Nice clean jewelry store. They have coocoo clocks and other antique jewelry. I get me watch batteries changed here and the jewelers are very nice.

$15 to replace a watch battery. Took 4 minutes. Had some nice looking watches to look at during that 4 minutes.

Knowledgeable staff and is a family owned business. Reasonable prices for common services. They are very knowledgeable on various watches. I recently had a complete overhaul on a watch and it was done well. Good company.

Went in to have a gold chain repaired. Their price was the lowest and they had the best reviews so I decided to go with them. Told me it would be done in about 3 days which was fine, but a couple hours later I got a phone call saying it’s ready for pickup. Good rule of business is delivering before the client expects it 👍🏽

I rarely write reviews but had to in an effort to offer a warning to anyone who is considering allowing this shop to work on your watches. I asked them to repair a bezel on my dive watch because it was gummed up. After about a week and half they called me and said they couldn’t get the repair part any longer from the distributor and that they did no work on my watch. In reality they scratched up the tank badly and you can tell it was in an effort to pry the bezel off. They also replaced the glass on my watch with glass that was not the same height as the manufacturer glass. This is a dive watch and I’m sure if I made the mistake of taking it diving it would have failed.I realize I should have never expected this “fly by night” place to repair anything other than a timex. Don’t let the draw of convenience and a low price allow you to make the same mistake I did.

Brought them an old watch I got my hands on. They did a full tune up, and Im very happy with the work! Very professional, very straight forward. Would recommend them to my friends, and intend to bring all future watch needs to them alone!

They “fixed” my fathers table top Seth Thomas mantle clock for $300 and it took 8 weeks It worked for 13 mos. I was told “sorry out of warranty”. They replaced the gears and wheels. I took it then to a place on colfax. They said the gears were replaced but then it was not “balanced” and the gears froze and are damaged. They then fixed it (in 2 days) and it runs great. Think twice about this place.

The staff is honest, the prices are good. The staff can fix or make parts for old clocks or new ones and watches as well. They also repair jewelry and sale jewelry.

I had a delicate necklace that was tangled in a large tight knot but dropped off necklace on Thurs afternoon received call on Friday afternoon that my necklace was repaired also he showed me how to store my necklace into prevent getting tangled

They seized my new watch....and have several others. Very quick and reasonably priced. Several of my friends use them also.

I love their stock of clocks and have bought two. No problems with either of them after 4 years. Ive brought in a clock I had for repair and they did a great job on it, especially for the fact that the glass on the face was shattered. Theyve changed many watch batteries for me - no problems. Never had a bad experience here.

I bought my husband a Fossil watch for our anniversary. He brought the watch in to have it fitted. He loved his experience here and is looking forward to returning.

Went to this business to see about repair of a Grandmother clock. I was immediately and very pleasantly received. They scheduled an in home visit to determine the nature of the problem and the repairs needed to correct the difficulty in addition to an estimate of repair costs. My initial impression was one of competence. Once I have been through the initial visit and repair I will post an addendum.

Precision Watch Clock and Jewelry offer great service and are very kind. Ive had a number of services performed over the years: shattered watch faces that needed replacement, watch bracelets that needed links added or removed, and basic battery service. Each time, they fixed the watch to perfection and provided a price quote before proceeding with repairs. The costs are reasonable and based upon the watchs value. A visit to their store is like going to a watch museum-- so many clocks and watches for purchase to check-out while you are waiting. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my watches. They have earned a customer for life!

My father has been going to them for a number of years already. From resizing to batteries and most recently, a windup wall clock appraised and then fix. Great service, fast, and caring.

Broke the crown on my Tag Heuer. Took it to Armatos. They held it for month and a half after quoting $500 for repair. Then they said they couldnt fix it. Precision did it in two weeks for $250. Love them.

Really disappointed in this business. Brought in a grandfather clock to be repaired (cost $745!!!!) and was told it would be good to go... a mere ten months later and it stopped working. Called to have them work on it and they wouldnt without charging as they only do six month warranties. Really??? Stand behind your work, take pride in it and take care of your customers. Very disappointing. Hopefully others have better luck here.

Do not try to sell anything here. Im only speaking from the experience of trying to sell things and cant speak for any experiences buying anything. Ive gone there a few times trying to sell some very nice watches. The offers they gave me werent only extremely low, they were insulting. I understand the fact that the items were used and they have to make a profit but still. And one time I dealt with a lady who was very rude. I have them a few chances but will never go back. I took my items to a different watch store and got much much better offers!

I mounted our Howard Miller wall clock poorly, one day it crashed 7 feet to a tile floor. Had it fixed by a place in Arvada, ran for a while and then couldnt keep time. Brought it to Precision Clocks clockmaker a few years later, now its been keeping time to within a minute a week for months. These folks are serious pros.

This is the best clock store. They helped me ship a large Grandfather clock a long distance. They were wonderful and did a perfect job.

I have used this small business numerous times and always had good experiences. They bought a cuckoo clock from me and paid a fair price. They have replaced watch batteries for me and repaired jewelry. They are meticulous, and good craftsmen.

I thought they did a good job at a reasonable price (bezel spring replacement on a Tag-Heuer) but the part only lasted a year. Guy at new shop I tried said it did look like factory part (I suspected aftermarket to be the cause) but could only theorize why it lasted only a year (the original lasted 12) - he said either used part (assuming factory) or abuse (he was not accusing me, just had to be objective in his theories).Ill leave it to you to consider how does one abuse a bezel spring - attach your watch to a hamster wheel at night and turn it constantly? So Im afraid I have to say beware as well, something isnt right here.

Walked in and out of the facility in under 2 minutes with the shop closing in 10 minutes. Reasonable prices for services. I will come back in feauture.

Ive had nothing but bad experiences at this place and the people there are RUDE! It would be nice to use them since I leave nearby but Ill be taking my watches elsewhere in the future.

I took one of my watches in to get the band resized. The last store I took it to couldnt figure out how to resize the band, but Precision got it taken care of. They were fast and cost half as much as the last store I was at.

Went in to have links taken off my Invicta watch, great service and very quick. Will go back again.

Always given a fair price on the buying side. They fixed my Movado watch repairing the water damaged face one time, replacing a battery another, and last cleaning the watch to provide accurate time again.
