This place and staff are amazing but once my package was sent out they lost it! I’ve called and waited for calls so many times it’s very disappointing. I had contacts worth $150 in that package for my mom and now she won’t have any. I still am waiting for another call and it’s been 10+ days since the package was supposed to arrive and I got no updates about it until tonight. It’s sad how you put your trust in a company and then ruin it. They just need to be honest and not sugar coat things. If you lost it just say so and then help me figure out what to do next! I’m not using FedEx ever again! Very disappointed and upset

I often drop off packages or have packages on hold at this location. The staff is amazing: friendly, professional, efficient. I am always greeted warmly. This location is very busy but I have never waited more than 5 minutes. Thank you for your fantastic customer service!

The employees here deserve a raise, or at the very least, a nice pat on the back. The crazy questions and irritable people they deal with would drive anyone insane. Yet, they all (only saw name tags for Mike & Kyle, there was another woman working too) went about their jobs with a smile.Yes the parking lot isn’t convenient. Why would you complain to an employee about it when they had nothing to do with leasing the building or pouring the parking lot???The workers here handle gripes and strange requests with care and great customer service. Very friendly and good at what they do.

Everyone in here was super nice a friendly. It was busy as holidays are approaching but the attitude and speed of the staff was great. Everyone was happy and helpful. I rarely leave google reviews but this was a great experience and I had to overnight something important so was very happy to receive such great customer service. I think I worked with someone named Mike but everyone else was helpful too and even returned a lost credit card to someone while I was there.

I received absolutely outstanding customer service from Matthew (assistant manager) on Oct 20. I had a bunch of boxes that needed shipping labels and he helped me create them all, all while juggling a very busy store! He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. While watching him work on the labels and handle multiple customers at the same time, it was obvious to me why he was put in a leadership role - his dedication and passion for providing 5 star customer service was undeniable. I cant thank him enough!

I dont ship a lot of material. The MOD was the person who helped me. He was friendly and treated me with respect. I had a complicated lot to ship with different billing addresses and numbers. Didnt phase him and he wasnt frustrated with my ignorance. Made the process quick and easy. I even dropped one of my receipts and didnt find out till I got home. Went back to the store and the manager remembered me and saved the receipt for me! Great customer service! Thanks

Please hire more help.Friday morning. Five customers in line. One employee. Half an hour to pick up a printing order, which coincidentally my husband tried to pick up yesterday but was told it wasnt at this location. Bizarre as the email confirms it is at this location.

Poorest run office I’ve ever seen. They lost my order and when I went in to pick it up, they had no records of anything. My business cards were promised a couple of days ago. No call. I call them and it says they’re closed. It’s 11 on Thurs morning. I’ve never seen seen such poor customer service and incompetency. The inconvenience could have been avoided I’ll never do business there again. Unbelievable!

I had a very good experience here. I went on a Sat. afternoon to mail a package internationally. I was greeted right away and the young lady who helped me was very friendly and took care of all the customs forms and paperwork and even helped me put the stuff in the envelope. Before we even started, realizing that it would be expensive to FedEx internationally, she said Let me get you a rate first. Overall the transaction was quiet good and I was in and out in minimum time.

Went in to print something on card stock. The printer was being looked at by a technician, but I was told it wouldnt take long. 45 minutes later I ended up just leaving. Someone could have just told me it was going to take a while and I wouldnt have wasted my time waiting.

The manager is very friendly- and Im sure he did a great job otherwise; but I came in EXPLICITLY explaining I needed stuff sent as quickly as possible (I asked if I missed the overnight cut off and we had a conversation about how id have to wait an extra day, which I opted for because my stuff was extremely time sensitive!) and thru some miscommunication my stuff still got sent ground instead of overnight:( The headache this is causing is justifying the time im now wasting to write this review while on hold with the 1800 Fedex number (which as you can imagine is the last thing anyone would want to be doing first thing in the morning expecting to find my packages delivered...) very disappointed and frustrated.....

Absolute worst shipping location ever!There is so much wrong with this location— the workers move at a snails pace, then snap at you if you ask any questions.They are super-intrusive and ask what are you shipping? And they want a specific answer. They literally want to know every single thing you have in the box, even on domestic packages. Its awkward and honestly, none of their #*%! business.Then the most irritating part, on top of all that, is that they reject packages if they dont think there is enough filler, even if your package is not fragile. The thing that irritates me about this, is they will gladly add more filler to the box... if you pay them.Seriously. This place is the worst.

I have NEVER been asked to show an ID or and identifying document that proves the address I reside is the address that I am shipping from. Came to pack and ship a computer - I still have my CA ID. I was told the return address would only be allowed to be that on my ID? This doesn’t make any sense. I was able to produce my business card - but I did it want the return address to be from my business as I cannot receive shipments there. It just didn’t make any sense that I was being asked to prove a return address and was not ableTo just provide my current address! This is not ok with me and I will not be back.

Ive had a few interactions in this FedEx that have been good and poor. The good ones have been simple easy in and out and no problem. The poor ones have been slow, arduous and difficult to say the least. I understand that its hard to find the right amount of people to work on any given shift but having lines back up the way that they do is almost outrageous.

