I came across this store from researching Sebo vacuum reviews on YouTube. Found Josh Wolcotts knowledge & delivery of information extremely helpful, comprehensive and lucid. Tracked him down and he spent close to 30 minutes on the phone (patiently and kindly) assisting me - and another hour via email helping with submittal of order and answering additional questions. WOW, so impressed with Josh and Vacuums R Us!

Sad I didnt get the good customer experience from most recent reviews but I felt like we wasted our time. Called ahead to see if they could check out our Dyson multifloor 2 and she said ya “come on in anytime”. While I appreciate the free 30 second “quote” in which she turned on the vacuum and said “motor is blown” which we already knew, I most certainly did not like being lied to about “Dyson not making parts for this vacuum anymore”. Mind you, the vacuum is only 3 years old. She quickly dismissed our efforts to try and fix our vacuum saying it was “done”, theres no fixing it but that she’d love to sell us one…. $1100 for the one she was very excited to show us.Called Dyson on the way home (yes I should have started there but thought it was out of warranty) , pleasantly surprised it was still in warranty, took it in the next day and they ordered the new motor :) looks like they magically started selling parts again…. Sigh… I get trying to sell your products but in that case dont offer repairs? Or maybe be a bit more truthful? Honesty is key.

I have done business, or at least asked questions, of this business for 30+ years and recently purchased two vacuums in one day. I had never heard of those particular brands but they have turned out to be really good at doing what vacuums do. The employees know their vacuums (and sewing machines) inside out and take the time to demonstrate the various capabilities of their wares. Now they are repairing my old Oreck. Check them out! Theyre in a handy location too.

Love these people!Great service, in love with my appliance and the support they offered when I may or may not have vacuumed something I shouldn’t have. Ever the rebel, pushing the boundaries of what is acceptable, and they helped me unclog and off we go. I may, literally, have a vacuum for life. They didnt pressure me into buying a new vacuum, after finding out they didnt have spare parts for the shark, due to manufacturers design to get people to buy a new vacuum.I left very positive with my encounter with staff. The owners and Rachel are so knowledgable, friendly AND huge animal lovers and advocates~VERY IMPORTANT! My vacuum head was repaired perfectly and was ready the day I was told it would be. I look forward to having Rachel help me with my sewing challenges also. They make Boulder feel small and family oriented again, which is also VERY IMPORTANT to me.

GO BUY A VACUUM HERE!! Every time Ive been in there, I am met with a friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable vacuum expert. Our Riccar vacuums are the best weve ever had...trust me, actually trust THEM, when they say that Shark, Dyson, etc. have NOTHING on the brands that Vacuums R US carry. Added bonus: they almost always have a friendly dog (or two if youre lucky) to great you at the door :)

I came here for a Wish pick up. They have great prices after coming to the store for the first time and I definitely will go back just to visit the gorgeous pups they have there! You can buy rainbow shampooer/vacuums that’s less than a fraction of the price! They even have the oil Infusions! Best of all the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable with no pressure to buy! I definitely recommend coming here for all of your vacuum and cleaning needs!

My husband and me have been going to Vacuums R Us for years. Dina and her husband are so knowledgeable on each vacuum that they sell as well the products they carry. I clogged my vacuum with a sock, and when my husband took it in, they gave us a loaner no questions and even did a tune up on our vacuum for free. Grateful to have a trustworthy place to go to whenever I accidentally do these types of things. You are greeted with kindness and like youre a friend every time you step into the store. They are so easy to talk to and that is why I will only buy and take my vacuums to them for service.

I went into Vacuums R Us today because Lamps Plus recommended them to help fix a lamp. I was met by some very friendly people. The prices were very good the selection was excellent. I was especially pleased that all employees were wearing masks appropriately. Two cups, one for clean pens and one for used pens were provided. This is as safe and professional a store as I have seen. Along with getting my favorite lamp fixed, I took a look at the cleaning supplies and other items and made a few purchases. I would definitely go and look for my next vacuum at this store. Some of the screen cleaners would go nicely for stocking stuffers for Christmas. Great job and good find!!!

Fantastic customer service! Ive been to at least two other vacuum repair shops around Arvada area, this is head and shoulders the BEST! Replaced the belt on my Oreck quickly and with no charge for labor, brought it home and BOOM - works like a new machine! Also took the time to explain to me why my vacuum was having issues, saved me time and $ I likely would have spent getting a tune-up someplace else. Dont waste your time at the other repair places like I did. Go here first!

I found Vacuums R Us when I was looking for an alternative to Blakeman (just down the street). The folks at VRU were wonderful. They were helpful, prompt, affordable, and totally personable. I am so glad you are in Boulder and I will be a loyal customer to you for years to come.

I had actually called them to see how the deal worked for the $99.00 Singer sewing machine (holiday special) and Chris had informed me that they could take my order over the phone and I could either pick it up or he could ship it out to me. The whole process probably took approximately 5 minutes and was completely painless! I checked my email about 3 hours after our interaction and it had already been shipped and due to arrive the next day! I live approximately 1 hour from the store. Now that is customer service!

Brought my Dyson in after being unable to figure out why I had no suction. The sales person took a look right there on the spot. After 5 minutes of not being able to figure out the problem, she took it in the back to the technician. 5 minutes later it was fixed! A small plastic straw had gotten jammed in a hidden spot. They charged me nothing! Super friendly, fast service. This is now my go to shop for vacuum repairs.

Ordered online for delivery. A $2.50 part with $2 shipping, came in about a week. Cheaper than anyone else I saw online, part is working, Im happy!

