My house had $180,000 of warranty work done in 2010 to the foundation that was managed by Pie. 8 years later and there are many cracks in the wall and foundation issues. I would expect a firm of this size and expertise to develop plans that last longer than 8 years. I called them to see if they would work on this house again. Not only would they not do any work to see why their original plans failed, they would not even take on the work because of previous litigation with the home builder. They obviously do not provide quality work and do not stand by their work! Avoid them!
