Huge machines. I can usually get all of my laundry for a family of 5 in one of the biggest machines. And the customer service is awesome. The drier “ate” a dollar in quarters. Called the number on the door and he came to fix it instantly. Favorite place to do laundry currently.

Ever wanted to watch a spin cycle in a safe place? This is it. The machines and the facility are both pretty new and very clean. The ability to use a card instead of quarters is definitely a plus. Most people here wear masks too.

This laundromat has to be the cleanest most well kept laundromat I have ever used!The owners keep it spotless! And keep the machines running at their top performance!The amenities here are amazing! Free WiFi, restrooms, decent vending options, fairly comfortable seats all make this place my choice in laundry chores!The only downside to this place (and its not really much of one) is the hours... Closing at 10pm is a bit early for someone with my schedule (busy busy busy) a challenge but I make it happen for the quality of this place!

Always clean, plenty of machines. A little more expensive than other laundromats but the machines are almost all new, so Im willing to pay it.

This has been one of the most amazing laundromat I have ever been to. The fact that they put so much into the technology of their machines to keep them up-to-date is amazing. I have never had any issues with the equipment and the owner is very nice and pops in every now and then. When you see the owner, he politely asks you how your day is going and asks if there is anything else he can help you with. The best laundromat service I have ever had and I know this is the worst chore to have to do.

This place was clean, well maintained and accepts credit cards. Came early on a Friday 8am and in and out, not busy at all.

This is a really nice and clean laundromat. The owner Tom even helped my kids find some spare change on the floor today. Who knew that the laundromat could be so fun? Thanks Tom!

Super clean huge machines!

They are located in a strip mall and not visible from the street. They have plenty of parking and handicapped parking. Easy Access and Handicap accessible. Plenty of Xtra Large and Large and Standard Size Washers. Roughly 40 dryers. They have Vending Machines for soap and dryer sheets also soda machine and snack machine. They do have a TV and change machine. Wide aisles.

Terrible service gross washers!! Don’t get cleaned nothings maintained horrible the washer stunk so bad theirs mold all in the soup areas just completely disgusted.

Clean facility, been doing a good job of accommodating everything throughout quarantine by providing hand sanitizer and regular cleaning. Been coming here throughout quarantine and am pretty happy with how everything has been run. As of today, the smaller washers are $2.50 with a 25 minute cycle and dryers (the ones that can hold 3 loads) are $0.25 for 8 minutes on medium heat. Quarter machine is in the back by the detergent dispenser. Machines take credit/debit card.

Its alright. Not sure why people say this is clean, its not. Washers could use a good sanitizing and wiping down. The facility serves its purpose but I miss The Laundry Basket in Fort Collins. That was the cleanest, nicest laundromat ever.

Very clean laundromat cleanest I ever been in bathroom clean well stocked vending machine n laundry needs machine (soap softener dryer sheets) very officiant and clean machines. Very reasonable prices too. Spent only hour n half doing 6 loads of laundry with wash n dry. I will be back!

Expensive but worth it

Great place to do laundry. Its always clean, I frequently see the owner (who I think works his day job very close to the laundromat). When he comes in hes sweeping and checking out all the washers/dryers to make sure they are clean. There is adequate folding space, and tons of washer/dryers. The dryers are huge so I can usually condense two loads into one dryer, and they dry things very quickly, so its about 0.75 (0.25 for 8 minutes) to dry two loads of laundry in one dryer.

They were pretty rude about us staying in there waiting for our clothes, I wont go back thats for sure.

I love this laundromat. It is reasonably priced and it also has maximum sized washers to accommodate my king size comforters. It is clean and the washers and dryers are very clean too. Would highly recommend this laundromat. The owner is very pleasant and helpful too!

I have been washing my laundry here for a couple of years. It is always clean, including the bathroom!The owner is friendly and nice. Not only does it cost $1.50 to wash, most things are dry with $.75.......And the hot water really is hot!! Even the people that wash there are nice, such a diverse mix everyonefeels welcome. Clean, like the extra tables, friendly staff. 4 stars due to not being able to use bank cards vs. quarters to wash/dry. Otherwise a nice facility.

Clean place and got huge machines! Wi-Fi was accessible. Clean bath room and nice seats. Well maintained and organize.

Havent used the laundromat in years. Great experience. Very clean and vey friendly environment. The owner is very bubbly and kind, not to mention on top of his facility. Highly recommend.

Clean facility, and lots of machines to use. Went on a sunday afternoon, and it wasnt busy. A little more expensive than doing laundry at my complex, but well worth it to get 8 loads done after a weekend of camping.

Ive never rated a laundry mat before but this one is very nice and kept clean. They have a clean bathroom even. Snack machine also includes laundry soap.

Not to bad at all, nice big machines for a fair price. Some did gave that bad odor of like when u leave something humid for a long time but.... and also is funny becouse I was counting the quarters as I was putting them in the machine and then at the end it said I had to add another quarter Im like hmmm!? So then I went to the next one and the same thing happened Im like what the hack!!! I knew then I wasnt trippen. It does tell u there at the end once u add ur extra quarter if u want to add one more quarter for extended wash lol😂 smart machine!!! Btw I love the fact it has a card machine that way u avoid all the change, but expect and extra charge for the quarter. $2.00 is going to be$ 2.25 lol Im totally fine for the price like I said but I just think it was funny.

This is the ok-ist laundromat in Arvada. It’s more than likely the cleanest as well. Every now and then it is horribly messy and at certain times there will be a huge flow of people inside the small unit. There is limited space and only a handful of large washing machines, it would be great if the owner would buy the next door unit and expand, the profits would pay off in no time. My favorite thing about this place is that it is drug-free and there aren’t many sketchy people. I’ve had those experiences with other laundromats in the same area.

They have way more washing machines than dryers, despite the fact the dryers can fit way more clothes. Pick your dates wisely to avoid busy times.

First time there and love that it was clean!...and there are different sizes of washing machines at a reasonable price!....Also went to the Yogurt store just a couple stores down while waiting

The place says air conditioned but its hotter than a closed box left out in the noon heat. You will sweat your back side off. You leave feelng dirty and ppl that dont practice good hygiene and are also sweating because its so darn hot inside that the aroma is horrific. TURN up The AIR!

I went to check this laundromat out because of the good reviews Id read, but when I got here (mid-morning on a weekday), I never went in, because the people I saw both in this place and just outside it looked pretty questionable and I didnt think I was going to be safe in there.

Slightly better than average for a laundry mat. Not super clean but not dirty either. Cable tv, 2 vending machines, change machine, bathroom, detergent and dryer sheets $0.75 (in the vending machines).Single wash is $1.50, triple wash is $3, 4 load wash is $4. They only have triple load dryers, no min to start, each $0.25 gives 8 min. Ive found that the dryers handles two loads very well in 32 min ($1) and handled my king sized comforter fairly well on $1, was just the tiniest bit damp still.Plus a decent frozen yogurt place and DQ in the same shopping center, hard to go wrong there.And on two occasions Ive met the owner &/or manager. Seemed nice and easy going.

Good prices gets the job done

Use this place even though we have laundry on site. Besides the week of Christmas I saw the owner in there constantly cleaning the machines, and there is a tv with snack machines. Really inexpensive with lots of places to go to find time to kill.

Always clean..machines taken care of

Its clean and all, but its so small. Youre constantly moving out of one anothers way, and theres no comfortable place to fold. Also, its extremely hot in there. I would rather spend an extra dollar per load and not be on top of people.