Went in to get educated on whats the best vacuum to buy (Dyson vs Hoover vs whatever else you can find on the shelves in Bed Bath & Beyond). I knew I wanted an experts advice so that I could feel confident when I went to Bed Bath and Beyond with my coupon to purchase my new vacuum. I wasnt expecting to purchase from the store. I not only got educated, but I ended up purchasing my newly beloved vacuum from Josh. Hes not only extremely educated, but patient and willing to show you what he means when he talks to you about a good vacuum. Im A Hard Sell, and when I feel pressured, or pushed into a corner for a purchase, I shy away extremely fast. I never felt pressured, or pushed into a corner with him. He is one of the nicest, most honest salespeople I have ever experienced in my day. I usually dont write reviews, so this is a stretch for me. If you are in search of a new vacuum, so you like me or wanting to actually be able to clean your home and it actually be clean, go in and talk to him about a new vacuum. I promise you wont be displeased!

Had to return a carpet cleaner we bought just wasnt working they looked it over and took it back and it went back to the company I do believe we still are waiting, but the people here are AWESOME!! My vacuum quit working and they fixed me right up with a new belt installed for free. They carry my favorite line of pet carpet cleaner and I bought some cool fragrance to put in my vacuum bag plus some really highly rated wood polish. They say they have a new Boulder store which might be closer to me, so I need to go find that!

Too high of a price to pay for a vacuum even for cleaning everyday. The employee that helped me was doing her job and trying to sell me something I wasnt interested in.

I purchased a motor for my Dyson DC14 Animal from VacuumsRUs thru Amazon. It was the most reasonably priced motor on Amazon. It was exactly what I needed. It was practically plug and play. Delivered on time, and now that I know about them, will definitely deal with them directly. Thank you for allowing me to keep my Dyson for hopefully another 15 years!!

We had been waiting for a long time for a handle to be replaced on our vacuum. Oreck did not come through for months with the part. Just hung up with Josh (the owner) and Brandon and they were extremely kind and helpful, but more than that very knowledgable. They were able to direct me to another store to buy the lamp part that I need to relocate my chandelier. I cant believe how much time and energy they were willing to take for me, a perfect stranger, when I wasnt even technically doing business with them. But I will be. I have a vacuum that is chugging along and I plan to take it over there next week because I see their good intentions with customers, and how hard they will work to earn business.

I felt like she listened to what I needed and had a solution. It was a very pleasant experience. I purchased what I needed, and I even got to meet their sweet pups, which was a bonus. You dont get this kind of customer service, and expertise from the box stores.

Buying a vacuum is never fun, but this places rocks. The knowledge and customer service of the staff were outstanding. I was able to buy a great vacuum for a friend. I signed up for deals and notifications and last weekend I bought new vacuum for me. They also have other great cleaning tools.

Customer service at Vacuums R Us was outstanding. We needed a vacuum box to return a vacuum to Shark. We called Vacuums R Us and asked them if they had a box we could buy. They said they had one and I could have it with no charge. Not only did they give a box they volunteered to pack and ship the vacuum for me. The service was exceptional even though we didnt purchase anything from them. When we need a vacuum, we definitely will go back to Vacuums R Us, and highly recommend them for their outstanding customer service. The customer service they provided is a forgotten service by the majority of companies today.

The first time and the last time I’ll go to Vacuums plus. I stopped by to buy a spring for a Dyson canister and the staff wouldn’t sell me one. They had the part in stock but rudely conveyed that they wanted their parts inventory for repairs. 🤔I ended up finding the part at a big box (rhymes with dome hepot) store. I try and support small business, but like in this example, good service just isn’t there.

My Bissell belt broke in the middle of house training a puppy! This shop was exceptionally helpful in finding the parts for me over the phone, despite having a hard to fit model. The drive through service felt safe and efficient. I would go back in the future, even though I live a few cities away.

I purchased a lightly used Shark Apex online from this store and it was shipped to me. Packaging was great, everything secured well and it was in like new condition! It even arrived 2 days earlier than expected. It only took 2 minutes to put it back together and it worked like a dream! I couldnt be happier with this purchase. The price was an excellent deal! I highly recommend online purchases with them!

So I had a problem with the belt on my shark vacuum, had worked flawlessly for quite a long time. Brought it into Vacuums r us and the owner checked it out, was able to troubleshoot a switch not firing, and it’s fine now, NC. Also looked at filters and operation, all good. the next vacuum I buy will be from here. They Know there stuff.

I brought my vacuum in because of a loss of suction. The man who helped me cleared out a massive clog and showed me how to clean out the filter. He didnt think it was enough to charge me, and I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the people there. They also have a big sweet dog that kept me company while Id waited. Terrible place that wants to take your money and not do the job properly. Tried explaining what was wrong with our vacuum cleaner and they rolled their eyes and basically told us we didnt know anything about vacuum machines. We ended up taking our product to another store and they did the job better for a lower price.

This company performed work on an antique standing lamp with replacement parts unavailable. The repair didnt last, as it essentially required some amount of McGuivering. I brought it back over a year later. They did not ask for a receipt. They assisted me immediately even though they had a busy sales floor. They fixed it again, this time with new parts...at their expense for both parts and labor (with my understanding that it would now not match perfectly and have compromised functionality due to the inability to perfectly match broken parts). They were honorable, prompt, reasonable, and patient in explaining the challenge. I highly recommend this company and their employees as folks I am grateful with whom to do business.

I stopped in Vacuums R Us yesterday for the first time. My vacuum had no suction. I was fairly certain I had a bad vacuum motor. I had already cleaned pet hair way deeply into the suction tube. Art skillfully removed more clog in a hard to access place and further cleaned, tested, and demonstrated the fix. All for no charge. Then, with my permission, he showed me a vacuum designed to pick up mass amounts of pet hair all day with no clogging. They were friendly, knowledgeable, skilled.
