I sent in my resume and about 2 Days later they found me a job. It was a very easy commute. I only have to take two short buses. The company that they sent me to is a really good fit. The people there are very helpful and are willing to take the time to train me correctly. I have only been there for 2 days but Im really enjoying what Im doing.

Prides staff is an awesome agency they are extremely helpful and and have the best intentions on getting you into a good role that best fits what type of work you are looking for. If one job doesn’t quite work for you or wasn’t you expected they are fast on finding you something else. They constantly communicate with you to see how things are going and are you extremely friendly. I had received a text/voicemail from this company. Because of covid, I lost employment and had been applying to multiple places at the time. There were a few positions I applied for at this company.I received a phone call/text from Jennifer. I called back and was greeted by their front desk (didn’t get a name but it was a male voice). I was telling him that Jennifer left me a voicemail and I was giving her a call back to get more information.He had me on hold and told me she was unavailable. He then proceeded to ask what I was calling for.. I told him that Jennifer reached out to me and I was calling back to get more information.His tone became annoyed and then asked, “well you’re still looking for work right? And Jennifer is calling you back because you reached out on Zip-recruiter...”(Not professional at all and obviously I am looking for work but I needed more information on what position was available)So, I took a deep breath and said, “yes, and I would like more information because I applied for multiple positions”The front desk person then said, well you wouldn’t apply to somewhere you don’t want? That would be dumb.(Again unprofessional.. and who are you? Front desk or hiring manager?)Instead of just saying, “Jennifer will get back to you at her earliest convenience and what times work for you.”He was rude, unprofessional, and I don’t think represented that company in the best light.Customer service is key.

I found a good job with the awesome help of PrideStaff before the year was over. Started working in October and I really like my job. It fits my work ethnics really well! I have used this PrideStaff office (owned by John Bohannon) for many years as owner of several different businesses. His team has consistently delivered what few recruiters have done for me -- provide qualified candidates that meet my organizations requirements.It usually takes his team a few initial candidates to help us clarify what we are looking for, and after that PrideStaff just has a way of connecting with candidates that meet our needs. Ive hired more staff through John Bohannons organization than any other recruiting firm or online website.The hire span professional and administrative levels.Its not cheap to use a recruiting firm, but in the end PrideStaff has saved me significant time and has brought me high quality candidates I am certain I would not have found on my own.

Horrible company! Ive worked in the staffing industry (as a recruiter, HR coordinator and HR analyst) for 10 years. I was on assignment with them, when they called me at 4:30 on a Sunday PM to terminate me from the assignment. They offered no follow up via email or another call to make sure that I knew not to go to the job site. I got to the job site this morning, only to be told that I was terminated. I called Pridestaff and John Bohannon(the owner no doubt) answered. I told him what happened and not only would they not compensate me for going out there, but he said, well we left you a voicemail and that was sufficient So I asked why they did not follow up with me, and he said they did(following up means multiple attempts, not just 1). He kept repeating that one message was sufficient(who checks that they were terminated on a Sunday?), and that he was sorry, but that it was my opinion that they shouldve followed up. So, when I sent a follow up email about my my check, I was told that since I am a PS employee, and I wasnt terminated by PS but the client--- therefore they did not have to pay me within 24 hours. Im an educated person. Im very seasoned in the staffing industry. This is not how you treat employees. They will treat you like dirt if you contest.

I responded to an employment ad I found posted online for a position I was highly qualified for. I made an appointment and came to their offices. I was interviewed and completed all their hiring forms online. They said they would get back to me. I have never heard a word from them. They absolutely do not care about people.Two things prospective employees should know: Pridestaff will ask you to submit to a Credit Check for Employment. 1) Credit Checks for employment are illegal in the State of Colorado. They will ask you if you have any criminal convictions ever. This is illegal in the State of Colorado. Background checks for employment, except for a few jobs, can only go back 7 years.Good violations of state law PrideStaff. I have filed a complaint with the CDLE.Dont believe a word they tell you. I saw the forms when I completed. Wholly illegal!!

This place is directly located next to a Planned Parenthood and has a poster located in their front window for an Alternative health care center. The alternative center, which is religion based (and yeah... Its a western one), attempts to use guilt on women to talk them out of making decisions about their own personal health. Im not sure where a staffing agency gets the credentials to point people in the right direction of obstetrical care, but my bet is youd probably get better health benefits working at a Hobby Lobby rather than this place.

This location is located next to Planned Parenthood and has a sign in the window offering advice for pregnant women. I do not believe that a staffing firm has any business dispensing advice on reproductive health--especially an employment company that doesnt offer any meaningful healthcare for its employees. Should I require staffing in the future I will not use Pridestaff.

As you know, the unemployment rate in Colorado has left good workers VERY hard to find! I have partnered with Pridestaff for about 6 months so far to find the best candidates for my business. I have used 3 employment agencies during that 6 month period and Pridestaff is the only one that has given my business the attention and candidates that Ive been looking for. The other 2 agencies would find just anybody to send to fill a spot and give absolutely no attention to the qualities Ive specified that would benefit my business the most. Pridestaff seems to be a great company because their team members and leadership at their local Denver operation is truly top notch. I will not work with anybody else. Do your business justice by partnering with those good folks to help find the best candidates for your business.
