great job Ive seen just about every nail tech and havent had a problem with any of them! I got a pedicure and my rebase done in less than an hout, which I love about them!

Worst place ever!! Just got my nails done two days ago and the Polish is already coming off and one of them is cracked about to come off. She only took 30 minutes to do them!! Never going back again

She rushed through my manicure, cut them way too short and ignored me when I tried to speak up about it.