Refreshing. I budgeted 45 minutes to do a print and cut job myself. DeMarcus (I think) was out of hand helpful. I mean I do service for a living, but this was top notch. Genuine was the key. He recognized what I was doing and not only was he an expert at your services, he went above to value my time and needs as a person. He made me feel like we were friends. Take care of this man, I promise they are not common. It took a lot not to poach.

Thank you so much to all the folks who leave their opinions & experiences.Based on the many, many, many 1 star reviews talking about the extremely rude manager & staff, i will avoid this place like the plague.Theres another FedEx a few blocks away... Its a block or two east of Wadsworth on 56th in a little industrial area that i will use instead.Again, thanks to all the folks who take time to review! Now i dont have to go stand in line only to be humiliated & disrespected.

There was some miscommunication, delay picking up my package; However, it was mostly due to error from the shipper. The manager, Donna was very professional and handled the situation so gracefully, I couldnt even be upset about it. She should be promoted!

I went in for a small but urgent print job. There were a few problems with the files which were entirely my fault. Two different employees happily tag teamed my project to troubleshoot, fix the problem, and get it done quickly. They had to juggle other customers so they could help me.I experienced excellent customer service and I will definitely use this location again.

Placed an online order and got a call the next day that the items were ready to pick up. GREAT! Went in, took a look at them, they were a MESS. The tabs where crumpled and the hole punches where misaligned to the point that most of the holes where half off the page and would fall right out of a binder. They were unsalvageable so I had them redone and left. Later, when I received a phone call from the store telling me they were redone and ready to be picked up the employee referred to the original set as damaged. I said, no they were not damaged they were done incorrectly and you need to check your work.When went in to pick them up they had had a shift change. I told the new employee what had happened and asked for a discount since they wasted my time he told me that since I was crying about it he would give me a discount. EXCUSE ME? Crying about it? I wasnt crying, I was calling you out on your inadequacy. You did a crap job and expected to get paid the full amount? Are you crazy? Misogyny at its finest folks.I tried to get in touch with the actual store owner but was only transferred to the manager on duty and he was one of the people who I was calling to complain about so that was useless.Needless to say, I will not be bringing any more business to them and I urge you not to as well.

I am a commercial customer and I have very mixed reviews about this place. They are always very helpful with printing jobs, but for some reason they are always super weird about the pre-paid packages I drop off. They always ask me what is inside (which is fine) and 9/10 times they say I dont have enough packaging inside my boxes...which is total BS. I pack my boxes very carefully, and yes, sometimes the exterior may not look pretty, but the items are secure. Ive used FedEx for over 10 years and have never had a damaged item. Im sure this is just some corporate policy they are following, but they need to loosen up when it comes to pre-paid drop-offs. I dont argue with them, I just simply tell them I will drop my packages somewhere else. So if loosing customers is the goal then....

They make it clear they think youre an idiot if you ask a question about the self-serve options. Rude employees for the second time now. Slow equipment, ancient scanner that was off so I paid by the minute to turn it on and warm it up. Cant save docs to a thumb drive but had to save to their hard drive - dont know why was the explanation. And again, it seemed to annoy the person when I asked for help. No sorry, no nothing. I will avoid this location in the future.

I have called this location several times and many time they do not answer....the time that they did, they put me on hold for over 15 minutes without checking in. Horrible customer service!Summer talked over me the entire time and was unwilling to try to help me find a lost package. So frustrating!

This location has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was shipping a laptop and the manager came over and said I had to have a special label and a P/N for the battery in the laptop. Mind you this laptop was just shipped to me w/o any of these less than a month ago. I mentioned this and he had a big attitude. I asked if we could pull the laptop out to get the info. as I already had it packaged. He said in a very negative tone, we dont have those labels here and cant help you. Ok great, you do have computers with internet access though, right. So we could have found the info. and printed it but I was done and didnt want to give him my money. Guess what, I went to the UPS Store and a very nice woman took my laptop package and shipped it without any questions. I just had to sign a couple pieces of paper. This is the difference between making money and failing. I hope your corporate office realizes how much business you just lost as I ship packages often and will tell all of my employees to never use this store or FedEx again. Look at the other reviews, Im not the first and Im sure I wont be the last for this egotistical manager. Cest la vie.

Poor service. Only one person there. Previously had a similar job done in a different location and they designed the whole thing, printed it and handed it to me within 10 minutes. This person said it had to be sent somewhere and there would be a minimum charge of $50 for them to design it. Funny how it wasnt that way in a better location.

Can I give no stars? Obviously not. I brought violin packed in hard case and in the paper cartoon box wrapped with tape Fragile Handle With Care. After waiting in the line for some time : one person at the desk. The employee walked to me and asked what is in the box. I told him that its a violin, prepaid label and that I need the receipt. I thought he is to step on the box or sit on it trying to prove that the packaging is inadequate. The box is mine and he suggested buying on from FedEx. If I needed I would but I post and ship cellos and violins almost every week. I know how fragile are instruments and how to pack. This was just obscure explanation that the packages go in the truck, get dropped and loaded on the top with heavier boxes. I tried to reason that thats why the item is packed as FRAGILE. I walked out and took the Office Max FedEx shipping location. I asked for the person name and got the card with the store address.
