Amazing people! Oustanding company. Peak elevator!

I had some difficulty getting service after signing a maintenance agreement with Peak Elevator. It took a while to get our service sorted out, but since then our service has improved. They are still working with us to get our very old elevator serviced and updated, and have been much better with communication. Their staff is skilled and polite.

We had a repair performed on one of our elevators. The account manager replied promptly to my request and was out right away to give us a bid. The price was excellent, and the service was timely and professional. All around a very good experience.

We had Peak Elevators work on our equipment for several years and I was always pleased with their prompt service, willingness to keep me informed of matters related to our conveyance and just a really great attitude about the work theiy were doing and who they served.

Everyone in the building loves the elevators. What more can say?

Great response and Great employees to work every time

Recently switched to Peak Elevators from another service provider and service has been exemplary. Problems that the previous service company would not address were immediately resolved by Peak.

Let me tell you why- 6pm at night the answering 24hour service was very polite and prompt the technician called back within minutes and was very professional!

When our elevator was having trouble and went down for a week. Peak was there to help and to get the parts ordered. It may have had to take time for the parts to get in but when they came in peak was there to repair our elevator.

We had an elevator issue and they were easy to contact and very prompt in response and efforts to resolve the issue! Thank You!
